RSWM Kharigram: Long service award to Staff

RSWM Limited is known for its long association with employees. To recognise and motivate the long service of completed 10 years, 20 Years, and 30 Years with us, a facilitation program was organised at Kharigram on September 30, 2025. Sh. N K Bahedia, BH& CE, Sh S.K. Tiwari, COO, awarded five employees for this achievement and presented an appreciation letter and a gift cheque to them in the presence of all HODs. He also motivated all for a long, bright, and meaningful journey ahead.

RSWM RPSF: Organized Free Eye Check-up Camp

As part of the CSR activities, a free eye check-up medical camp was organized at the RPSF Plant for all staff and workers. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness and ensure the well-being of the workforce.

The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees across all departments, who availed themselves of the facility and appreciated the company’s efforts toward employee health care. The initiative reflected RSWM’s continued commitment to employee welfare and community health.

RSWM Ringas: Organized ESIC Annual Medical Check Up for Employees

A team of ESIC Doctors visited Ringas plant for a medical checkup of our employees on July 5, 2025. The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) provides an annual preventive health check-up for insured individuals, particularly those aged 40 and above, to promote early disease detection. 

The camp was attended by both staff members and workers who took advantage of this facility.

MPCL: Help Extended to Schools Under CSR to Promote Education

MPCL helped schools under the CSR activities. MPCL provided furniture ,computer & Printer to GPS & GMS school, Chowki, Kullu,HP. 

MPCL: Sewing Training Centre Under CSR

After completing the previous session, MPCL shifted its Sewing Training Centre to Chojh village in Kullu district. MPCL has been operating this centre for several years under its Women Empowerment Program as part of its CSR initiatives.

ADHPL: Enhancing School Safety and Hygiene at Govt. Sr. Sec. School in Bahang

The side drain and interlocking pavers in front of the toilet block at Govt. Sr. Sec. School in Bahang will improve hygiene and safety for students and staff. The new drain will prevent waterlogging and erosion, while the pavers will provide a clean, non-slip surface. This project, carried under CSR activities, will significantly enhance the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of the school's facilities. The toilet block at the school was also constructed by ADHPL under its CSR banner. 

ADHPL: Built Playground and Storage to Boost Community Life in Aleo Village

AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) has constructed a new playground and storage area in Aleo village, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This project was aimed at providing better recreational facilities for the local community, especially for children. The new infrastructure is part of the company's broader efforts to contribute to the social upliftment and overall development of the areas surrounding its project site. The construction serves as an example of ADHPL's commitment to improving the quality of life for local residents. The new facilities are expected to offer significant benefits to the village, promoting sports and community activities. 

ADHPL: Greenery Development Program in Manali

In August and September, AD Hydro Power Limited led a greenery development plan in Manali. The plantation drive was a collaborative effort, organized alongside local women's self-help groups and the Forest Department. This initiative demonstrates ADHPL's ongoing commitment to environmental protection and community engagement in the Shuru, Prini, Jagatsukh, Bhanara, and Aleo villages. Approx. 3650 saplings of deodar and other broad-leaved species were planted. It is part of the company's broader Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, which aim to protect the local environment surrounding its hydropower project.

ADHPL: Materials donated to Govt. Schools

Demonstrating its commitment to developing educational infrastructure, AD Hydro Power Ltd. (ADHPL) generously donated a range of supplies to Govt. Middle School, Archhandi, and Govt. Primary School, Shuru. The contributions included EPE foam mattresses, a 500-liter water tank, a 40-liter water cooler, a water purifier, office and classroom furniture, and an almirah.
