RSWM-Rishabhdev: Quality Circle Progress Review

Quality Circle Progress Review was held on 21st June 2024 among all Group Units.  Respected JMD Sir addressed all participants for their wonderful achievement done for the quality circle.  Memento & Cash Rewards were given to the winning Plant.   

It was RSWM-Rishabhdev's second consecutive year to have won the top position among the Group Units.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Felicitation of Staff Members

Staff Members were felicitated for crossing various milestones in their careers at our Unit. The programme was held on 27th June, 2024. Shri K B Khatod, COO ,has given away the Award – Memento & Certificate of Appreciation to seven staff-members.

The award ceremony was followed by refreshments

RSWM-RPSF: Visit of Mr. Livyo Zakuto from Turkey

Mr. Livyo Zakuto visited the RPSF Fiber Pant and took a detailed round of the unit. The Complete process of recycling post-consumer PET bottles was explained to him and he was so impressed to see such eco-friendly process converting PET Bottle scrap into textile products.

RSWM-RPSF: Visit of Pradeep Asnani - RO, Pollution Control Board

Mr. Pradeep Asnani, RO - Pollution Control Board visited with the family in the RPSF Fiber Pant and took a detailed round of the unit. The Complete process of recycling post-consumer PET bottles was explained to him. He was very impressed with sustainable technology that consumes 125 Mt/Day of scrap Pet bottles and recycles them into Polyester Staple Fiber. He also appreciated the contribution of M/s RSWM in saving the global environment and enabling a significant reduction in carbon footprint.

RSWM-RPSF : Investor’s Team Visited Plant

RSWM Limited Investor’s team visited at RPSF Fiber Pant and welcomed by COO Mr. M.K. Yogi. They discussed about company’s business plan and expressed their willingness as investors of RSWM group. They were much impressed with sustainable technology which recycles scrap Pet bottle into Polyester Staple Fiber.

RSWM-Ringas: Health Talk Session

A health talk session was organized in the RSWM Ringas Staff Club on June 8, 2024.

Dietician Dr. Mami Beheruk of Eternal Hospital (Jaipur) presented this session. All Staff members and their family members attended the session and the learning was beneficial to all.

RSWM-Ringas: Bank Consortium Meeting

The Bankers’ Consortium Meeting was held at the Ringas unit on 14th June 2024. The senior officials from lead banks, viz. SBI, UBI, BOB, PNB, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank & BOM attended the meeting along with Representatives of RSWM Ltd. i.e. CFO, COO of Spinning division, COO of RPSF division, GM & Sr. Manager (CFD) and Commercial Heads.

A brief presentation on the Ringas Spinning & the RPSF division was presented. Financial performance and updates of the company matters were presented and discussed during the meeting.

CFO and GM CFD& GM (Commercial) replied to various queries from bankers. The bank officials also visited the plant and appreciated the hospitality of team Ringas.

RSWM-Ringas : Plant Visit by Shirting Designers

One of our client representatives, Shri Pramod with Marketing official Sh P.P. Birajdar from Shirting Designers visited Ringas plant on June 15, 2024. He was much delighted to see the plant set up and also appreciated the new product development.

RSWM-Ringas: Visit of Jain Sadhvi Ji Gun Ranjana Shri Ji Maharaj Saheb

A discourse has been organized in the presence of Jain Sadhvi Ji Gun Ranjana Shri Ji Maharaj Saheb In the staff club of Ringas on June 23, 2024.
All Staff members and their families attended this function.

RSWM-Ringas: Plant Visit by Mittal Polymers (Mumbai)

Shri Mahesh Mittal  M/s Mittal Polymers-Mumbai with his team visited the Ringas plant Ringas on June 28, 2024.
He was delighted to see the plant set up and also appreciated the products. In the visitor’s book, he said“ Very excellent visit; thanks to all members of RSWM”.

RSWM-Lodha: DIC Collector Visit

On April 20, 2024, the DIC Collector visited RSWM Lodha in Banswara. Mr. Brajesh Kumar Verma graciously welcomed the visiting team, extending warm hospitality and showcasing dedication to excellence.

During the visit, the team was given an extensive tour of our new project, Kapaas. He appreciated the operation and automation systems.

RSWM-Lodha: NPD Guest Visit

On July 3, 2024, a senior delegation comprising Mr. Keisuke Okuzawa from Itochu, and Mr. Madhu Roongta & Mr.Yash Roongta from Roongta Consulting Group, Mumbai, visited RSWM Lodha. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Rakesh Gagrani, General Manager (NPD); they were impressed with the plant operations and appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the plant.

RSWM-Kapaas: New Machine Installation & Pooja

On April 17, 2024, a Pooja was performed for new machines installed at the Kapaas plant.

Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Operating Officer) started the Machine by pushing the start button after Pooja.

RSWM-Lodha: Visit of PF Officers

The "Nidhi Aapke Dwar" initiative, undertaken by the PF office in Udaipur, organized a camp at RSWM Lodha. The camp aimed to address various corrections and updates while also sharing new initiatives designed to upgrade services.

HEG: Inauguration of Tube Plant

On the completion of the desired ambition of our company, we have proceeded to another step which includes completion of newly made Tube Plant.

The inauguration was done by our Executive Director Mr. Manish Gulati ji with the group of HODs. This hall was lined up with advanced machinery and equipment so that production could be done efficiently and effectively.

It was a proud moment for every person associated with HEG & this was a new milestone for our company and many more are yet to come.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: SLCP–FSLM audit

LNJ Denim Unit went through SLCP SLCP (Social labor convergence programme)-FSLM verification audit from April 16-19, 2024.

Through Ilink auditor Shri Anil Choudhary audited the systems and processes of the entire unit. Some minor NCs and a few suggestions/observations were raised as there are no major NCs observed.

It was supported by HODs and their respective teams for the successful conduct of the audit.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Surveillance SA 8000 Audit

LNJ Denim Unit went through Surveillance SA8000 Audit on April 19, 2024. Auditor Shri Mukesh Kumar from BSI audited the entire plant, He focused on all major aspects of Social Accountability, Roles & Responsibilities of SPT Members, the Process of Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, Compliance, etc.

He audited the systems and processes of the entire unit and certification continues after successful completion of the audit. It was supported by HODs and their respective teams for the successful conduct of the audit.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: ISO 45001:2018 Social Audit

LNJ Denim Unit went ISO45001:2018 Social & environmental audit on May 1 & 2, 2024. Shri Mr. Anil Kumar & Mr. Baldev Dhiman audited the systems and processes of the entire unit for two days. The audit was successfully completed, and certificates were issued.

The audit was effectively conducted and supported by the HODs and their respective teams.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Participation in Bangladesh Denim Expo

LNJ Denim participated in the 16th Bangladesh Denim Expo on May 6 and 7, 2024. Bangladesh Denim Expo attracts a lot of International fashion buyers from Europe and the USA. Exclusive to authorized trade visitors, the Expo acts as a platform for International mills from India, Pakistan, Turkey, and China as well as Bangladesh RMG manufacturers who cater to the global denim players.

LNJ Denim presented its latest collection in the show and received outstanding responses over the showcased innovations.

Shri Ashish Bhatnagar (Marketing Head) along with his team, had multiple meetings with key customers concerning business growth opportunities and future strategy.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Participation in DenimsandJeans India Show in Bangalore

“DenimsandJeans show” is a platform where key mills from across the world exhibit their latest collections. This was the Fifth edition in Bangalore and attracted a great response from various brands, importers, and trading houses.

Shri Suketu Shah – Business Head & Shri Ashish Bhatnagar – Marketing Head had meetings with some important customers with respect to business growth opportunities and future strategy.

Maral Sarovar: “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Tree-plantation Drive

In keeping with the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam (One Tree in the Name of Mother) tree-planting initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and spurred on by the State and district authorities,  MOL- Maral Sarovar took an initiative to plant 55 tree saplings near the colony boundary wall on the roadside of Kasrawad road. 

On June 29, under the leadership of Shri Tarun Baldua, senior officials, staff members, and associates assembled at the colony gate.  They touched Mother Earth with bare hands, dug the soil with crowbars, and spades, and then planted the saplings on the Kasrawad road.  A group pledge was given to take care of the newly planted saplings.

RSWM-Mandapam : Plant Visit by Customer

Mr. Vishal Shah (Sourcing Head), Mr. Jignesh Parikh & Mr. Kaushal Bhai from M/s. Arvind Mill visited our mill on June 11, 2024. They were welcomed by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, CE & BH (MYB) and Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma, Dy. COO, Sh. Om Prakash Samdani and staff members. They took a round of Mandpam unit and were very impressed and shown keen interest in our product range.
