ADHPL: Intensive Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign
Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign "Do Boond Jindage Ke" was conducted from 28th to 30th Jan. 2018 and from 11th to 13 th March, 2018 at health center, Prini. Door to door campaign was also carried out by the health workers of ADHPL in the surrounding villages. Total 107 and 115 children were given polio drops during the two rounds of the campaign. Two vehicles in each round of immunization campaign were also provided to the State Health Department for pulse polio campaigning, free of cost.
Bagalur: Red Tag Campaign
In order to implementation of effective 5s, Cleanliness is fundamental upon which we can build all our initiatives, Hence Bagalur unit organized Red Tag Campaign to strengthen our 5S improvement activities & to remove unnecessary items from the work place time to time .The Participation from all the departments has been cheered for making Red Tagcamp successful.
kharigram: Industrial Visit
As a part of CSR activity, a group of 50 students of Aryan College, Ajmer visited plant on 13th March, 2018 and understood the various processes of Spinning. HR team facilitated them for this learning. This visit concluded by light snacks. The principal of college expressed sincere thanks to the Management for giving this opportunity.
Kharigram: Health Camp
Naturopathy is the best way to get a better healthy life and to cure diseases without medicines. In this context, a "Health Camp" based on Acupressure, Suzok & Colour therapy was organized for 15 days from 16th to 30 March 2018 by HR department. Sh. Rajeev Jain, Business Head-Operations(YB) and Sh.VR Joshi, COO inaugurated the Camp with lightening the lamp.During this Camp all Staff and their family’s members availed the medical benefits pertaining to Cervical, Joint & Back Pain, Sciatica, Excess Weight, Lukoria, Gastric, Sugar, Blood Pressure, Weak Eye Sight, Asthma, Migraine, Stone, etc.
Also there were 3 learning classes conducted during this health camp. Mr Pavan Bhardwaj, Therapist-Trimurti Prakritik Upchar Shodh Sansthan (Raj) provided education about said therapies. Staff and their family members got learnt about Natural Techniques to solve their day to day health issues without any medicines and its side effects. All family and staff members liked and appreciated to this health camp.
Kharigram: Sports Day
In order to encourage healthy atmosphere amongst all workers, Annual Sports Day was organised in the Raj Spin Shramik Colony in presence of Sh V.R. Joshi,COO. Volleyball, Kabaddi, Race etc. games were conducted and workers participated in all events with great zeal and sportsman spirit. In the closing ceremony Sh Rajeev Jain, Business Head-Operations (YB) appreciated this event and motivated all the workers in his address. The activity ended with prizes distribution and dinner.
Kharigram: Sadbhawna Samaroh
In an attempt to establish Employer Branding, a direct connect with nearby villagers and developing trust level amongst them in terms of industrial growth as well as civilization by putting these thoughts into a shape ”Sadbhawna Samaroh” was organised on 15th March, 2018. Sh RajeevJain, Business Head-Operations (YB) and Sh V.R. Joshi, COO welcomed and presented “Shawl” to all Sarpanch(s) and renowned personalities of nearby village areas. The programme followed by brief introduction about our company & all units, system & culture, plant visit and ended with Lunch. The invitees expressed belongingness and appreciated this event.
HO: Blood Donation Camp
Studies says “Someone is in need of blood in every 2 seconds.”It should always be a matter of pride to donate BLOOD & such significant contribution was made through a Blood Donation Camp organized at Bhilwara Towers, Noida, on 31st January 2018 volunteered by the entire staff showing a great enthusiasm and energy inspiring million other working healthy professional to Give Back to the society by Helping, Promoting, Protecting and Preserving in whatever way they can.
