RSWM Lodha: Conducted Safety Training for Employees

At RSWM Lodha unit, regular safety training sessions are conducted for employees and workers to enhance their awareness and understanding of workplace safety protocols. These sessions cover essential topics such as fire prevention, emergency evacuation procedures, designated escape routes, and the location of assembly points.

Shri Kalpesh Pandey (Safety Officer) conducted the latest training session, ensuring all participants were well-informed about the do’s and don’ts in case of an emergency. Such initiatives are vital for maintaining a safe and prepared work environment.

RSWM Lodha: Abhivyakti Manthan

A meeting was organized to share insights gained from the recent staff visit to the BMD Plant. During the session, each team member delivered a presentation, highlighting both the positive aspects and areas of improvement observed during the visit. Mr. Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) also addressed the gathering and emphasized the value of such visits. He shared key points on how visiting other plants enhances knowledge, encourages cross-learning, and contributes to overall professional growth.

RSWM Lodha: Management Window Session

On August 22, 2025, a Management Window session was organized at RSWM Lodha, led by Mr. Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head) on the theme “Blending of Power for Strategic Growth.”

During the session, Mr. Bahedia emphasized the importance of integrating various forms of power - including human power (skills, experience, leadership), technological power (innovation, tools, automation), and financial power (investment and budgeting) — to drive sustainable and strategic organizational growth.

The session was highly interactive and insightful, offering valuable knowledge to all participants and inspiring new perspectives on achieving long-term success through synergy.

RSWM-Lodha: Financial & Fraud Awareness Seminar

On August 19, 2025, a Financial & Fraud Awareness Seminar was conducted by ICICI Bank representative Mr. Praneet Shekhar and his team.

The session focused on educating participants about various types of financial fraud, how individuals can fall victim to them, and preventive measures. In addition to fraud prevention, the seminar also covered key aspects of financial awareness, particularly related to investments and banking for account holders. Mr. Mamtesh Jain (General Manager – F&A) and Mr. Abhimanyu Singh (Manager – HR) coordinated the event.

RSWM Lodha: Conducted Technical Training

On August 16, 2025, a technical training session was conducted by Shri Sukhadev Babasaheb Vhatkar on Fiber Classification and Identification. All technical staff and officers participated in the session to enhance their knowledge.

During the training, he shared valuable insights on fiber classifications, quality parameters, their importance, and several other technical aspects aimed at improving organizational performance. The session was highly interactive, informative, and provided a great learning opportunity for everyone.

RSWM Kharigram: Awareness Session on HR Policy

To update the many revisions of HR manual and ensure discipline & control the disparity in the employee attendance system, an online Training cum Awareness programme was organised by HR department on Aug 11, 2025. Many topics were covered like Loan & Advance Policy, Mediclaim & Insurance, Employee Benefits Online attendance system and Correction system, Short Leave, Correction/OD/Leave processing etc.

Total 46 staff members got benefited from this programme.

RSWM Kharigram: Training on “Accident- Cause, Effect & Prevention"

A training cum awareness programme on Accident- Cause, Effect & Prevention was organised on Sep 8, 2025, which was presented by Sh Dileep Chourasia, Safety Officer. Engineering, Maintenance, Security, Commercial, and Production departments were covered in this programme. The topics covered -Fire Fighting, Evacuation Plan, Emergency Exit, Assemble method, etc. He educated all personnel to follow safety rules and how to respond to different emergencies.

RSWM Kharigram: Training Program "Passion for Excellence"

We are pleased to share that a training program titled “Passion for Excellence” was successfully conducted, with sessions facilitated by Dr. B.P. Gupta, a distinguished expert in the field. The program focused on inspiring participants to pursue excellence in all aspects of their professional roles.

Key topics covered included Developing a Passion for Excellence & Building a High-Performance Mindset. A total of 180 staff members participated in this enriching learning experience.

RSWM Ringas: Training Program on ‘Passion for Excellence’

A one-day training program was organized for RSWM Ringas staff members, conducted by external faculty Shri V. K. Gupta Ji. The session focused on developing a ‘Passion for Excellence’ through physical, social, spiritual, and other dimensions of personal and professional growth.

The program was inaugurated by Shri M. K. Yogi CE & BH and Smt. Ashu Sharma, AVP Corporate HR, with a warm welcome and contextual address. The session was highly engaging and motivational, encouraging participants to adopt a holistic approach toward excellence in their work and life.

RSWM RPSF: Conducted Fire Safety Drills

To promote safety awareness among staff and workers, three fire drills were conducted at the RPSF Plant on July 25, August 25, and September 25, 2025, covering both dry and wet drill scenarios.

The drills were organized by the Safety Officer, who guided participants through the various steps and precautions to be followed during emergencies. These exercises reinforced the importance of preparedness, vigilance, and quick response, ensuring a safer working environment for all.

RSWM Ringas: LMW Technical Training Session

A Special Training Programme on Products- Electrical Ring Spinning System -Speed Frame & Ring Frame was organized by LMW from Aug 18-22. Mr Amit Kumar Mishra (Engineer-Engineering ) participated in this training for the Ringas Unit. The training was held at Customer Training Centre, LMW Ltd, Textile Machinery Division -Unit 1, Perianaickenpalayam, Coimbatore – 641 020.

A post-session was organized in Ringas on September 9, to study the learnings and suggestions given by the LMW for the trouble-free operation of machines.

HEG: Export Preparedness Workshop by CII

HEG Limited actively participated in the Export Preparedness Workshop organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a platform that brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss India’s growing role in global trade.

Our Hon’ble Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati Ji, shared the industry perspective of HEG’s journey as a leading exporter, highlighting that over 70% of our production is exported to more than 35 countries worldwide.

He emphasized HEG’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality, which have enabled us to build long-standing partnerships across international markets.

Along with HEG, other reputed companies like Vardhman Textiles and Majestic Basmati also shared their export journeys, offering diverse perspectives from different industries.

The workshop was led by Mr. Amit Mulani, Export Consultant and Trainer, who provided an insightful overview of the global export landscape, key tools, and emerging opportunities. Members also had the opportunity to directly interact with Mr. Manas Ranjan Mohanty, Chief Commissioner – Customs, CGST, and Excise, and gain valuable insights on trade facilitation.

HEG’s active engagement in this forum reflects our strong global presence and continued commitment to contributing to India’s export growth story.

HEG: Industrial Visit by Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management

To give the industrial exposure to the Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management students, HEG gave a chance to the students to visit our organization and gain the learning’s regarding the overall general process of the Electrode Manufacturing. This gives a platform for the students to groom themselves and can fill them with the core knowledge about the manufacturing process. HEG always encourages the learning and development for the students as well, so that in future the talent could find its way to meet a desired destination.

HEG: Session on PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana-EPFO

HEG Ltd recently hosted an important awareness program in collaboration with the Employee’s Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), Regional Office Bhopal. The program was graced by the presence of Shri V. Ranganath – Addl Central P F Commissioner, who was welcomed by our Head HR Mr. Akshay Saxena. The program was organized focusing on the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojna (PMVBRY). The session was designed to provide detailed insights into the scheme, its benefits and the role it plays in promoting employment generation across the country.

Representatives from the EPFO Regional Office, Bhopal, addressed the gathering and explained the objectives of the initiative, highlighting how the scheme supports both employers and employees in contributing to a stronger and more inclusive workforce. The session also covered the eligibility criteria, application process and practical aspects of implementation, ensuring that participants gained a clear understanding of how to avail themselves of the scheme’s benefits.

The interactive event witnessed active participation from Team HEG and officials from different companies, who engaged in discussions and clarified their queries directly with the EPFO experts.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks to the EPFO Bhopal team for their valuable guidance and support in enhancing awareness on such an impactful initiative.

HEG: Session on Health & Safety at Workplace

HEG Ltd had the privilege of hosting a one day training session on “Health & Safety at Workplace” under the guidance of the Labour Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh at our Mandideep facility.

The program was aimed at creating greater awareness and understanding of workplace safety among both management and workers. The sessions covered critical topics such as fire safety, confined space safety, chemical storage and handling, safety audits, MSDS awareness and best practices for accident prevention. These sessions were conducted by distinguished experts, who shared their valuable insights to reinforce the importance of maintaining safe and secure working environment.

The event was graced by eminent dignitaries, including, Shri Raghunath M. R., IAS – Principal Secretary, Labour Department, Govt. of M. P., Smt. Namita Tiwari – Director, Health & Safety, Smt. Jasmine Sitara – Deputy Labour Commissioner, Shri S. B. Mishra – Director General, Factory Advisory Services & Labour Institute, Mumbai and Smt. Bhawna Kasturia – Renowned Safety Trainer

The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from industries across the region, reflecting a collective commitment to prioritizing health and safety at all levels of industrial operations.

Their support and knowledge sharing have been invaluable in strengthening the culture of safety within and beyond our organization.

RSWM LNJ Denim: Training on Fire & Safety

An awareness training session on Fire & Safety has been imparted to our employees at LNJ Denim, Mordi, on July 24, 2025.  The objective of this programme was to create awareness of the use of fire hydrant systems at the time of fire. Mr. Ashish Dixit – Assistant Manager, Fire & Safety, has imparted this training programme.

A demonstration was done on how and when to use the required equipment with all the possible safety measures. The main objective of the training was to create awareness about the use of firefighting equipment at the time of the fire. 

RSWM LNJ Denim: ISO 45001:2018 Training

On August 26, 2025, we conducted a training program on & ISO 45001 in the Spinning Conference room. It is necessary to make the staff aware of hazardous things and what precautions should be taken while any uncertain event happens in the factory. It is mandatory to train new employees about safety measures. The safety officer, Mr. Ashish Dixit, and the Training Manager, Mr. Deepak Jalan, had given Indoor and Outdoor training by showing them safety equipment and how to use it. Mainly, this training program focused on we should aware our self and not ignoring any harmful things in the plant.  This training was helpful to sustain employee health and safety. The main objective of the training was to create awareness about the ISO 45001:2018 requirements in the plant & how it is working in the plant after implementation.

RSWM LNJ Denim: 5S Training & its implementation in Plant

A training session & review meeting on 5S was conducted on September 19, 2025, at LNJ Denim. The three-hour training program was provided to the employees.
The training was given by Shri Mahadev Sapkal. The main objective of the training was to create awareness about the use of 5S & its implementation in the plant.

Before training 5S Audit was conducted to review the implementation of 1S & 2S in the plant by our internal Auditor. They had given certain observations for further improvement, department-wise. A total of thirty staff members had attended the session.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Conducted Fire Mock Drill

A fire mock drill exercise was conducted at the Assembly area for S/F, TFO & Autoconer workers on July 29, 2025. 
A demo was given by the Security team on what should be done in case of fire occurs.  All the workers staying in the workers' colony participated in this Mock Drill.

MPCL: Mock Drill on Fire Rescue

MPCL conducted a tier 1 mock drill on Sep 12, 2025 in colony during evening hrs. The scenario was fire incident in residential area in late hours and to check the preparedness of our resources. The resources found alert and ready for these kind of unwanted occurrence.

MPCL: Mock drill on Earthquake

MPCL conducted a Tier II mock drill on September 24, 2025 at Power House building. The scenario was finalized by MPCL & Fire Officer, Himachal Fire Service (HFS) experts with consent of Plant in-charge. Fire Officers demonstrated the rescue work.

ADHPL: Second Management Review Committee Meeting of IMS

The second Integrated Management System (IMS) review for 2024-25 was held on July 24, 2025, in the ground-floor conference hall of the ADHPL admin block.

A wide representation of employees, including section in-charges, committee members and workers participated in the meeting. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on various issues related to the Company's Integrated Management System, which included performance trends, audit results, and opportunities for improvement. The review aimed to assess the system's effectiveness and its progress toward organizational objectives. The output of such a meeting includes decisions and action plans for continual improvement. 

ADHPL: Training on Work at Height and Fall Protection

Multiple sessions on work-at-height safety, including fall protection measures, were conducted from August 2 to 6, 2025. A total of 69 employees and workers from ADHPL, MPCL, and the transmission line teams participated in the program. The training was delivered by a third-party expert trainer from M/s Shield Skilled Institute Pvt. Ltd. Participants were highly engaged and expressed satisfaction with the training provided. This successful initiative significantly enhanced the safety knowledge and skills of all involved staff. 

Maral Overseas: Awareness workshop on Sustainable Production & Traceability

A workshop on Sustainable Production & Traceability was conducted at Maral Sarovar on August 10, 2025 in which a team of 30 staff members were given training on the system and procedure of sustainable production and the traceability by Sh. Rameshwar Jha, Sr. Manager (Compliance).
