RSWM Lodha: Celebration of Hariyali Amavasya
On July 24, 2025, the RSWM Staff Club celebrated Hariyali Amavasya. This day, also recognized as Plantation Day, was marked by a large-scale tree plantation drive within the mill campus, in line with the LNJ Group’s commitment to maintaining an eco-friendly and sustainable environment. Over 100 trees were planted during the event, reaffirming our dedication to green initiatives. The programme was graced by the presence of Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) who led the plantation activity. The event witnessed active participation from staff members and their families, making it a truly collaborative and impactful initiative.
In addition to the plantation drive, a variety of cultural and creative activities were organized, including a slogan competition, fancy dress contest, and a drawing competition. The best performances were recognized and awarded by Smt. and Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer), adding joy and encouragement to the festivities. The celebration concluded with a delightful dinner. Coordinator of the event was Shri. Upendra Singh chouhan and horticulture team & Shri. Abhimanyu Singh Chundawat.
RSWM Lodha: Celebrated Independence Day
The Independence Day celebration commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony by Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) at 8:30 A.M. In his address, he emphasized the importance of national integrity and collective prosperity, and also spoke about the vision of “Naya Bharat” and “RSWM 2.0”, highlighting the company’s commitment towards innovation, growth, and excellence in the new era.
The event also featured a cultural programme, where staff and workers showcased their patriotism and enthusiasm through various performances. Awards were distributed to employees who have shown outstanding performance and dedication throughout the year.
RSWM Lodha: Celebrated Krishna Janmasthami
On August 16, 2025, RSWM Lodha celebrated Shree Krishna Janmashtami with great devotion and enthusiasm.
The event featured colourful Jhankis, a melodious Bhajan Sandhya, and children dressed as Lord Krishna, creating a festive atmosphere. Staff members and their families took part in the celebration, which continued until midnight. A special pooja and maha aarti were performed, led by Shri & Smt. Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer), followed by the distribution of prasadi to all attendees.
RSWM-Lodha: Sundarkand Path at Bachelor’s Hostel
On 2nd September 2025, a spiritual Sundarkand Path was organized by the Bachelors at RSWM Lodha. A team of Pandits performed the sacred recitation at the Bachelor’s Hostel, invoking the blessings of Lord Hanuman. Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) welcomed the Pandits with a bouquet and formally commenced the event. The atmosphere was filled with devotion as participants engaged wholeheartedly, with many joining in devotional singing and dancing to the bhajans. The event concluded with the distribution of Prasad to all attendees.
RSWM Lodha: Celebration of Vishwakarma Jayanti
On September 17, 2025, RSWM Mayur Nagar Pariwar celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti with full devotion, warmth, and enthusiasm. All staff members and workmen actively participated in the celebration. The Pooja and Hawan were performed by a team of four Pandits/Gurujan under the guidance of Shri Nikunj Mohan Ji Pandya, Mata Tripura Sundari Pandit. Hundreds of employees and workmen offered Aahutis, praying for the continued prosperity and success of the organization.
The Purnahuti was solemnly performed by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head) and Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer), marking the spiritual culmination of the ritual. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of Prasad to all attendees.
RSWM Lodha: Ganesh Visarjan
The festival of Ganesh Utsav was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at Vishwakarma Colony, Lodha. The celebration began with the Ganpati Sthapana and Poojan of Lord Ganesha, in which all staff members along with their families actively participated.
For ten days, joy and energy to the festive atmosphere. On the final day, a grand Ganpati procession was taken out from Vishwakarma Colony to the Lodha pond. After the concluding rituals and Pooja, the Ganpati Visarjan was performed with heartfelt devotion.
RSWM Lodha: Staff Birthday Celebration
As per the HR policy of fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, a common birthday celebration is organized at the end of every month. This initiative aims to share happiness and strengthen team spirit among all employees.During the celebration, newly joined staff members are introduced, and employees are encouraged to share good practices and experiences, promoting a culture of learning and appreciation. The event concludes with a cake-cutting ceremony and a high tea, making it a joyful and engaging experience for everyone.
RSWM Kharigram: Celebrated Navratra Parv
Navratra Mahotsav was organized by Staff Club, it started with "Murti & Ghat Sthapana" on 22nd September, 25 with full of worship and in devout environment Senior officers along with families participated in Durga Shaptshati Path & Aarti at morning & evening time. Hawan-Pujan was perfomed on Ashtami and a grand Pooja followed in presence of Sh. Rajeev Gupta, JMD, Sh. Manoj Basal, CTO, Sh S K Tiwari, COO, Sh N K Bahedia, BH&CE, Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO.
In the evening during navratri, Staff , ladies and kids performed dandia followed by arti, milk and prasad distribution at the end of daily rangoli making and special performance by ladies group during this navratri appreciated by all members.
RSWM Kharigram: Celebrated Krishna Janmashtmi
RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtmi” on August 16, 2025, in the colony temple.
A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by a professional coterie, and all Staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and were engrossed in the devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Children dressed up and came as Radha & Krishna. The Abhishek of Bal Gopal & Puja performed amidst the presence of a large gathering, followed by the “Dahi- Handi” competition. Sh. N K Bahedia, BH & CE, Sh S.K. Tiwari, COO, and other seniors distributed gifts to all dressed-up Radha & Krishan, and the programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. The whole environment of the Temple was observed enraptured on this occasion.
RSWM Kharigram: Celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi
Ganesha Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' or 'Vinayaka Chavithi', was celebrated by the RSWM Kharigram family on August 27, 2025, at the RSWM Colony temple in a spiritual atmosphere. Staff and their family members chanted Bhajans. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad. Everyone enjoyed the occasion with a feeling of religiousness & full of happiness on this occasion
RSWM Kharigram: Independence Day celebration
Kharigram unit, with a feel of patriotism, celebrated 79th Independence Day on August 15, 2025. Shri S K. Tiwari, COO, unfurled the national flag in the gracious presence of Sh N K Bahedia( BH & CE) Parade from Security Staff, and patriotic songs and dances were performed by female workers, which was appreciated by all. Prizes were also distributed to the best performers in the categories of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Sulabh Singhal, AVP-P & IR, motivated all workers for their performance.
RSWM RPSF: Organized Sundarkand Worship
At the Fiber Plant, the Sundar Kand Path is performed on the last Saturday of every month with great devotion and enthusiasm. On this sacred occasion, the complete Sundar Kand is chanted in reverence to Lord Hanuman, followed by a heartfelt Pooja of Lord Hanuman Ji and Lord Ram Ji. All members of the Fiber Plant family come together to pray for peace, happiness, and prosperity across the organization.
During the ceremony, Shri M. K. Yogi, CE & BH, STB, addressed the staff and inspired everyone to take an oath of honesty, hard work, and dedication in their respective roles. He encouraged all to imbibe the noble virtues of Lord Hanuman, unwavering devotion, courage, and commitment in their professional and personal lives. The event concluded with a collective sense of positivity and unity, reinforcing the belief that spiritual strength and sincere effort go hand in hand in achieving success and harmony.
RSWM RPSF: Celebrated Hariyali Teej
The festival of Hariyali Teej was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at the RPSF Staff Club.
The event witnessed active participation from all families, including women and children, who gathered to celebrate the festive spirit marked by devotion and togetherness.
The celebration was gracefully organized under the leadership of Smt. Jaya Yogi, President of the Ladies Club. On this auspicious occasion, prayers were offered to the Almighty for the good health, happiness, and prosperity of all RSWM families.The vibrant atmosphere, traditional attire, and cheerful participation made the event a memorable and spiritually uplifting experience for everyone.
RSWM RPSF: Celebration of Independence Day
The Independence Day was celebrated at the RPSF Plant with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The celebration began with the flag hoisting ceremony by Shri M. K. Yogi, CE & BH, STB, followed by the singing of the National Anthem by all staff and workers, filling the atmosphere with pride and unity.
In his inspiring address, Shri M. K. Yogi highlighted the importance of the Indian Constitution and paid tribute to the sacrifices of the Freedom Fighters who laid the foundation of our nation’s freedom. He urged everyone to contribute their best towards the continued growth and excellence of the group.
The event also featured various cultural performances, showcasing the spirit of patriotism and teamwork. Prizes were distributed to the best performers and achievers, marking a memorable conclusion to the celebration.
RSWM Kharigram: Celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti
A special Pooja in honor of Lord Vishwakarma, the deity for engineering and technocracy, was organized on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti on September 17, 2025. The ceremony was graced by Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO, Ms. Ashu Sharma, AVP - CHR, along with senior officials, staff members, and workers.
Everyone came together to participate in the Havan and Aarti, creating a spiritual and united atmosphere. The program concluded with the distribution of Prasad, marking the end of a heartfelt and meaningful celebration.

The birth of Lord Krishna, celebrated as Krishna Janmashtami, was observed at the RSWM premises with great devotion and enthusiasm. To mark this auspicious occasion, a devotional concert was organized, filling the atmosphere with divine music and spiritual energy.
The celebrations included worship and Aarti Poojan, culminating at midnight with the joyous moment of Bal Krishna’s birth. Following the ceremony, Prasad was distributed among all devotees. The event brought together employees and families in a spirit of faith, unity, and devotion, making it a truly memorable celebration.

The auspicious festival of Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with devotion and joy at the Fiber Plant on August 27. Lord Ganapati Bappa was duly worshipped, seeking His divine blessings for the happiness, peace, and prosperity of all RSWM families. A Pooja ceremony was performed, followed by the distribution of Prasad among all devotees. At the RPSF Staff Club, a grand Ganesh Sthapana and Pooja were also conducted under the leadership of Shri M. K. Yogi (BH, STB). The celebration created a spiritually uplifting atmosphere, bringing together employees and families in prayer and togetherness.
RSWM RPSF: Celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti
Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion at the Fiber Plant on September 17. The occasion included worship of Lord Vishwakarma, along with Pooja and Hawan rituals, seeking blessings for prosperity, safety, and success in all endeavors.
Shri D. M. Tripathi, GM Production, along with all Heads of Departments and staff members, participated actively in the celebrations and extended warm greetings to their colleagues. The event fostered a sense of unity, devotion, and team spirit among all attendees.
RSWM RPSF: Celebrated Navratri and Vijay Dashami
The vibrant festivals of Navratri and Vijay Dashami were celebrated with great enthusiasm at RSWM. During the nine-day Navratri period, employees actively participated in daily worship of Goddess Durga and enjoyed Rangoli demonstrations, adding color and festivity to the premises.
The celebrations also featured religious and cultural programs, including solo and couple Dandiya Raas performances, creating a lively and joyous atmosphere.
The festivities culminated in the grand celebration of Vijay Dashami, marked with pomp and devotion, reflecting the spirit of triumph, unity, and cultural heritage.
RSWM Ringas: Celebrated Independence Day
The Ringas Staff celebrated Independence Day with pride and patriotism. A program was held on August 15, 2025 in RSWM-Ringas Administrative Ground on 15.08.25. The celebration included a flag hoisting ceremony by the Chief Operating Officer, Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar; The national anthem was sung by all employees, various cultural performances, patriotic speeches and activities were organized. We made this occasion memorable, and we together honor the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and reaffirm our commitment to the nation.
RSWM Ringas : Celebration of Shree Ganesh Chaturthi
On the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi on August 27, 2025, rituals consisting of Pooja, Hawan & Maha Aarti were performed at ADM Block ,Plant and Staff Colony Mandir. This ritual was performed with gaiety and fervor admit the staff members, Workers, Union Office bearers, by COO Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar.This idol of Lord Ganesha was laid in the year 2006 and since then every day each and every worker goes to the workplace after paying devotion to the idol.
The event was concluded with Prasad Vitran which was enjoyed by all devotees present in the celebration.
RSWM Mumbai: Celebrated Independence day, Ganesh Chaturthi & Annual One day picnic
The Mumbai Office celebrated Independence Day on August 14, 2025, with a series of mindful activities. Later that month, they honored Ganesh Chaturthi with a Ganpati Pooja ceremony on August 26, 2025, to seek blessings for the coming year. Concluding the quarter, the team enjoyed their Annual One-Day Picnic on September 20, 2025, which included a trip to Chintamani Resort and visits to the ancient temples in Ambarnath.
RSWM Mandapam: Celebrated Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev”
On the auspicious occasion of the 22nd Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev” on July 21, 2025, a special puja and Rudhrabhishek were performed in the Melangeshwar Mahadev temple. The Melange Staff Club organized the programme under the guidance of Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE), Sh.Harish Joshi (Dy. COO) and Sh. Pankaj Khandelwal and other members of the Melange Staff Club. All Staff and their family members were present at the Puja.
RSWM Mandapam: Celebration of Independence Day
The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandpam unit. The flag was hoisted by Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE - MYB) and members were addressed by him. The members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society and the country and highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.
RSWM Mandpam: Celebration of Navratri Festival
Navratra festival was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm for 10 days at the unit. On this occasion of Shardiya Navratra, Pooja and Garba were organized from September 22 to October 1, 2025, at Mélange Staff Colony premises by Melange Staff Club. All the staff members attended all the functions with their family members. Sh. Rajiv Gupta (JMD-RSWM Limited) also participated in the function.

Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.The members of RSWM Mandpam unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing Puja on the shop floor on September 17, 2025. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant.
HEG: Participated in 12th Bhopal Vigyan Mela
The Research & Development (R & D) Department of HEG Ltd. proudly participated in the 12th Bhopal Vigyan Mela, a prestigious science and technology exhibition held in Barkatullah University, Bhopal. HEG: Celebration of Durga Ashtami
On the auspicious occasion of Durga Ashtami, HEG Ltd. came together to celebrate the spirit of devotion and cultural heritage with a Bhajan, Pooja, Havan followed by Bhandara held at HEG Ltd. This beautiful initiative was taken up by Our Hon’ble Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati Ji, whose vision and commitment to nurturing cultural values at the workplace brought the entire HEG family together.
The day commenced with a soulful Durga Ashtami Pooja, invoking the blessings of Goddess Durga for prosperity, protection and strength. The bhajans created an atmosphere of devotion and serenity. The Havan ceremony followed, with sacred chants and offerings symbolizing purification and positivity. Employees and management alike participated in the rituals with deep reverence.
After the spiritual ceremonies, a Bhandara was organized, where all employees shared a meal together. The sense of unity and togetherness was palpable, reinforcing the HEG family spirit.

RSWM Ringas: Celebrated Vishwa Karma Jayanti
On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, RSWM Ltd- Ringas on September 17, 2025.
The workshop and pandal were decorated with flowers. The main pooja and hawan was performed by Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, Sr.GM HR&IR, Shri Raj Kishore Mishra – General Manager (Engg. & Maint.) Shri Rajesh Kumar – DGM (Production) and union officials.
After the pooja and hawan, prasad was distributed among all the staff and workers who attended the pooja.
RSWM Ringas: Navratra Mahotsav Celebration
RSWM, Ringas Pariwar, celebrated the Navratra Mahotsav from Sept 22, 2025, to October 2, 2025. This was organized by the RSWM Staff Club in the Mill premises. On September 22, 2025, the "Murti Sthapana" celebration was successfully enjoyed with great zeal and enthusiasm in the presence of a large number of staff and their family members. Shri M.K.Yogi, Business Head (STB), Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar – COO, Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr. GM (HR&IR), and Senior Officers were present in this ceremony. All the staff members with their families enjoyed the Durga Shaptathi Path, Dandiya Nritya, Havan, and Ma Durga Aarti. All enjoyed and appreciated the celebration. The Ladies Club of Ringas Plant participated Navratra Mahotsav, made beautiful Rangoli all these days with great enthusiasm.

The Staff Birthday (Sept 2025) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.
Shri Ahok Kumar Singh Sengar (COO), The Sr. G.M. (HR&IR), Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, have wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving the sweets and a gift in the presence of all other Officers. The cake-cutting ceremony by members whose birthday falls in a particular month was organized.

Kavad Yatra is an auspicious pilgrimage observed by Lord Shiva’s devotees every year. By Chanting of Bol Bham Bol & Om Namah Shivaya, the environment becomes very devotional. Each Kavadia(devotee) does the Abhishek of lord Mahadeva
LNJ Denim, Knit, & BMD plant had participated in it with highly enthusiasm. We had arranged refreshments for devotees on August 3, 2025. Many staff members had participated in it. By offering refreshment to them, it was felt like we were serving God. It is termed as the most auspicious time, and it is said that every wish of the devotee is said to be granted by lord Shiva.
RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits: Celebrated Independence Day
India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we get our own identity. The celebration started on August 15, 2025, with a flag hoisting ceremony by our Business Head, Shri Rajesh Singh & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The tricolor national flag was flying in the air.
On this special Occasion, Shri Rajesh Singh has extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expects a greater individual contribution in the growth of the nation. He asserted the current market scenario & he emphasized national integrity & prosperity, and also the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead. He motivated the staff & workers to do their best with Loyalty & Sincerity.
On this occasion, we distributed the Children's Talent award to Denim & Knits Employees’ Children who had scored 60% above. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. It was concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.

The LNJ Denim & Knits Staff Club hosted a beautiful Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebration at LNJ Nagar colony, Mordi, on August 16, 2025. Staff members and their families gathered for an evening of devotion, music, and joy.
The event began with a warm welcome and a brief narration of Lord Krishna's divine birth and teachings, focusing on His message of dharma, love, and righteousness.
The highlight was the Sundar Kand Patha - Bhajan Sandhya. Employees and invited local artists performed devotional songs, including "Govind Bolo Hari Gopal Bolo" and "Achyutam Keshavam," which filled the air with spiritual bliss. The evening concluded with aarti, blessings, and the distribution of prasad to all attendees.
RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits: Celebrated Ganesha Chaturthi
Ganesha Chaturthi, a traditional Hindu festival celebrated in honour of lord Ganesha, the festival, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, Ganpati festival, was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for five days by Denim & Knit staff members. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and worship them.
It was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for nine days. On the First Day, i.e., on August 27, 2025, Staff & family members of Denim & Knit welcomed lord Ganpati and worshiped for better health, wealth & prosperity for their families as well as the workplace. On Day 2, Ganesh Stapana was done with Pooja & Aarti.
During this period, a selection of departments used to sit to offer their prayer in the morning with chanting eternal mantras, and evenings were also made lively with all staff members and families.
After this, everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in the Ganesh Visarjan. Everyone was dancing with the dhols & shouting “Ganpati bappa Moraya” all the way at the colony, even in the bus. The Visarjan was done at Chanduji ka Gardha village. The function was concluded with lunch for all staff of the Denim & Knits division. It has received a tremendous response.
RSWM LNJ Denim: Celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti
On September 17, 2025, Vishwakarma Pooja was held in the LNJ Denim unit. On this occasion, all employees of Denim prayed for the smooth functioning of the plant & various machines. Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who, according to the Hindu mythology, is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe - the heaven and the earth.
Many staff members come together to be a part of the Pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the Pooja, and thereafter, Prasad was distributed among all.
Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name, and blessings were sought for a better future, a safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.
RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits Staff Club: Celebrated Navratra
Navratri is a nine-day-long Hindu festival celebrated with much fervour every year in the autumn. The Navratra Poojan was celebrated with high enthusiasm by placing the deity of Maa Durga by Denim & Knits Staff club, Mordi, from September 22 to October 2, 2025, at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony throughout the nine divine days, with Garba Dance, Dandiya by all members was the main attraction of the programme.
During this period, Departments used to sit to offer their prayer in the morning with chanting eternal mantras, and evenings were also made lively with all staff members and families. RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits Staff Club: Competition during Navratri Celebrations
During the Navratri celebration, Competition programs were organized by the LNJ Denim & Knits club at LNJ Nagar colony, Mordi, on September 28, 2025. In the Competition Programme, staff & their family members participated with full gestures & gave their best. The main attraction was Drawings & paintings, which were made by children & liked by everybody. In the Rangoli competition, it was a great event where all our staff enjoyed it.
A team of selectors had chosen the candidates according to their creativity & innovation, and precision (accuracy). All the winners of the above competitions had been awarded 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes.
RSWM Rishabhdev: LNJ Denim Birthday Celebrations
Life is all about loving & enjoying. Birthdays are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the joy of living, family, and friends while focusing on that one special person whose happy "day" it is.
The LNJ Denim, as part of HR employee engagement activities, we celebrate the birthdays of our employees at the end of every month. On this occasion, a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with high tea.
Sh Rajesh Singh – Business Head & other senior employees, wished the staff member whose birthday was on that day by presenting sweets and gifts in the presence of all other staff members.
RSWM Rishabhdev: Celebrated Navratri
In line with the tradition of RSWM Staff Club, Rishabhdev, Navratri was celebrated at Rishabhdev with much fervor and joy starting with Navratri Sthapna on 22nd September, 2025. Staff with family participated in the daily Aarti at Maa Durga mandir and enjoyed the colourful Garba dance for all the days. Prizes were given to the participants for best dance and best dress.
RSWM Rishabhdev: Celebrated Mills Foundation Day
The 36th Foundation Day of the Rishabhdev unit was celebrated on July 12, 2025, by hoisting the Group Flag by the COO in the morning. He addressed the employees and Union members and congratulated them for their contribution to the growth of the unit. All the staff members visited Lord Ganesh Temple and performed a special pooja archna for the prosperity of all employees of the unit.
RSWM Rishabhdev: Celebrated Hariyali Amavasya
On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on July 24, 2025, RSWM Rishabhdev Staff Club organized a plantation programme on the campus. On this occasion, a variety of more than 150 saplings were planted in the mill campus. Staff & their families in large numbers took part in the plantation, which ended with heavy snacks and tea.
RSWM Rishabhdev: Celebrated Independence Day
Independence Day was celebrated on August 15, 2025, by unfurling the National Flag by the COO, Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, in the presence of a large number of employees, including staff and workers. He conveyed Independence Day wishes and congratulations to all.
On this occasion, employees were felicitated with a ten-year meritorious service certificate. Prizes were also awarded to the wards of employees (non-staff), who stood first in their respective classes. A Tug of war competition was also held among workers, and the prizes were given to the participating workers.
RSWM Rishabhdev: One-day Pcnic for Staff
Staff Club of Rishabhdev plant organized a one-day picnic to Tirupati Rushivan Adventure Park, Himmat Nagar, Gujarat, in two batches on September 7 and 14, 2025. Staff & family members participated in large numbers and enjoyed the trip.
RSWM Rishabhev: Celebrated Shree Krishna Janmashtami
Sree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated on August 16, 2025, in a joyful and spiritual atmosphere with great joy and spirituality at Rishabhev. The main attractions were the colourful Jhanki and the Bhajan Sandhya, which lasted till midnight. Small children dressed up as Radha & Krishna attracted the attention of all. Staff members, along with family, were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.
RSWM Rishabhdev: Celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi
On August 27, 2025, RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with a special Puja and Hawan in the Ganesh temple. Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, COO and all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti. At the end, the COO in his address wished that Lord Ganeshji’s blessings may be showered on the Unit for its prosperity and the well-being of its employees. Prasad was also distributed to all.
RSWM Rishabhdev: Celebrated Viswakarma Pooja
On the occasion of Viswakarma Jayanti on September 17, 2025, pooja and hawan were held at the Power house of Mill No.2. Staff and workers of the Engineering & Maintenance departments, along with other staff, performed the puja and prayed for Lord Viswakarma’s blessings for a safe and peaceful working environment and prosperity of the Unit. Tools and equipment were also kept for the puja. The programme ended with the Prasad distribution.

MPCL: Inauguration Day Celebration
MPCL celebrated its 24th Anniversary of successful commissioning and commencement of power generation on July 5, 2025. On this occasion, a Pooja and Hawan were organized at the Power House, followed by a traditional Dham (community lunch). Cultural programs were held for employees and their families, including children. Awards were also distributed to the winners of the “Women & Children Annual Sports Meet” held in June 2025.
MPCL: Celeration of Independence Day
MPCL celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm at the Plant on August 15, 2025. The celebration began with the Flag Hoisting Ceremony by the Chief Guest, Sh. M. A. Rafiq, Head – Malana Plant, followed by the distribution of sweets to all employees and children.
ADHPL: Celebrated Independence Day
Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotic spirit and fervor at ADHPL on August 15, 2025.
The event commenced with the warm welcome of Chief Guest Sh. Pankaj Kapoor, VP (O&M). He hoisted the national flag, followed by a stirring rendition of the national anthem. ADHPL: Celebrated 15th Anniversary
AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) marked its fifteenth anniversary on July 17, 2025, a decade and a half after it began generating electricity in July 2010. Since its inception, the company has consistently contributed to both the state and national economies. To commemorate the milestone, employees participated in a pooja at the power house and a havan at the switchyard. The celebration concluded with a local dham (feast) for the employees and their families, organized within the ADHPL premises. This occasion not only celebrated the company's long-standing success but also honored the dedicated efforts of its employees.

Vishwakarma Day or Jayanti was celebrated with high spirits and gaiety at ADHPL on September 17, 2025. A special puja was held to honor Lord Vishwakarma, the divine deity of construction and engineering, symbolizing respect for all tools and machinery. MPCL: Celebration of Vishwakarma Pooja
On September 17, 2025, MPCL celebrated the auspicious occasion of Vishwakarma Day with great devotion and enthusiasm.

HEG Limited observed the auspicious occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma – the divine architect and craftsman of the Gods. True to tradition, the Vishwakarma Pooja was performed with great devotion in every shop and department across out plant.

HEG: Celebrated 79th Independence Day
In a proud celebration of India’s 79th Independence Day, HEG Ltd employees gathered on the premises to commemorate the occasion with enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The event began with the hoisting of the national flag by Shri Atul Laxman Moghe Ji, symbolising unity and the spirit of independence.

Maral Sarovar: Celebration of Independence Day
Nation’s 79th Independence Day was celebrated at Maral Sarovar amidst patriotic fervor. The program started with hoisting of national flag followed by March-past by the security guards. As a tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives fighting for freedom, “Amar Jyoti Amar Jawan” lamp was lit. On this occasion children of associates who exhibited excellence in the board/university examination were honored with award and certificates. Patriotic dance and songs on Karaoke were performed by the Associates. A good gathering of staff members and workers witnessed the function.
Maral Sarovar: Celebration of Teej Utsav at the Maral Ladies Club
Maral Ladies Club, Maral Sarovar organized a special event in connection with Teej Utsav on July 26, 2025.
Members of the Ladies club presented various games and a musical evening was conducted. Ladies club members with their families attended the function which followed by a delicious dinner.
Maral Sarovar: Celebration of Ganesh Utsav
The Ganesh Utsav celebrated at Maral Sarovar from August 27, 2025 to September 6, 2025. Shree Ganesh Sthapana was done on August 27 in the Mandir premises and everyday special pooja was performed. On September 6, 2025, Ganesh Visarjan pooja was done by the President Sh. Mohit Maheshwari. Staff members and their families attended the Ganesh Visarjan procession.
Maral Sarovar: Celebration of Vishwakarma Pooja
On Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma Pooja and hawan organized at Engineering Workshop, Maral Sarovar on September 17, 2025. The Engineering workshop and pooja pandal were decorated with flowers and garlands. Hawan and Pooja performed for blessings from Lord Vishwakarma and ‘prasad’ distributed among the staff and associates who attended the celebration.
