KHARIGRAM : VIP Visit

M/s Sinha Textile CEO Mr. Md. Atiqur Rahman visited the Kharigram Unit on 17-11-2023. Mr N K Bahedia, COO welcomed him. They visited our NPD setup dyed and grey units, which was concluded, with his visit to the SJ-11 unit. He felt very happy with our warm welcome and to see the latest technology.

KHARIGRAM : Plant visit by students from Navodaya Vidyalaya, Hurda

As a part of CSR, a group of 95 students of Navodaya Vidyalaya School students visited the Kharigram Unit on Dec 16th, 2023. HR Team and Technical Team welcomed & motivate all students. Sh. Technical Team explained to them about the processes. The students learned about various processes of Yarn Manufacturing in our Sj-11 unit and felt extremely delighted. Their principal gave the vote of thanks to our Management that this visit will help them for their enhancement of knowledge. This visit concluded with light refreshments. 

RSWM Kharigram : VIP Visit

VIP Customer and JMD Sir visited Kharigram Unit on 27-11-2023. Mr N K Bahedia, COO welcomed him. They visited our NPD setup dyed and grey units, which was concluded, by the visit of the SJ-11 unit. He felt very happy with our warm welcome and to see the latest technology. 

Campus Interviews for RSWM Group Units

With a philosophy and vision of RSWM Group to include young and dynamic freshers in our team and further, develop & nurture them in all respects to be a part of our mainstream, the campus interview under the guidance of Corporate HR conducted in prestigious colleges for textile Graduates. A panel of HR & technical team visited MLVTEC, Bhilwara, NITRA Ghaziabad, DKTE, Ichalkaranji, GCTI, Kanpur, TIT Bhiwani, NIT, Jalandhar, IICT, Bhadoi. The Campus Interviews were followed by a written Test, Group Discussion & and a face-to-face round, and a total of 42 Textile Graduates were selected for all Group Units.   

RPSF Fibre Plant : Mr. Ankit Khandelwal visits plant with family

Mr. Ankit Khandelwal visited with family in the RPSF Fiber Pant and had a detailed round of the RPSF Fibre Unit. The Complete process of recycling post-consumer PET bottles was explained to him and he was so impressed to see such an eco-friendly process converting PET scrap into textile products. He also appreciated the contribution of M/s RSWM in saving the global environment and a significant reduction in carbon footprint.

Kanyakheri : Visit of CMD, RSWM Ltd.

Chairman and Managing Director, Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala visited the Kanyakheri plant on 25th November 2023. CMD has taken rounds of the plant and met the HODs and interacted with the team members to check overall progress and developments. Shri Vinit Agrawal, COO, welcomed CMD. Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala motivated all team members to put in combined efforts, determination, passion and sincerity in their work so that RSWM Ltd becomes an industry leader in the market concerning the future scenario.

RSWM Ringas : Plant visit by Business Head

Shri Anurag Mathur, COO, and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit GM (HR&IR) welcomed Shri Bal Krishan Sharma, BH, RSWM Ltd on 27th October 2023. He visited the spinning units to check the overall progress & developments and met with local Union Office bearers. An interaction meeting was also organized with senior team members of the Ringas unit and discussed in detail about the working and process.

RSWM Ringas : Campus Interview at GTCI, Kanpur

A campus recruitment drive was conducted at GTCI, Kanpur on Nov 6 2023 to provide job opportunities to the students who are pursuing their particular academic courses. Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, GM (HR &IR), and Shri Sandeep Kumar Jethaliya, GM (Commercial), conducted this recruitment at GTCI-Kanpur.

RSWM Ringas : Industrial Visit by Students

As a part of CSR, a delegation of students with teachers of Government Senior Secondary School, Ringas visited our Plant on December 20, 2023. The HR team facilitated them and arranged a detailed visit inside the mills, where technical members explained the technology and process. The students learned about various processes of yarn manufacturing and felt extremely delighted to see the technology and setup of various processes of Yarn Manufacturing.

RSWM Rishabhdev : Performance Review of September-23 Qtr

The department-wise performance of the Rishabhdev unit for the quarter of July-September, 2023  was reviewed through power point presentation on the 14^th & 16^th of October 2023.  HODs of all the departments presented the data related to individual departments. As the COO concluded the two days of presentations, he thanked everyone for their accomplishments and encouraged everyone to concentrate on the different losses that needed to be under control. 

RSWM Mandpam : Customer Visit

Mr. Shinsule Yamane & Pawan Nego from M/S Uniqlo, Mr. Mahesh Urade, and Mr. Kishan Lal Harjai from M/s Infiiloom visited the Mandpam unit on Oct 13, 2023 They were welcomed by Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) Sh. Ashok Kumar Srivastava (A.V.P. – Marketing) O.P. Samdani (D.G.M.) and other staff members.

The visitors took a round of the Mandpam unit and were very impressed and showed keen interest in our product range.

RSWM Mandapam : Industrial visit by SDM PG Girls College students

An industrial visit to the Mandpam unit was conducted by the students of SDM PG Girls College, Mahila Ashram, Bhilwara on Nov 21, 2023. A total of around 50 students along with faculty members visited the campus. They saw and understood all the production processes and were very pleased to see the plant setup and products.

Mandpam : SLCP verification audit

SLCP verification Audit

The Mandpam unit went through an SLCP verification audit done by BV Auditor Mr. Ramesh Kumar & Mr. Kamal Thapa from 02^nd November 2023 to 04^th November 2023 under the direction of Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO). Management Representative Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal was ably supported by all HODs and their respective teams to conduct the audit successfully.

RSWM Lodha : FSC COC Audit

RSWM Lodha underwent an FSC COC (Forest Stewardship Council Chain of Custody) audit conducted by Control Union, with Mr. Nadeem Ahmed leading the audit on October 10th, 2023. During the audit process, all Heads of Departments (HODs) and team members were actively involved, operating under the leadership of Shri R K Gagrani.

In the closing meeting, Mr. Ahmed appreciated the systems and processes maintained by RSWM Lodha, indicating that the company had effectively met the requirements and standards set forth by the Forest Stewardship Council. This acknowledgment suggests that RSWM Lodha's practices align with sustainable forestry and responsible sourcing principles upheld by the FSC. Such recognition is a significant achievement for the company, reflecting its commitment to environmental stewardship and ethical business practices.

RSWM Lodha : TUV team visit

The team of TUV Mr. Andreas Luff, Ms. Tasmin Betz, and Mr. Markus Spiecker visited the RSWM lodha unit on 18^th October 2023. They were welcomed by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) and Core team members. They took a round of Kapaas Unit, NPD section, and the team was impressed with the unit, and appreciated the new product development section and efforts of the technical team.

RSWM Kapaas : First Dispatch of yarn from Kapaas Unit

On 8^th December 2023, the RSWM Lodha unit marked a significant milestone with the first dispatch of yarn from the Kapaas unit. Before the dispatch, a traditional pooja ceremony was performed, led by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO). Shri Narendra Bhandari, the General Manager (Commercial), accompanied by his commercial team, also participated in the ceremony.

Maral Sarovar : Foreign Delegation visits

Foreign delegation from Fairtrade, Letzebuerg, Foundation Kraizbierg along with Purecotz Eco Life Style Pvt. Ltd visited Maral Sarovar on 17^th November 2023.  The team consisting of 14 members took a round of the facilities as well as the temple, cow farm, etc.  The team applauded the management for the good upkeep of the facilities and the special focus on social upliftment.

LNJ Denim : Founder's Day Celebration

On 17th October 2023, we celebrated the Founder's Day of the LNJ Bhilwara group. It was marked as the birth anniversary of our beloved founder Shri Lakshmi Niwas Jhunjhunwalaji, who is a visionary leader & a pioneer in the Indian Textile Industry. On this occasion, we organized a plantation program on the campus. Varieties of trees were planted on the mill campus. All Staff members took part in the plantation, which ended with heavy snacks and tea. 

LNJ Denim : Nidhi Aapke Nikat Camp.

On 29th November, 2023 under Nidhi Aapke Nikat program, EPFO officers visited the LNJ Denim plant. Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR & team welcomed the EPFO Team. This a good initiative taken by the EPFO office where employees get benefits & get their grievances resolved &  members will get online services like filing online claims etc. Grievance redressal of the members will be done on the spot and in case any grievance cannot be redressed on the spot, it will be registered on the grievance portal of EPFO and will be resolved on priority.

LNJ Denim : Industrial Visit of Govt. Sr. Sec. School Students

On 9th December 2023, a group of 45 students of Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Badi Padri, Banswara visited the LNJ Denim Unit. Students & teachers were highly impressed to see the plant and campus environment.

To grace this occasion, Shri Arbind Mishra- Head of HR & IR Department welcomed the students and introduced them to the entire unit with key team functions & the concept of LNJ Denim products & services.

Students enjoyed the visit & the high tea arrangements.

LNJ Denim : Participation in Bangladesh Denim Expo

LNJ Denim participated in the 15th Bangladesh Denim Expo on the 8th & 9th of November, 2023.  Bangladesh Denim Expo attracts a lot of international fashion buyers from Europe and the USA. Exclusive to authorized trade visitors, the Expo acts as a platform for International mills from India, Pakistan, Turkey, and China as well as Bangladesh RMG manufacturers who cater to the global denim players.

We presented our latest collection in the show and received an excellent response on the showcased innovations.

Shri Ashish Bhatnagar – Marketing Head along with the team, had multiple meetings with key customers concerning business growth opportunities and future strategy.

LNJ Denim : Participation in Denim Première Vision Milan, Italy

Denim Première Vision – The art & heart of the Denim Fashion Industry!

It offers a window to the world of denim, its trends, its market, its culture, and, of course, its community. LNJ Denim participated in the Denim Première Vision exhibition held in Milan, Italy on 22^nd & 23^rd  Nov, 2023.

We presented our latest collection in the show, with a focus on denim versatility, sustainability, and clean manufacturing. The overall response was positive and encouraging.

Exhibition : YARNEX Ludhiana 2023

YARNEX Ludhiana 2023, held on December 15-17, at Dana Mandi Exhibition Centre, witnessed participation from Greige, Dyed, LNJ Knits, Kapaas, Melange, and R-value units. It showcased the diversity and innovation within the textile industry, fostering collaboration and advancement.
