HO Noida: Organized Annual Trip for Employees

HO Noida organized an annual trip for employees to Guwahati, Shillong, and Cherrapunji from October 2 to 6, 2025. It was nothing short of spectacular. The Head Office-HR Team curated such a well-planned and memorable experience.

The breathtaking landscapes provided the ideal backdrop for strengthening team bonds. From the misty hills of Cherrapunji to the vibrant culture of Shillong, every shared moment boosted our camaraderie. Seeing the unified spirit of the LNJ Bhilwara Group shine through the enthusiastic participation of employees and their families was wonderful. We returned rejuvenated, with stronger connections and renewed working relationships.

RSWM Lodha: Organized One Day Picnic for Staff Members

The Staff Club, Mayur Nagar Lodha, organized a refreshing one-day picnic in two batches during August 2025. The trip covered the scenic Kedareshwar Temple, the Water Park, and the serene Mangalya Temple. Staff members, along with their families, thoroughly enjoyed the outing.

Delicious breakfast and lunch were served at the picnic spot, adding to the joyful experience. The beauty and tranquility of the locations left everyone mesmerized. It was a much-needed break from the daily routine, offering time to relax, bond, and recharge. Such trips foster camaraderie among employees and their families, making for cherished memories.

RSWM Lodha: Visit by Group CHRO Mr. Ranjan Sarkar

Mr. Ranjan Sarkar, Group CHRO, visited the RSWM Lodha Unit, where he was warmly welcomed by Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer).
During his visit, he toured the NPD and Kapaas units. Mr. Sarkar shared valuable insights and experiences with the team, providing guidance and knowledge that was well-received by all present.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Conducted SA 8000 Audit

BSI team conducted a surveillance audit of SA 8000 at Rishabhdev on August 28, 2025. They took a round of the plant and also the Canteen, Mess, Dispensary, etc., apart from checking of various documents to check that the system is in place and found everything in order and appreciated the Unit.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits: One Day Picnic at Girnar Amusement and Water Park

To promote camaraderie, relaxation, and rejuvenation among the hardworking members of our team, a one-day picnic was organized for LNJ Denim & Knits staff on September 6 and 7, 2025. The destination chosen was Girnar Amusement and Water Park Mandsour a scenic and refreshing location perfect for a short getaway.

The staff assembled early in the morning at the factory premises, and after a quick headcount and briefing, the journey began with enthusiastic faces and high energy. The bus ride itself was filled with fun – music, laughter, and group games that set the tone for the day.

Upon reaching the location, everyone was treated to a welcome breakfast. Nature walks and some quiet relaxation spots were enjoyed by those who preferred a slower pace. A delicious lunch was served, offering a variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The meal was followed by a short entertainment session,

The picnic wrapped up with high tea and group photos, capturing memories of a day well spent. Everyone returned with big smiles and lighter hearts, having had the chance to bond with colleagues outside the work environment. It was a much-needed break and a wonderful opportunity to strengthen team spirit and promote a healthy work-life balance.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Inditex SLCP Audit by PDCA

The Inditex SLCP Verification audit was conducted by a third-party team from PDCA, Delhi, on August 22, 2025, and it was completed successfully without any major NCs.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits: Plant Visit by Directors

We were honoured to welcome our Director, Shri Suryakant Gupta, Shri Suman Jyoti Khaitan, Shri Thomas Varghese, Shri Dharamvir Dhawan , Smt. Archana Kapoor & Shri Rajeev Gupta - JMD to LNJ Denim & Knits, Mordi on July 16, 2025, followed by a traditional welcome with a bouquet and a brief introduction session. This special visit was a moment of pride and motivation for the entire plant team, as it provided an opportunity to showcase our operations, improvements, and team efforts directly to the top leadership.

They took a detailed tour of the facility, interacting with team members on the shop floor, observing ongoing operations, and taking a keen interest in the various improvements implemented by different departments. Their valuable insights and suggestions were well-noted and appreciated by all.

During a short meeting with the plant leadership team, they expressed satisfaction with the progress and acknowledged the collective efforts of all employees in maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and teamwork. Their encouraging words served as great motivation for everyone.

The visit concluded with a group photo and a token of appreciation presented to the Director, followed by light refreshments and informal interaction with staff members.

Shri Rajesh Singh & Shri Arvind Maurya sincerely thanked all for taking the time to visit the plant and for their guidance and encouragement. Their visit has not only boosted morale but also reaffirmed our commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

RSWM Lodha: Conducted SA 8000 Audit

The Surveillance Audit Assessment (SA 8000) was conducted from 26th to 29th August 2025. The audit commenced with an opening meeting on 26th August 2025, where Shri Shambhu Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, warmly welcomed the auditors, Mr. Abhishek Kumar and Mr. Sanjay Bhardwaj.

During the audit, the auditors visited various plant areas, reviewed the improvements implemented based on observations from the previous audit, and provided valuable suggestions for further enhancement. The audit concluded successfully with a closing meeting on 29th August 2025.

RSWM Ringas: Conducted Bank Consortium Meeting

The Bankers’ Consortium Meeting was held at Ringas unit on September 12, 2025. The senior officials from lead banks, viz. SBI, UBI, BOB, PNB, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank & BOM attended the meeting along with Representatives of RSWM Ltd., i.e., CFO, COO of Spinning division, COO of RPSF division, GM & Sr. Manager (CFD) and Commercial Heads. A brief presentation of Ringas Spinning & RPSF division was given. Financial performance and updates on company matters have been presented and discussed during the meeting. CFO and GM CFD replied to various queries of bankers.  The bank officials also visited the plant and appreciated the hospitality of the team Ringas. 

RSWM RPSF: Organized Abhivyakti Felicitation Ceremony

Central Technical Support Cell (CTSC) organised the Abhivyakti Felicitation Ceremony on July 18, 2025, via Zoom to honour employees who submitted outstanding and high-saving suggestions. Sh. Sanjay Singh (Mechanical-RPSF) won 1st Prize, Sh. Vipin Kumawat (Engineering-Lodha) 2nd, and Sh. Yogendra Singh (Engineering-Kharigram) 3rd and Sh. Arun Verma (SPG-Maintenance Denim) received a consolation award for his consistent contributions. All winners received a trophy & prize money. Among the units, RPSF, Rishabhdev, and HJ21 won the Best Performer Award for Abhivyakti, Quality Circle, and 5S, respectively.

The event was graced by all Business Heads, Sh. N.K. Bahedia, Sh. Y.D. Tiwari, Sh. M.K. Yogi, Sh. Rajesh Singh, and Sh. Arvind Maurya, as well as COOs Sh. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, Sh. Shambhu Kumar, Sh. Rajendra Kumar Pandey, Sh. A.K.S. Sengar and Sh. Harish Joshi, along with heads of departments and employees. The occasion proved to be a memorable and motivating celebration of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

RSWM CTSC: Hosted Group Quality Circle Competition

Central Technical Support Cell (CTSC) organized a Group Quality Circle Competition on 3rd September 2025 via Zoom to identify the best Quality Circle (QC) project across the group and encourage wider participation in QC initiatives. The winning team had to participate in various Quality Circle forums. A total of thirteen projects from different units were presented and evaluated during the competition. Units such as Kharigram, Rishabhdev, Ringas, RPSF, Mandapam, Kanyakheri, and HJ21 showcased their strong commitment to enhancing quality and efficiency. After a highly competitive evaluation process, the top three projects were recognized for their remarkable understanding and application of QC Concepts in problem-solving. Mandapam (Spinning) secured the first position, while Ringas (Engineering), Kanyakheri (Engineering), and Kharigram (Training) jointly achieved second place. The third position was shared by Rishabhdev (Spinning) and HJ21 (Maintenance).

The event was graced by Sh. Shambhu Kumar, COO of Lodha unit, along with Heads of Departments and employees from all units. The completion proved to be both motivational and knowledge-enriching, providing valuable insights and fostering a spirit of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

RSWM Kharigram: Organized One Day Picnic for Staff

RSWM Staff Club-Kharigram organized a one-day picnic, a ' Grand Masti Tour’ at Birla Water Park, Ajmer, in two phases on 24th and 30th August 2025. All the staff members, along with their families, enjoyed the slides, swimming & wave pool, as well as the rain dance. Sh. N K Bahedia, BH & CE, SH. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, and Shri S. K. Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, also participated in events and appreciated all the activities of this picnic. The picnic ended with delicious food, cultural activities.

RSWM RPSF: External IMS Audit Successfully Conducted

An external IMS audit was conducted by Mr. Susheel Sharma and his team from Intertek at the RPSF Plant. The audit team was warmly welcomed by Shri M. K. Yogi, CE & BH, STB, along with all the Heads of Departments of the RPSF Plant.

The audit commenced with an opening meeting held on July 11, followed by a full-day inspection covering various departments and systems. The audit concluded successfully, with Mr. Susheel Sharma highly appreciating the excellent standards of internal housekeeping, cleanliness, and the robust systems maintained within the unit.

In recognition of these commendable practices, the IMS Certificate was successfully renewed and awarded to the RPSF Plant, reflecting the team’s continuous commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.

RSWM-RPSF: SLCP Audit Successfully Conducted

An external SLCP audit was conducted by Mr. Vivek Jha and Mr. Abhinav Vaidya from the PDCA Team at the RPSF Plant. They were welcomed by Shri M. K. Yogi, CE & BH, STB, along with all department heads.

The full-day audit, held on 11th August, was completed successfully. The auditors appreciated the excellent housekeeping, cleanliness, and well-maintained systems across the unit. The achievement highlights RPSF’s strong commitment to quality, discipline, and continuous improvement.

RSWM Kharigram: Visit of Shri Ranjan Sarkar, CHRO of LNJ Group

Group CHRO Shri Ranjan Sarkar was warmly welcomed by Shri Manoj Sharma (CHRO-RSWM) and Shri S.K. Tiwari (COO-RSWM).

During the visit, Shri Sarkar engaged in insightful discussions focused on employee development and organizational growth. In his address, he emphasized the core values that drive our collective success: teamwork, transparency, commitment to growth, and integrity. He expressed his appreciation with the remark: “Delighted to see the SJ-11 plant’s international-level capacity and the high standards of cleanliness.”

RSWM RPSF: Visit by Investor Team at Fiber Plant

The Investor Team of RSWM Limited visited the RPSF Fiber Plant, where they were warmly welcomed by Mr. M. K. Yogi, BH (STB).
During the visit, the team held discussions on the company’s business strategies and future growth plans, expressing their keen interest and confidence as valued investors of the RSWM Group.

The visitors were highly impressed with the plant’s sustainable technology, which efficiently utilizes 150 MT of scrap PET bottles per day to produce high-quality recycled Polyester Staple Fiber. The visit concluded on a positive note, reflecting the group’s strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.

RSWM RPSF: Organized Staff Picnic at Gulab Garh Resort, Jaipur

A one-day picnic and outing for all staff and their families was organized at Gulab Garh Resort & Water Park, Jaipur, conducted in two batches. The event, led by Shri M. K. Yogi CE & BH, STB, and Smt. Jaya Yogi featured fun-filled cultural and recreational activities, including games, rides, and swimming. Everyone enjoyed the day thoroughly, making it a memorable and refreshing experience for all.

RSWM RPSF: Participation in SKIT College Camp

On September 27, 2025, the RSWM Limited RPSF unit, Ringas, set up an educational stall at the SKIT College Camp, Jaipur, under the guidance of the BIS team. The stall showcased, through process display boards and fiber samples, the complete journey from PET bottles to fiber and finally to finished garments, highlighting the company’s sustainable technology and innovative processes.

On June 5, the stall was visited by the Honorable Chief Guest, IPS Vijay Kumar Singh, and Smt. Kanika Kalia, Director of BIS, appreciated the display and the efforts of the RPSF team in creating awareness about recycled fiber and sustainable textile production.

RSWM Kharigram: Organized TGT Induction Program

In alignment with the RSWM Group’s vision and philosophy of bringing young, dynamic talent into the organization and nurturing them to become a valuable part of our mainstream workforce, a two-day TGT Induction Program was successfully conducted at our Kharigram location under the guidance of the Corporate HR Department.

A total of 55 fresh Trainee Graduate Trainees (TGTs) participated in the induction, which aimed to orient them with the company’s culture, values, and growth opportunities.

The program featured inspiring addresses by Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala (CMD & MD), Shri Rajeev Gupta (RSWM-JMD), Shri Ranjan Sarkar, LNJ CHRO, Shri Manoj Sharma (RSWM-CHRO), Shri N K Bahedia (RSWM-BH & CE), Shri S K Tiwari (RSWM-COO) & Ms. Ashu Sharma (RSWM-AVP – CHR)

Following the induction, the TGTs were assigned to various RSWM units across different locations to begin their professional journey.

TACC: Signing of Technical Collaboration Agreement with Ceylon Graphene Technologies

Marking an important milestone in the journey toward graphene commercialization, TACC Limited, an LNJ Bhilwara Group company, has entered into a Technical Collaboration Agreement with Ceylon Graphene Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (CGT), a subsidiary of LOLC Holdings PLC and a pioneer in graphene innovation.

Through this collaboration, TACC and CGT aim to unlock the immense potential of graphene and lay the groundwork for its transformative applications across industries. The partnership positions graphene as a key material for next-generation technologies and sustainable solutions, strengthening TACC’s commitment to driving advanced material innovation in India

TACC: 1,230 Crore Loan from SBI for Lithium-Ion Battery and Graphite Anode Production

The State Bank of India (SBI) has sanctioned a ₹1,230 crore credit facility to TACC Limited for setting up our 20000 MT greenfield lithium-ion battery anode material plant in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. This milestone reflects the growing confidence in India’s advanced materials ecosystem and strengthens our commitment to building sustainable, technology-driven solutions for the future of energy storage.

TACC: Team Connect 2025

TACC kicked off October with a wonderful two-day team get together, bringing together all departments, including the project and site teams, under one roof.
The event featured lively discussions on the company’s innovation drive and detailed project updates, followed by engaging team activities where employees connected over conversations, food, games and a memorable musical evening. It was truly heartening to see the entire TACC team come together as one unit, united in purpose and enthusiasm, as we move forward to execute a shared vision and dream.

TACC: Graphene-Paved Roads for a New India with CRRI

With a vision to redefine India’s road infrastructure, TACC has embarked on an exciting collaboration with the Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), a premier constituent of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to advance graphene-enhanced pavement technology in India. The MoA was executed by Prof. Manoranjan Parida (Director, CRRI), Dr. Ambika Behl (Project Lead, CRRI), Mr. Riju Jhunjhunwala (Director, TACC), and Mr. Ankur Khaitan (MD & CEO, TACC).

This collaboration marks the beginning of a transformative journey toward building stronger, more durable, and sustainable roads that will shape the future of India’s infrastructure

TACC: POSH Awareness Session

Work is where we spend a significant part of our day, and it is essential that every individual feels safe, respected, and empowered. As part of TACC’s ongoing commitment to creating a safe and inclusive work environment, a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness session was recently conducted, led by certified POSH trainer Ms.Shikha Chhibbar.

The session covered key aspects such as:

  • Understanding the POSH Act and TACC’s internal policy
  • Identifying forms of sexual harassment through real-life examples
  • Roles and responsibilities of employees, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), and management
  • Grievance redressal mechanisms and the importance of confidentiality

TACC firmly believes that regular awareness and open dialogue are vital to fostering a workplace built on respect, trust, and equality.

TACC: Partnering with District Health Department for Ni-Kshay Mitra Initiative

As part of its ongoing social responsibility initiatives, TACC Limited has partnered with the District Health Department, Dewas, to support the Ni-Kshay Mitra Program aimed at improving the well-being of Tuberculosis (TB) patients.

Under this collaboration, TACC will distribute 6,000 nutrition kits over six months (1,000 kits per month) to TB patients at the District Civil Hospital, Dewas. The initiative focuses on raising awareness about key TB symptoms to encourage early diagnosis and timely treatment and providing essential nutritional support during the six-month treatment period to aid faster recovery and treatment adherence

The program was launched on 30th July 2025, in the presence of the District Collector, Dewas, the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), and the District TB Programme Officer, who joined TACC’s leadership team for the ceremonial distribution of the first 100 nutrition kits.

This initiative reflects TACC’s continued commitment to community health and its support for the national goal of a TB-free India.

TACC: Advancing Sustainable High-Performance Concrete Innovation

TACC Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB) to jointly advance research and development in high-performance concrete using graphene-based additives.

The MoU was signed between L. P. Singh, FRSC, Director General, NCB, and Riju Jhunjhunwala, Director, and Ankur Khaitan, Managing Director and CEO, TACC Limited.

This collaboration combines TACC’s innovation in advanced graphene materials with NCB’s expertise in concrete technology to:

  • Improve the strength, performance, and durability of concrete
  • Support India’s net zero ambitions by reducing carbon emissions
  • Enable progress in next-generation infrastructure materials

This partnership marks an important step toward developing smarter, stronger, and more sustainable infrastructure solutions for the future

HEG: Visit of M/s Ballward Limited

We were honored to host a special delegation from “BALLWARD LIMITED”, a globally recognized leader in coke supply chain logistics, on July 25. The team was represented by Mr. Vipul Kotecha and Mr. Shayan Kotecha, who are instrumental in ensuring smooth and timely coke shipments to our facility from international ports.

The visit was aimed at strengthening the long - standing partnership between “BALLWARD LIMITED” and “HEG Ltd”, focusing on enhancing transparency, efficiency and real - time coordination across the logistics process.

The delegation was welcomed by our Hon’ble Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati Ji.

The agenda for the day included a comprehensive plant tour, an overview of our production capabilities, quality assurance practices, interactive discussions and customer focused innovations.

HEG: Visit from Hyundai Steel

HEG Ltd. had a privilege of hosting a distinguished delegation from Hyundai Steel, South Korea, on their visit to our plant.

The visit held on September 10, 2025, marked yet another milestone in strengthening the long standing relationship between Hyundai Steel and HEG Ltd.

The delegation comprised: Mr. Choi Yongjoon – Vice President of Integrated Procurement Group, Mr. Lee Hyoung Min – Team Leader of Operation Material Procurement Team, and Mr. Lee Jee Hoon – Manager, Operation Material Procurement Team. The team was warmly welcomed by our Hon’ble Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati Ji.

During the visit, the delegation was taken through the details on HEG’s manufacturing excellence, sustainable practices and future growth vision. A comprehensive plant tour followed, where the Hyundai Steel team witnessed our cutting edge technology, operational efficiency and world class graphite electrode manufacturing facilities.The delegation highly appreciated HEG’s commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability. They also engaged in fruitful discussions with our leadership team regarding best practices and opportunities for mutual growth. The visit concluded with symbolizing the spirit of partnership and shared commitment to excellence.

Maral Overseas: Shri Mohit Maheshwari takes charge of Sarovar Unit as its President

Shri Mohit Maheshwari, Sr. Vice President – Marketing (Yarn & Fabric) has been elevated to President – Sarovar Unit and Business Head (Yarn & Fabric) with effect from September 1, 2025.  Shri Mohit Maheshwari is with the company since 1998 and always had a pivotal contribution towards the growth of the company. The entire Maral Parivar welcomes Shri Mohit Maheshwari and wish him all the success in the new role and responsibilities.
