HO Noida: Diwali Celebration
Diwali at the Noida head office was a vibrant affair, illuminated by the esteemed presence of Shri LN Jhunjhunwala and the Jhunjhunwala family. The office shimmered with diyas and rangolis, fostering a warm, festive atmosphere. Employees, dressed in traditional attire, participated in Lakshmi Puja, followed by lively celebrations. Sweets and gifts were exchanged, strengthening the bond within the company. The evening resonated with joy, reflecting the spirit of Diwali and the family's commitment to unity and prosperity. The celebration was a memorable blend of tradition and camaraderie.
RSWM-Kharigram: Celebrated Dussehra & Vijay Dashmi
On 13th October 2024, RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated the Dussehra festival. The grand Dusshera Mela was organized for RSWM pariwar in which, various food stalls, delicious snacks, desserts, and fun game stalls were there and all members enjoyed it a lot. Tilak, Puja & Aarti of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram, Laxman, Sugreev, Hanuman was performed and thereafter Ravan Dahan. The effigy of Ravan was made 85 fit, in-house by the Engineering Team. All enjoyed the burning of effigy of demon king Ravan amid the loud noise of crackers and lights. After Ravan Dahan, Sh Manoj Sharma, CHRO, B K Sharma, BH, R K Pandey, CTO, Sh. Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD, and S K Tiwari, COO greeted all Staff & Family members on this auspicious occasion of Vijay Dashmi.
All the end of the program, Tambola and Lucky Draw were organized for all. Everyone was feeling delightful and enjoyed a lot in this gala and fun event.
RSWM-Kharigram: Energy Conservation Week
In order to create awareness among people to Save Energy, Energy Conservation Week was celebrated from 8th Dec to 14th Dec 2024 at Kharigram. This celebration went off full of events and activities like the Distribution of Energy Conservation Badges & Templates to all staff, LPG Saving & Safety templates to Staff Colony residents, the Exhibition of Energy Conservation Posters, a Webinar Presentation by different experts paneled in Beauro of Energy Efficiency, Various Internal training Programmes for Workmen, Energy Saving Suggestion, Poster and Slogan Competition for Children of Staff Colony. The price distribution ceremony was conducted at the end of this week, and prizes were given to staff and kids.
RSWM-Kharigram: New Year Celebration
The New Year 2024 celebration was thoroughly enjoyed with great zeal and fun in the presence of Sh S K Tiwari, COO, Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD, Sh. R K Pandey, CTO, and a large gathering of staff, and their family members. Starting with the delicious range of foods, the gala celebration involving the Cultural Event began with Deep Prajwalan. Special performances, Skits & Funny Dances etc were performed by Staff, families & Kids, and, Orchestra Songs by Singers. Everyone enjoyed all the programs and greeted each other with a happy and prosperous New Year. Sh S K Tiwari, COO, conveyed best wishes to all staff and their family members for a very bright and successful year ahead. This very fantastic program was concluded with Lucky Draw and Prizes to participants. The Birthday of staff members on 1st Jan was also celebrated by Kharigram Pariwar during this function.
RSWM-Kharigram: Navratra Parv
RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated the Navratra Mahotsav organized by the Staff Club. The Navratra Mahotsav started with "Murti & Ghat Sthapana" on 03rd Oct, 24 full of worship and in a devout environment Senior officers along with families participated in Durga Shaptshati Path & Aarti in the morning & evening time. Hawan-Pujan was performed on Ashtami and a grand Pooja followed in the presence of Sh S K Tiwari, COO, Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, R. K. Pandey, CTO, Sh B K Sharma, BH, and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD.
In the evening during Navratri, Staff, ladies, and kids performed dandia followed by arti, milk, and prasad distribution at the end of daily rangoli making and a special performance by the ladies' group during this Navratri appreciated by all members.
RSWM-Kharigram: Deepawali Poojan
With an auspicious and festive feel on Deepawali, All offices and Residential areas were decked up with colorful lights, Rangoli & Diyas and the whole premises got an awesome and dazzling view in the evening. The Laxmi Poojan was held on 1st November 2024 in Gyan Mandir, Admin Block, and the pooja was performed by Shri S. K. Tiwari, COO along with HODs and staff members and families.
RSWM-Kharigram: Deepawali Sneh Milan
On 8th November 2024, Deepawali Sneh Milan, a Gala Get-Together of all the staff members and families was organized at Staff Club Park, Kharigram. On this occasion, Local dignitaries and Government Officers were also invited and they were welcomed by Shri B M Sharma, JMD, Sh N K Bahedia, BH, Sh Manoj Sharma, CHRO. B K Sharma, Sh. R K Pandey, CTO, Sh. S K Tiwari, COO, Sh Nitin Tulyani, CFO and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD and Senior Officers of the company. The tunes of folk songs and other melodious songs presented by singers amazed the audience and thereafter program ended with Khana-Khazana (dinner).
RSWM-Kharigram: Chhath Puja
Chhath Puja is an ancient Hindu festival primarily celebrated in Bihar Jharkhand and Eastern Uttar Pradesh in India and by people from these regions all over the world. In this, the Sun God is primarily worshipped along with Chhati Maiyya (the sixth form of Prakriti and Sister of the Sun). This puja is performed from the sixth day after the Deepavali festival in India. The Chhath Puja was held on 8th November 2024 in Swimming Pool, Staff Club.
ADHPL: Diwali Celebration
Diwali was celebrated at ADHPL on Octoer 31, 2024. The Diwali was celebrated in eco-friendly way and no crackers or fireworks were used on the holy occasion. A havan was organised and Puja was performed in the Admin block on this occasion. Prasad sweets were distributed among the participants and other employees.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of Navratri and Vijay Dashami at Fiber Plant
Navratri, Dandiya, and Vijay Dashami festivals were celebrated with great enthusiasm. In addition to daily worshiping of Devi and Rangoli demonstrations, many religious cultural programs were performed including solo & couple of Dandiya raas programs. Subsequently, the Vijay Dashami was also celebrated with great pomp.
RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of Deepawali at Fiber Plant
The auspicious holly festival Deepawali was celebrated enthusiastically in RPSF Fiber plant Blessings of Lord Ganesha & Maa Laxmi were taken by worshiping performing Poojan. BH Sh MK Yogi expressed many warm greetings to RPSF families and prayed god to bless us with prosperity and happiness.
RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Diwali Sneh Milan Samaroh
RSWM Ltd. Ringas unit organized a Diwali Sneh Milan Samaroh for all staff families during the Diwali Sneh Milan Samaroh, BH sir Shri M.K. Yogi and ladies club president Smt. Jaya Yogi presided over the function. Everyone enjoyed the program with great zeal and enthusiasm.
RSWM-RSPF: Celebration of Energy conservation week at Fiber Plant
Energy Conservation Week was celebrated from December 8 to 14 2024. BH Sh MK Yogi inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. All HOD’s staff and workers participated in this program. During the program, BH Sh MK Yogi spoke to deliver their message showing the importance and need of energy conservation. During the celebration, various events were conducted, such as poster competitions, speech competitions, slogan competitions, etc., to promote energy conservation. RPSF Team performed special energy conservation awareness drill programs in renowned Government Schools, Excellence Schools, etc. to spread awareness amongst students for energy conservation. This initiation was appreciated a lot by local residents. Prizes were distributed to winning contestants on the last day of energy conservation.
RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Christmas Day at Staff Colony
The Christmas Day celebration was held on 25th December 2024 in RSWM staff colony Ringas. The program was organized by club president Smt. Jaya yogi with ladies and children, the children and girls dance to the melodious tune of jingle bells’ and wish a merry Christmas. The dazzling entry of Santa Claus added to the joy and excitement of all the children.
RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of New Year at Staff Colony
RSWM organized a grand celebrated new year at RSWM staff colony campus with all staff & their family member with tremendous enthusiasm.
The program started by lighting the lamp by the business head sir. New Year was celebrated with cultural program, music, and dance performances, after ushering in the New Year; the cake-cutting ceremony was done by BH sir.
RSWM-Rishabhdev: Energy Conservation Week
RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Energy Conservation Day as a one-week program starting from 8th December 2024. The COO and Chief Coordinator of GECC, Shri KB Khatod inaugurated the event. In his address to the audience including officers staff and workmen, he mentioned the purpose of celebrating Energy Conservation Week to make people aware of the importance and value of Energy and how to reduce unnecessary or unwanted use of energy.
Posters and banners were displayed at various places on the campus. Through a documentary film, the importance of energy saving was explained by Shri Anil Dalawat, GM-Engineering to the staff and workers who attended in various groups. The seven-day program ended on 14th December, 24 on World Energy Conservation Day. The Engineering team with the cooperation of all made a full effort to make the program memorable. A drawing competition for children was also held on Energy Conservation and prizes were distributed.
RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Navratri
In line with the tradition of the RSWM Staff Club, Rishabhdev, Navratri was celebrated at Rishabhdev with much fervor and joy starting with Navratri Sthapna on 3rd October 2024 Staff with family participated in the daily Aarti at Maa Durga mandir and enjoyed the colorful Garba dance for all the days. Prizes were given to the participants for best dance and best dress. On the day of Dussehra, food stalls with a variety of dishes, games stalls, selfie points, a Lucky draw, and Ravan Dahan were the attractions.
RSWM-Rishabhdev: Deepawali Celebration
On the eve of Deepawali on 1st November 2024, Laxmi Poojan was performed in the Accounts hall by the COO. On 2nd November, Annakoot Prasad was distributed at Ganeshji Mandir in the morning. Deepawali Snehmilan was held on 3rd November at the staff club ground which was fully decorated with lights. Dignitaries from Rishabhdev town were also invited. Staff and family members attended and enjoyed these programs.
RSWM-Rishabhdev: Annual Day Celebration
Annual Day, a very anticipated and enjoyable function of the RSWM Rishabhdev family every year was celebrated this year also joyously and cheerfully. The delicious food items on 31st eve were enjoyed by all. State-wise dance performance of children and ladies was the specialty this year. In addition to this, the spiritual performance of gents and children related to Sri Ram added the attraction.
Amidst the excitement and gaiety of the program, at the dawn of the New Year, everybody greeted each other and Shri K B Khatod, COO conveyed congratulations and best wishes to all for a Happy and prosperous new year. The program ended with prize distribution to the merit holders and selection of key executives of the Staff Club for the year 2025-26.
RSWM-Kanyakheri: Celebration of Energy Conservation Week Building Awareness in Workers
The Kanyakheri unit organized awareness sessions, under the guidance of Shri YD Tiwari Ji (BH - Melange), for all workers (including senior workers like fitters, foremen, checkers, training boys, etc) on the occasion of Energy Conservation Week from 8th To 14th December, with various activities such as video-based learnings, PPT on energy conservation. An oath-taking ceremony was also conducted for every employee of the Kanyakheri Unit.
RSWM-Chhata: Diwali Sneh Milan
Diwali Sneha Milan was celebrated on 9th November 2024 in the Chhata Unit. On the occasion, our unit heads conveyed their Diwali Wishes; staff and family members exchanged greetings for happy and prosperous years ahead filled with joy and prosperity.

The New Year Celebration was organized in the Chhata Unit. New Year is a moment of life in which we assess ourselves, our strengths, and weaknesses and outline a resolution for the year ahead. The New Year Celebration was inaugurated by Unit Heads who conveyed their New Year Wishes. The celebration was enjoyed by family members and children participated in games organized by the orchestra team. The celebration concluded with dinner and a vote of Thanks.

RSWM-Chhata: Awareness Session on Energy Saving Week
Energy Saving Week was observed in RSWM Chhata from December 8 to 14, to make everyone aware of the energy-saving initiatives and energy conservation by using alternate energy sources like Solar Power in the Chhata Unit.

RSWM-Ringas: Navratra Mahotsav Celebration
RSWM Ringas Pariwar celebrated the Navratra Mahotsav from 03rd October, 2024 to 11th October, 2024. This was organized by RSWM Staff Club in the Mill premises. On 03rd October, "Murti Sthapana" celebration was successfully enjoyed with great zeal and enthusiasm in the presence of a large number of staff and their family members. Shri M.K.Yogi, Business Head (STB), Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar – AVP (T), Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr. GM (HR&IR), and Senior Officers were present in this ceremony. All the staff members with their family enjoyed the Durga Shaptathi Path, Dandiya Nritya, Havan, Ma Durga Aarti. All are enjoyed and appreciated the celebration. Ladies Club of Ringas Plant participated in the Navratra Mahotsav, made beautiful Rangoli all these days with great enthusiasm.
On 11th October 2024, Staff Club also arranged Ram Ji ki Jhanki with Vanar Sena passages – all Staff members with their family accompanied on this procession.
The best Rengoli, dancers, and the dressed females, males & children in different age groups were rewarded with attractive prizes by Shri Prakash Maheshwari (Chief Guest) and the Business Head, and a Lucky draw was also organized by the staff club, followed by a Grand Dinner.
RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Founder’s Day
On the auspicious occasion of 96th birth anniversary of our beloved founder, Shri Lakshmi Niwas Jhunjhnuwala, Ringas Unit has organized a Blood Donation Camp with the coordination of Shekawati Blood Centre - Jaipur on October 17th, 2024. Shri M.K.Yogi - BH(STB), inaugurated the blood donation camp at Ringas Unit. Certificates were given to all donors in appreciation of their contribution to this great occasion.

The Staff Birthday (October 2024) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.
The COO - Shri M.K.Yogi wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving the sweets and gift in the presence of all other officers. The cake-cutting ceremony by members whose birthday falls in a particular month was organized, the birthday members felt blessed with the presence of Sh. M.K.Yogi BH (STB) and all staff members. RSWM-Ringas: Energy Conservation Week Ceremony
We have celebrated Energy Conservation Week (08-14 December 2024) with the message “The true meaning of energy conservation is to avoid unnecessary use of energy and to use at least power so that energy sources can be saved for future uses. To make energy conservation plans more effective, every person should include energy conservation in their behavior". The program was inaugurated by Shri M.K. Yogi, the BH (STB) Engineering head, and all other HODs‘, Engineering and Maintenance team also presented. A poster/drawing/slogan competition on Energy/Water Conservation was also conducted in the Girls' hostel & Worker Colony. At the closing ceremony on December 14th, 2024 Prizes were distributed to winning contestants.
Ringas : Diwali Sneh Milan
Deepavali Sneh Milan with a theme of Celebration of togetherness organized at Ringas Plant on 05th November 24 from 7.30 PM onwards. Staff members and their families assembled at Children Park and exchanged greetings. The program ended with group dinner, singing on karaoke tracks and musical tombola.

On the eve of Deepawali, Laxmi Pooja was performed on 1st November 2024 at ADM Block of RSWM Limited, Lodha, Banswara. The Poojan was performed by a team of renowned pandits of Talwara under the guidance of Pandit Nikunj Mohan Pandya. The yajman of the poojan Smt. & Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia wished the employees/families a glorious and prosperous New Year. Special thanks were given to Shri Mamtesh Jain and his team for their best arrangement.
RSWM-Lodha: Navratri Sapt Sati Path & Hawan
RSWM Staff Club celebrated Shardiya Navratra from 3rd October to 12th October 2024 with great enthusiasm. The event featured a Durga Sapt Sati Paath & Special Poojan organized at the RSWM Staff Club Ground. Staff members and their families actively participated in the celebrations, enjoying the colorful Garba Dance each evening for all nine days.
The program highlighted daily special Garba dances performed by ladies, gents, and children, with performances adding vibrance to the festive spirit. Business Head Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia honoured the best dancers and the best-dressed females, males, and children across different age groups with attractive prizes to encourage participation. The event was a memorable celebration for all involved.
RSWM-Lodha: Energy Conservation Campaign Conducted
The Energy Conservation Campaign was held at the Lodha Unit from 8th to 14th December 2024. During this week, daily awareness programs were conducted to educate staff and workers on the importance of saving energy, preventing unnecessary energy consumption, and conserving resources. Business Head Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia officially inaugurated the campaign, highlighting its significance. On the final day, 14th December 2024, the program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Shri Devendra Taank (DGM – Engineering), who expressed gratitude to all the team members for their contributions and efforts in making the campaign successful.
A special highlight of the campaign was the active participation of children, who contributed by creating drawings, writing slogans, and singing poems on energy conservation. The best entries were recognized and awarded by Business Head Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, who presented them with attractive prizes.
RSWM-Lodha: Celebration of Dussehra Festival & Mela
RSWM Staff Club organised the Dussehra Festival on 12th October, 2024 at Lodha Campus. Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head) & Shri Sukesh Sharma, the COO (Chhata Unit) inaugurated the function. Ladies club & staff members arranged food stalls & fun games. Ram Ji ki Jhanki with Vanar Sena & 41 feet Ravandahan after Pooja was organized with sky-high Aatish Bazi. At the end of the program, a lucky draw was played for the staff members and Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head) rewarded lucky staff members. A vote of thanks was given by Shri. Mamtesh Kumar Jain.
RSWM-Banswara: New Year Celebration
Staff Club Lodha celebrated the New Year at the Mayur Mill Campus with great enthusiasm, bringing together all the staff and their family members. The celebration was organized around the vibrant and energetic theme of "Jhankar". The event featured a variety of cultural programs, including music, dance performances, songs, fancy dress competitions, jokes, and plays, adding joy and excitement to the occasion.
Employees and their families were invited to suggest themes for the celebration, and the best theme was selected and rewarded with a prize by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head). As the clock struck midnight, the celebration moved to the Cake Cutting Ceremony, which Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia performed. After the Cake Cutting Ceremony, Shri Bahedia wished the staff and their families a prosperous New Year. A Lucky Draw followed, with selected staff receiving prizes. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Shri Mamtesh Kumar Jain.
RSWM-Lodha: Staff Birthday Celebration
As per the HR policy to share happiness with all, a common birthday celebration was celebrated at the end of every month. In this program, the newly joined staff members were also introduced, good practices and experiences were shared by employees, and had a common cake-cutting ceremony with a high tea.
Maral Overseas Ltd.: New Year celebrations at Maral Sarovar
Maral Overseas Ltd., ushered in 2025 with a vibrant celebration. The evening commenced with a delightful dinner at Children's Park at 7:30 PM on December 31st, 2024. Subsequently, from 9 PM to midnight, employees and their families showcased their talents in a lively cultural program featuring diverse dance performances. Maral Sarovar: Deepavali Celebration & Mahalaxmi Pooja
On the occasion of Deepavali, Mahalaxmi pooja was conducted at Maral Parivar on 31st October 2024 from 9.30 AM onwards. The pooja performed by Shri. Manoj Thakker (Vice President-HR). Many staff members were present in the pooja, worshipping goddess Mahalaxmi. Prasadi distributed after the pooja.
RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits Staff Club: Navratri Celebration
The Navratra Poojan was celebrated, throughout the nine divine days, with high enthusiasm by placing the deity of Maa Durga by Denim & Knits Staff club, Mordi, from 03rd to 12th October, 2024 at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony with Garba Dance, Dandiya, by all members.
During this period, couples from the departments used to sit to offer their prayer in the morning, with chanting eternal mantras, and evenings also made lively with all staff members and families. It was celebrated with high spirits. The navratri celebration was celebrated so well that not just the staff & their families residing in the colony, but the general people staying at Banswara also participated & enjoyed the festival with great enthusiasm.
RSWM-LNJ Denim: Competitions organized during Navratri Celebrations
During the Navratri celebration, several competitions were organized by LNJ Denim & Knits club at LNJ Nagar colony, Mordi on 11th October, 2024, in which staff & their family members participated with full enthusiasm & gave their best. The main attractions were drawings & paintings, by children. The Rangoli competition was also enjoyed by all. A team of selectors had chosen the winners according to their creativity, innovation, and precision.
RSWM-LNJ Denim: Laxmi Pooja Celebration
Deepawali is a festival of lights symbolizing the victory of righteousness and the lifting of spiritual darkness. On this occasion, a traditional way of Laxmi poojan was organized on 31st October, 2024 at our LNJ Denim Admin Hall which was performed by Shri Pradeep Kumar Sharma & Shri Prateek Bansal along with the entire staff members of the Denim plant. All the staff members had attended the poojan & hawan ceremony. It was followed by distribution of sweets & bursting of firecrackers.
RSWM-LNJ Denim : Diwali Celebration
Diwali is the festival of lights, joy, and giving. This festival is full of enjoyment, hope, and goodness. The surroundings were cheerful and everybody was filled up with festive vibes. Like every year this year, the Diwali festival was celebrated with employees in the colony. Shri Arbind Mishra –Head HR & IR enjoyed the celebration along with Sr. Staff.
This Diwali celebration is a testament to the vibrant spirit and unity of our culture. On this auspicious occasion, sweets were distributed among the employees.
RSWM-LNJ Denim: Staff Birthday Celebrations
LNJ Denim, as a part of HR employee engagement activities, we celebrate the birthdays of our employees at the end of every month. On this occasion, a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with high tea.
During this program, every employee expressed his & her view in poems, songs, mimicry, etc.
Sh. Rajesh Singh– BH had & Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and gifts in the presence of all other staff members.
RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: New Year Celebration 2025
LNJ Denim & Knits staff club collectively organized a grand celebration on the eve of New Year on 31st December 2024. The celebration began with the group dinner hosted by the Staff Club. The cultural program was inaugurated by Shri Rajesh Singh & Shri Arvind Maurya with the lighting of the lamp before Lord Ganesha. On this OoccasionShri Rajesh Singh & Shri Arvind Maurya extended their warmest greetings to all employees and gave a phenomenal & inspirational message on the topic of "Uday - 2025".
A variety of cultural events there like group dance, mimicry, and solo songs were presented by staff & their family. During the celebration, we also organized the Children’s Meritorious Award 2023-24, for students who have scored more than 75% marks in 10th, 12th & graduation. Along with that, a lucky draw was organized for the staff members. Gifts were distributed to the participants. Over all people enjoyed it a lot. Unprecedented participation was observed this time where most of the participators well executed their newly arranged performance with excellence. The dances were choreographed by Mr. Kapil Kumawat. A cake was cut to welcome 2025 by Shri Rajesh Singh & Shri Arvind Maurya in the presence of all staff.
RSWM-Mumbai: Christmas Celebration & Secret Santa Game
The Mumbai office recently held its annual Secret Santa celebration, bringing a dose of festive cheer to the workplace. Employees were paired randomly and tasked with finding the perfect gift for their assigned colleague within a set budget. The exchange involved a lively gift-giving ceremony, filled with laughter and surprise as employees unwrapped their presents. The event fostered camaraderie and strengthened team bonds, creating a memorable holiday experience for all.
RSWM-Mandapam: Celebration of Navratri Festival
Navratra festival was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm for 10 days at RSWM, Mandpam Unit. On this occasion of Shardiya Navratra, Pooja and Garba was organized from 03rd October to 11th October, 2024 at Mélange staff Colony premises by Melange Staff Club.
RSWM-Mandapam: Vijayadashmi & Dussehra Celebration
Vijayadashmi (Dussehra) Festival was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm on 12th October 2024 at Mélange Officers’ Colony premises by Melange Staff Club. A procession was taken out from Milangeshwer Mahadev temple. Ravan Dahan was done by Shree Ram. All staff members along with their family members attended the function and sought the blessings of Lord Shree Ram.
RSWM-Mandapam: Diwali Poojan
The Lakshmi Poojan Ceremony was conducted by Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE), on 01st November 2024 in the Administrative block of Mandpam Unit. All staff members attended the Puja ceremony along with their family members and sought the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi. In the evening the Diyas were filled with residual wax in place of oil towards sustainability by all staff members.
RSWM-Mandapam: New Year Celebration 2025
New Year 2025 was thoroughly celebrated with great zeal & enthusiasm in the presence of Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE), Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy. C.O.O.), all Melange Staff (Mandpam & KKH unit) & their Family Members. The event was organized by the Melange Staff Club. The celebrations had begun with Deep Prajwlan by Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE) followed by dinner and cultural events.
Dances, Songs Plays, etc. were performed by children, men & women of different age groups. Everyone enjoyed and greeted each other happy & prosperous new year. Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE) addressed the audience & wished them a successful year ahead.

RSWM-Mandpam: Celebration of Energy Conservation Week
RSWM Mandpam celebrated Energy Conservation Week starting from 8th to 14th December 2024. Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE) and Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy. C.O.O.) inaugurated the Programme and expressed his views on the value of Energy. The program was conducted by Mr. Dhirendra Dube (Sr. Gen. Manager - Engg.).This activity makes a valuable contribution to ensuring the saving of energy in the day-to-day activity at the workplace.

Mélange Staff Club has organized the “Diwali Sneh Milan" event on 09th November 2024 at Kanyakheri Staff Colony premises. All staff members of Mandpam and KKH unit along with their family members attended & enjoyed the function of this event which was followed by a cultural program & dinner.
