As we navigate through the currents of change, I am reminded of a timeless adage: "Success is the culmination of little actions taken consistently over time."
This notion is also expressed in the Sanskrit shloka दुर्लभान्यपि कार्याणि सिद्यन्ति प्रोहम्ति प्रोह्न्न्न हि। When water falls on a firm rock repeatedly, it crumbles. This belief system is remarkably consistent with the principles of our organization. Our modest futuristic efforts, motivated by unrelenting perseverance and determination, helped us create a path toward the group's overall success over time, much like water wears down a stubborn rock.
Today, I am filled with pride as I reflect on the remarkable journey of the Bhilwara Group. Our journey from a rich heritage to a dynamic present is fueled by hard work and consistency, propelling us toward a future brimming with promise and greatness. Our success story is a testament to the relentless commitment of our passionate team members, who have established an enduring standard of excellence, serving as an inspiration for generations to come.

In our graphite electrode business, I am delighted to announce the successful completion of HEG Ltd.'s expansion project taking our capacity from 80,000 tons to 100,000 tons and start of commercial production with effect from 1st Nov’23.
This milestone solidifies our position as a global leader making HEG the third largest Graphite company in the western world with 75% production getting exported to more than 35 countries globally.
We are working vigorously to reduce our carbon footprint by 45% by 2030 and to become carbon neutral by 2050. We have achieved some milestones with ESG initiatives and also received Bronze certificate from Ecovadis and our score is 58 which is considered to be in top 35% of companies globally.
At our plant where we already have a 3 MW captive solar plant, we are building another 3 MW capacity. Together this is expected to meet 20% of our total electricity requirement through renewable sources directly used at plant. This is in addition to our Tawa Hydrogen plant where we operate a 18 MW Hydro plant with power sold to the energy exchange.
HEG continues to invest in our CSR initiatives like Akshaya Patra, Global Parli etc and is very well appreciated by the communities and Govt of Madhya Pradesh.
Furthermore, the planned 20,000 MT PA production of TACC Limited's graphite anode powder underscores our dedication to meeting the rising domestics and global demands of the lithium-ion battery market. With strong research and development, we are also proving our capabilities in advanced carbon technologies including graphene and hard carbon for various industrial applications.
India's potential to lead the world in renewable energy production is undeniable. With initiatives like "Make in India" and a focus on sustainable development, we are poised to create a greener, more prosperous future.
