RSWM-Kharigram: Celebrated World Environment Day

On 5th June ’25, Kharigram Pariwar celebrated “World Environment Day” with great zeal & enthusiasm. Sh. S. K. Tiwari, COO, Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Sh. N. K. Bahedia, BH & CE, Sh. Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP, planted tree saplings in the mill premises along with all HODs and staff members. To raise awareness about the significance of nature and to take a pledge to protect it, various species of trees were planted inside the plant premises. All members were educated to protect the environment through tree plantation and make the environment green and clean.  

RSWM-Kharigram: Celebration of Hanuman Jayanti

Lord Hanuman is the symbol of strength and energy, and to commemorate his birth, Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Kharigram Pariwar. 

On April 12, 2025, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full vigour and devotion in Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan, performed by the ladies and the family members, and the program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution.

RSWM Kharigram: Celebration of Fire Service Day

The Fire Service Day was celebrated by the Kharigram Unit on April 14, 2025. To raise awareness about fire & safety equipment, an Exhibition on Fire Safety was organised at Manav Vikas Kendra under the facilitation of Mr. Dileep Chourasia, Safety Officer, and Mr. Ratibhan Patil, Training Incharge. Shri S. K. Tiwari, COO, gave a loud message to ensure safety norms at each step of working activities and emphasized the importance of fire and safety equipment during work and emergency situations. All staff members voiced their commitment to follow the fire safety rules at the workplace.

RSWM-Kharigram: Celebration of International Yoga Day 'Yoga Shivir'

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Staff Club, RSWM Kharigram, organized a “Yoga Shivir” on June 21 2025, bringing together employees and their families in a collective effort to promote physical and mental well-being. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from Shri S. K. Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer (COO), senior officials, staff members, and their families. The Shivir featured guided sessions on various yoga asanas, correct postures, and different Pranayama Mudras, enabling participants to experience the holistic benefits of yoga.

The session was conducted in a serene and engaging environment, encouraging participants to integrate yoga into their daily lives for a healthier lifestyle. To conclude the programme on a refreshing note, Emblica (Amla) and Aloe Vera juices were distributed to all attendees.

The event ended with a heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the collective efforts of the organizers, instructors, and participants. The Yoga Shivir was a successful step towards fostering a culture of wellness and mindfulness within the RSWM Kharigram community.

ADHPL: Celebrated World Earth Day

The ADHPL celebrated World Earth Day on April 22, 2025, by participating with the State Pollution Control Board at Manali. The theme of this year’s Earth Day was “Our Power Our Planet”. Stakeholders from various hydro projects, ULBs, NGOs, and the tourism department participated in the programme. A consultation meeting with special focus on renewable energy/ green initiatives was held under the chairmanship of the Member Secretary, Pollution Control Board, Shimla.

The aim of organising the program was to increase the awareness about renewable/ green energy and the environment among the public.

ADHPL: Celebrated Fire Services Week

Fire Services Week was celebrated at ADHPL from April 14 – 20, 2025. The theme of Fire Services Week was “Unite to Ignite, a Fire Safe India”. The objective of Fire Services Week was to make people aware of fire hazards and techniques to douse the fire. During the week-long celebrations; trainings on fire-fighting and rescue operations were imparted to participants from different departments. The Civil Fire Fighting Department, Manali practically demonstrated the use of different types of fire extinguishers. A drill on use of fire hydrant hose pipe was also conducted by Civil Fire-fighting Department, Manali.   

ADHPL: National Electrical Safety Week

The National Electrical Safety Week (NESW) was celebrated from June 26 to July 02, 2025, at ADHPL. The objective of the NESW was to raise awareness among the employees and workers on electrical safety and promote a participative approach towards safe use of electricity. The theme of National Electrical Safety Week was “Electrical Safety, Non-Negotiable”. Trainings on electrical safety were organised in different departments through lectures and A/V mode. The employees actively participated and engaged others to be part of the NESW.

ADHPL: Celebrated World Environment Day

World Environment Day was celebrated at ADHPL on June 5, 2025. The theme of World Environment Day was “END PLASTIC POLLUTION". On the occasion following activities were carried out: -

  • Cleanliness drive from Admin building (Parking area) through Power house barrier up to Govt. High School, Prini. The school students took out a procession up to the Admin block, raising slogans on environmental awareness.
  • Thereafter, school students and ADHPL employees took a pledge on “Life Mission” at the project premises.
  • On the occasion, ornamental plants like Jade plant, Golden Juniper & Spider plants were distributed among students and school staff.
  • Later on, about 50 saplings of Deodar were planted by employees near the TRT area.
  • Towards the end of the program, refreshments/snacks were distributed among the participants.

Such activities provide a unique opportunity for raising awareness on the environment amongst the employees, children, and public.

RSWM-Hanuman Janmotsav Worship at Colony Temple -

At the RSWM colony temple, Sundar Kand was performed on this occasion of Hanuman janmotsav with great devotion and enthusiasm. On this occasion, the complete Sundar Kand followed by Hanuman Chalisa was chanted, and God Hanuman Ji & Ram Ji were worshiped with Pooja, and all members prayed for Peace, happiness, and prosperity across the group. Sh. MK Yogi (BH) addressed staff members and delivered a message for taking the oath of honesty, hardworking and dedication in assigned work / Job roles, learning a bit from the character of Lord Hanuman ji.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of World Environment Day

The World Environment Day was celebrated at the RPSF staff colony & Fiber plant BH Sh. MK Yogi Smt. Jaya Yogi and senior staff members accompanied families.
On this special occasion, more than 50 saplings were planted in the staff colony and plant premises. Further, looking into the peak summer weather condition, 50 water pots were implanted on branches of trees, facilitating birds to feed water with ease.

This event had been appreciated by local authorities and residents, and it had been in the limelight of newspapers.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of International Yoga Day

Celebrated the International Yoga Day at RPSF staff colony & Fiber plant, BH Sh. MK Yogi Smt. Jaya Yogi and senior staff members accompanied by families.
After that, BH Sh. M.K. Yogi addresses the staff members and delivers a message, a day dedicated to recognizing the profound benefits of yoga. As we navigate the demands of modern life, Yoga offers us a pathway to balance, wellness, and inner peace. So together we can create a healthier and happier workplace.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on April 12, 2025, at Rishabhdev by conducting a Sunderkand Path at the nearby Hanuman Mandir. Staff in large numbers with their families participated in the Path, which ended with Aarti and Maha Prasad.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of World Environmental Day

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Environmental Day on June 5, 2025, in the mills campus. Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, COO, inaugurated the programme by planting a sapling behind the Residential garden area.    

While addressing the gathering, he emphasized the importance of planting trees on the campus and keeping the environment neat and clean.  Our Unit is extremely conscious about the environment in and around the industry. Every year, hundreds of trees are planted on  Haryali Amavasya and  Environmental Day. 

TACC Limited: Celebrated World Environment Day with Community Led Sustainability Initiatives

TACC celebrated World Environment Day with a series of meaningful, community-driven activities across its locations in Dewas and Mandideep, reaffirming its deep commitment to the environment and collective action.

Recognizing that cleanliness and sustainability begin not just within our organization, but also in the communities around us, the celebrations reflected TACC’s belief that real impact is rooted in local engagement and responsibility. The day began with a Plantation Drive at Mata Tekri, Dewas, organized in collaboration with the Dewas District Administration and graced by the presence of Collector Shri Ritu Raj. TACC team members planted 25 saplings as a symbolic and tangible step toward greener surroundings. This was followed by a larger initiative at Government School, Fawda village, where TACC employees, school staff, students, and local representatives came together for:

Plantation of 70 saplings

A cleanliness drive in and around the school premises

Awareness sessions on environmental conservation

A pledge wall and environmental oath activity

A quiz competition for students, with prizes to encourage participation

Meanwhile, TACC’s Mandideep office mirrored the spirit of the day by organizing its own plantation activity, reinforcing a unified, organization-wide commitment to environmental responsibility. At TACC, we understand that sustainability is not a one-day effort, but a continuous journey. Events like these strengthen our resolve to grow with the planet in mind, hand in hand with the communities we serve.

RSWM Lodha: Celebration of World Environment Day

Empowering the idea of Go Green, RSWM celebrated Environment Day by organizing a painting exhibition and displaying motivational posters. A plantation at RSWM Plant, the girls’ hostel and Workers’ hostel was organized on World Environment Day on 5th June 2025. To raise awareness about the importance of the environment. A message to “Beat Plastic Pollution” 2025 theme was conveyed to all staff and workers. While addressing the employees, Shri Shambhu Kumar (COO) emphasized the need to save energy, use public transport, avoid plastic, and protect nature. He appealed to everyone to plant more trees and make their surroundings greener.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebration of Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on April 12, 2025, with devotion, fondness, and enthusiasm at the Hanuman Temple in Orchard. All staff members, along with their families, participated in the celebration.

The Pooja and Yagna were performed by a team of renowned pandits from Khadagda, led by the head of Govardhan Vidhya Vihar Sanskrit Mahavidhyalay. Hundreds of staff members offered 'Aahuty' for the prosperity of the group and prayed to Lord Hanuman for the betterment of the plant and their livelihoods. The programme concluded with 'Maha Prasad' after 'Poornahuti'. Chief executive and BH (SYB) Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia was the main Yajman for the poojan.

RSWM Lodha: Celebrated International Yoga Day

RSWM Limited, Lodha, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and unity, embracing this year’s global theme - “One Earth, One Health”. The event aimed to spread awareness about the holistic benefits of yoga and its vital role in promoting physical, mental, and environmental well-being.

Chief Operating Officer, Shri Shambhu Kumar, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of integrating yoga into daily life. He spoke about how yoga not only enhances personal well-being but also aligns with the broader goal of nurturing a healthier planet.

The celebration saw active participation from employees across all departments, along with their family members. The yoga session, led by Mrs. Yogita Choudhary, was deeply appreciated by all. Her expert guidance helped create a positive and energetic atmosphere that reflected the spirit of harmony and wellness

RSWM LNJ Denim: Celebrated World Environment Day

World Environment Day is a day for everyone around the world to take ownership of their environment and to actively engage in the protection of our earth. This day aims to inspire more people than ever before to take action to prevent the growing nature.

On 5th June 2025, World Environment Day is celebrated at LNJ Denim Mordi. On this occasion, Shri Rajesh Singh along with all senior staff members, planted the trees in the plant. On this occasion, Shri Rajesh Singh had explained the importance of Environment Day and plantation to the staff members & their families and asked them for more plantations.  On this occasion, handmade fabric bags were distributed to all staff members & workers. The function was concluded with refreshments for all staff of the Denim division. 

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits - Celebration of International Yoga Day

International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on June 21. It serves as a global platform to raise awareness about the various benefits of practicing yoga. This year, the theme of Yoga Day is 'Yoga For One Earth, One Health i.e., yoga for the welfare of all in the form of 'One World-One Family'.

On the occasion, Shri Kaushik Mehta Joshi from Govt. College, Banswara, was the Yoga instructor for the event.  He provided awareness on fitness & health to our employees. Staff members participated in the event. Shri Rajesh Singh & Shri Arbind Mishra also addressed the staff members on the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life.

LNJ Denim: Staff Birthday Celebrations

LNJ Denim, as a part of HR employee engagement activities, we celebrate the birthdays of our employees at the end of every month. On this occasion, a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with high tea.

During this program, every employee expresses his & her view in the forms of poems, songs, mimicry, etc. It is made compulsory so that they can explore their ideas.

Sh Rajesh Singh – BH & Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by offering sweets and gifts in the presence of all other staff members.

HEG: Celebration of Durga Ashtami

On the auspicious occasion of Durga Ashtami, HEG Ltd. came together to celebrate the spirit of devotion and cultural heritage with a Bhajan, Pooja, Havan, followed by Bhandara held at HEG Limited. This beautiful initiative was taken up by our Hon’ble Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati Ji, whose vision and commitment to nurturing cultural values at the workplace brought the entire HEG family together.

The day commenced with a soulful Durga Ashtami Pooja, invoking the blessings of Goddess Durga for prosperity, protection, and strength. The bhajans created an atmosphere of devotion and serenity. The Havan ceremony followed, with sacred chants and offerings symbolizing purification and positivity. Employees and management alike participated in the rituals with deep reverence.

HEG: Celebrated World Environment Day

In line with our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, HEG Ltd. Celebrated World Environment Day on June 5, with a meaningful and impactful initiative – the plantation of saplings within our plant premises.

We are Generation Restoration, inspired all of us to take active steps towards creating a greener and healthier environment. Employees from various departments enthusiastically came together to plant a variety of trees and shrubs in designated green zones across the plant area.

The initiative not only emphasized the importance of nurturing nature but also served as a reminder of our role in preserving the environment for future generations. The plantation drive added new life to our campus, and everyone who participated took pride in contributing towards this green movement.

This collective effort reflects our ongoing mission to support environmental sustainability and maintain a healthy, green workplace. We look forward to continuing such initiatives that create a lasting positive impact on both our organization and the environment.

RSWM Ringas: Celebrated Hanuman Jayanti

On April 12, 2025, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full zeal and devotion in the Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan, performed by ladies and family members. The program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution to everyone.

RSWM Ringas: Staff Birthday Celebration of May’25

The Staff Birthday (May 25) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in the Ringas unit.

The Chief Operating Officer, Sh Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar, wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and a gift in the presence of all other Officers. The cake-cutting ceremony by members whose birthdays fall in a particular month was organized. The birthday members feel blessed with the presence of Shri Ashok Kumar Sengar and all staff members. The cake cutting was followed by high tea for all.

RSWM Ringas: Celebrated International Yoga Day

The Ringas unit celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2025. Staff members and their families took part in the activity with much fervor and excitement. The event's yoga instructor was Shri Sampat Kumar Sharma.

Maral Sarovar: Celebrated World Environment Day

On June 5, World Environment Day was celebrated at Maral Sarovar with the theme “Ending Plastic pollution globally”. Prior to this, a week-long celebration from 30th May 2025 was conducted to raise public awareness campaign to reduce plastic pollution and protect nature.  Environmental Awareness activities conducted during this period include slogan competition, poster painting, etc.

The World Environment Day celebration began with a march past conducted from the Administrative Block to Colony Gate with slogans narrating an appeal to save the environment. On this occasion, tree saplings were planted by Shri Tarun Baldua, President, and other senior executives, as well as Labour Union bearers of the company.  While addressing the audience, Sh. Tarun Baldua emphasized the importance of safeguarding the environment and Mother Earth from pollution and appealed to everyone to play their role in protecting nature by planting more trees. Sh. Manoj Thakker, VP (HR), Sh. Sanjay Bolya, VP (Comml) and Sh. Vinay Singhal, VP (Engg.), also shared their views on burning issues like global warming and plastic pollution. The program concluded with prize distribution to the winners of the slogan competition and poster painting, and distribution of free cotton bags to all the participants.

Maral Sarovar: Celebrated Sthapna Divas of Shri Ram Mandir

The 14th Annual Day of Shri Ram Mandir has been celebrated on May 3, 2025, with special pooja, arti, and distribution of Prasadi at noon. Shri Tarun Baldua, President, senior officials, and a lot of devotees were present during the Aarti, who took blessings from Lord Shri Ram.

Maral Sarovar: Celebrated Ram Navmi at Shri Ram Mandir

“Ram Navmi” is celebrated at Shri Ram Mandir, Maral Sarovar, with devotional fervor on April 6, 2025.  On this occasion, a “Hawan & Pooja” was performed by Shri Tarun Baldua, President, which was attended by a large number of devotees, including senior officials, staff members, and their families. A special pooja was held at midday, followed by distribution of Maha Prasadi and “Kanyabhoj”. In the evening, a Bhajan Sandhya and musical Sunderkand were organized at the temple premises.

Maral Sarovar: Celebrated Hanuman Jayanti at Shri Ram Mandir

On April 12, 2025, Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated at Shri Ram Mandir, Maral Sarovar. A special pooja was performed at 6 AM in the morning with group recitation of Shri Hanuman Chalisa and distribution of Prasad.

Maral Sarovar: Celebration of 300th Birth Anniversary of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar

Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Jayanti is observed every year on May 31, to mark the birth anniversary of Rajmata Ahilyabai Holkar, one of India's most respected historical figures. This year 300th Birth Anniversary of Devi Ahilyabai is being celebrated all around Madhya Pradesh. At Maral Sarovar also it was also celebrated by offering a special Sunderkand on 31st May at 7 PM by the staff & their families.

MPCL: Celebrated World Environment Day

MPCL celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal & enthusiasm. On this occasion, employees planted 50 plants of Cedrus Deodara at the barrage site, followed by an awareness session on Beat the plastic.

In addition, female employees of the company & female colony residents also took initiative and planted 60 Cedrus plants with slogans.

MPCL: Celebration of National Electrical Safety Day/Week

Each year, National Electrical Safety Day/Week is celebrated from June 26 to July 2, 2025. This significant event was enthusiastically observed at MPCL, where a diverse range of programs were organized to mark the importance of electrical safety. The primary objective was to cultivate a greater sense of awareness among employees and foster a culture of vigilance and caution. This year's National Electrical Safety Week theme was: "ELECTRICAL SAFETY, NON-NEGOTIABLE".

Ho Noida - Celebrated International Yoga Day

The LNJ Bhilwara Group came together for an invigorating yoga session at our Noida headquarters, celebrating International Yoga Day with passion and purpose. It was more than just a workout; it was a profound opportunity to deeply relax, profoundly recharge, and collectively honor the powerful spirit of health and well-being that resides within each of us. Because truly, yoga heals from within.

RSWM Mandpam: Celebrated World Environment Day

On June 5, 2025, the Mandpam Unit celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy.COO), Sh. Pankaj Khnadelwal (Head - HR & IR), along with the HODs and staff members, planted trees in the mill premises. All the employees were reminded to protect the environment by planting more and more trees and to minimize the usage of plastic bags. The programme was organized by Sr. Engineer (Safety), Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi.

RSWM Mandapam: International Yoga day

Interrnational Yoga day was celebrated at RSWM Limited, Mandpam, on June 21, 2025.  Staff members has participated in the event. Shri Satyam Sharma was the Yoga instructor for the event. Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, BH & CE (MYB), Sh. Harish Joshi, Dy.COO, have addressed the staff members on the Importance of Yoga in their day-to-day life.

RSWM Mandpam: Hanuman Chalisa Path & Bhajan Program at Workers colony

A devotional program of Hanuman Chalisa Path and Bhajan Sandhya was organized at Workers’ Colony at RSWM Mandpam unit on June 24, 2025. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp and the recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa, creating a spiritual atmosphere. All workers presented soulful bhajans dedicated to Lord Hanuman, filling the surroundings with devotion and positive energy. A large number of resident workers actively participated in the program with great enthusiasm. The program concluded with the distribution of prasad and collective chanting of “Jai Shri Ram”, making the evening memorable for all attendees.
