RSWM-Kharigram: Superannuation of Shri. Ghanshyam Joshi
After a long service period of 39 years with our organization, Sh. Ghanshyam Joshi, AGM, Raw Material Department got superannuated on 30th June, 2024.
A felicitation program in his honour, was organised in the presence of Shri S K Tiwari, Dy. COO, who appreciated his contribution to setting culture and discipline among Raw Material Staff & workers in making the process sustainable.
All team members expressed best wishes for his good health and happiness in his post-retirement life ahead and bid adieu to him with heavy hearts.

We deeply appreciate the remarkable dedication and impactful contributions of our seniors Mr. S. N. Sharma, Mr. J. V. Singh and our colleagues Capt. R. S. Tanwar, Dr. R. K. Gupta and Mr. Ghanshyam Sharma. Often, we felt their paternal approach and professional guidance in our day to day working.
We thank them for their steadfast support and commitment in all the times. We wish them a good health, long life, fulfillment and continued success in years ahead.
Superannuation of Shri Kamla Shankar Dubey
Shri K. S. Dubey (Executive- Maintenance), retired after a distinguished and dedicated tenure of 30 year with RSWM Ltd. Lodha, marking the end of a glorious era. To honor his remarkable contributions and service, a heartfelt felicitation program was organized.
The event was graced by Chief Operating Officer Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, along with senior officials and other esteemed team members.
The program commenced with a warm welcome and a brief overview of Shri K.S. Dubey's illustrious career, highlighting his significant achievements and dedication to the company.
Superannuation of Shri Satish Kumar Mittal
Shri Satish Kumar Mittal (Chief Operating Officer) has retired from service on dated 30/04/2024. He has completed 38 years of service and 20 years with RSWM. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, CE & BH (MYB) and Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma, Dy. COO & all Department Heads and Staff members bid farewell to him.
