RSWM Corporate HR : Celebrating Academic Brilliance - Ms. Nikita Agrahari Shines at AKTU Convocation
We are delighted to announce that our employee from TGT Batch 2023, Ms. Nikita Agrahari, a graduate of B.Tech. (Textile technology) from Nitra Technical Campus, Ghaziabad received top honors at the 21st convocation of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, on December 26, 2023.
Governor Anandiben Patel awarded Ms. Agrahari with a Gold Medal and Degree for achieving the highest marks at the university level. Her dedication to studies and outstanding performance sets her apart in the field of Textile Technology.
Ms. Agrahari's success story is not only a personal achievement but also an inspiration to fellow students and aspiring professionals in the textile industry.

HEG: State Level Quality Circle Competition
HEG has reached yet another milestone as the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) organized by Indore – Sub Chapter, on October 27th, 2023. Notably, our team “KARMA” represented HEG and emerged victorious, securing prestigious Gold Prize. This achievement underscores HEG's commitment to excellence in quality management practices.
RSWM Ringas : “ABHIVYAKTI” Best Suggestions Award Ceremony conducted
“ABHIVYAKTI” Best Suggestions Award ceremony was conducted on 7th October 2023 at Ringas HRD Hall. The Best Suggestions award was distributed to Staff & Workers by Sh. Anurag Mathur (The COO), and Shri A.K.Sengar - Sr.General Manager for giving valuable suggestions. This also motivated all to continue giving their effective contributions in their respective fields.
RSWM Rishabhdev : Visit of overseas customer
The German technical and commercial team comprising of three members from a very important customer M/s.TUV visited Rishabhdev on 19th & 20th October, 2023. They were accompanied by Ms.Amisha from Export Marketing, Mumbai. Shri Ashutosh Sharma, Marketing Head also joined the team on 20th. The team visited the plant, had discussion with the COO and technical team.
Maral Sarovar : Shri Tarun Baldua elected as Dy. Chairman of MPTMA
The committee of Madhya Pradesh Textile Mills Association in its Annual General Meeting held on 30th December 2023, unanimously elected Shri Tarun Baldua, President, Maral Overses Ltd, Maral Sarovar as its Dy. Chairman. Madhya Pradesh Textile Mills Association is the single and large association of Textile Industries in Madhya Pradesh which is well recognized by State and Central government of India. Maral Parivar congratulate him on this achievement and hope that Textile Industry in Madhya Pradesh will get benefited with his able leadership and vast experience.
MPCL : Completed 2nd surveillance audit of IMS
The 2nd Surveillance audit of IMS (Integrated Management System) was completed successfully on 9th October 2023.
As part of the audit process, auditors reviewed all implications and found satisfactory.
The audit was conducted to assess the implementation status of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001: 2018) at MPCL.
Long Term Service Reward
We are pleased to announce that this year, we have the privilege of honoring four exemplary individuals for their longstanding dedication and commitment to our organization. Mr. M K Jha, Mr. Narendra Bhandari, Mr. Mangal Singh Rathore, and Mr. Ummed Singh completed their service tenure with us on December 31st of the previous year.
In recognition of their remarkable service, we will be felicitating them with a memento and an appreciation letter. This ceremony will be presided over by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO).

An employee of LNJ Bhilwara, Shri Devender Kumar's (Dy. Manager, Yarn Marketing) son, Shubham Singh, has been selected as a Flying Officer in the Indian Air Force and received the esteemed Rashtrapati PADAK.
