RSWM: Won The Best Employer Award - All Round Performer for the Year 2024
The largest industrial unit of Sikar district, RSWM Limited, was selected by the Employee Association of Rajasthan for the prestigious Best Employer Award - All-Round Performer for the year 2024. The award ceremony was scheduled for 1st December 2024 in Amar Palace Hotel Jaipur. The Deputy Chief Minister of the Rajasthan Government - Diya Kumari presented the award.
Senior GM Shri Rajiv Dixit and his colleagues received this award on behalf of the mill.
RSWM-Kharigram: Long service award to staff
RSWM Limited is known for long association of employees. To recognise and motivate the long service of completed 10 years, 20 years and 30 years with us, a facilitation program was organised at Kharigram on 10th October, 2024. Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Sh. B K Sharma, BH, Sr. VP-CCD, Sh S K Tiwari, COO awarded two employees for this achievement and presented an appreciation letter and a gift to them in presence of all HODs’, staff and staff family members . He also motivated all for a long bright and meaningful journey ahead.
RSWM-Kharigram: Winning of Par Excellence (Gold Award)
Its a moment of pleasure and pride that our Quality Circle team Sarathi, won Par Excellence (Gold Award) in National Convention on Quality Concepts held at Gwalior organized by Quality Circle Forum of India themed on "Investing in people, building a better future".

RSWM-Ringas: Long Term Service Reward Ceremony
Employees are the foundation of companies, organizations, and businesses. They are an integral part of the success of a workplace and their efforts should not go unnoticed. Therefore, it is important to recognize our employees everywhere so that they may feel appreciated for their hard work and dedication. With this view, we conducted the long-term service reward ceremony, and the award was distributed to the employees by the BH (STB), who have given valuable contributions to our organization.
