TACC Limited: Celebrated World Environment Day with Community Led Sustainability Initiatives
TACC celebrated World Environment Day with a series of meaningful, community-driven activities across its locations in Dewas and Mandideep, reaffirming its deep commitment to the environment and collective action.
Recognizing that cleanliness and sustainability begin not just within our organization, but also in the communities around us, the celebrations reflected TACC’s belief that real impact is rooted in local engagement and responsibility. The day began with a Plantation Drive at Mata Tekri, Dewas, organized in collaboration with the Dewas District Administration and graced by the presence of Collector Shri Ritu Raj. TACC team members planted 25 saplings as a symbolic and tangible step toward greener surroundings. This was followed by a larger initiative at Government School, Fawda village, where TACC employees, school staff, students, and local representatives came together for:
Plantation of 70 saplings
A cleanliness drive in and around the school premises
Awareness sessions on environmental conservation
A pledge wall and environmental oath activity
A quiz competition for students, with prizes to encourage participation
Meanwhile, TACC’s Mandideep office mirrored the spirit of the day by organizing its own plantation activity, reinforcing a unified, organization-wide commitment to environmental responsibility. At TACC, we understand that sustainability is not a one-day effort, but a continuous journey. Events like these strengthen our resolve to grow with the planet in mind, hand in hand with the communities we serve.
