ADHPL: Superannuation of Gulab Singh
Sh. Gulab Singh retired on August 31, 2025, concluding a remarkable 25-year career with MPCL and AD Hydro Power Ltd. Throughout his service in various positions, he was a dedicated Sr. Foreman at Remote Sites. In appreciation of his valued contributions, a heartfelt felicitation program was organized in his honor, attended by all the heads of departments. While his team members bid him a heavy-hearted adieu, they collectively expressed best wishes for his good health and happiness in his well-deserved retirement. His dedication and positive impact leaves a lasting legacy that will be remembered by his colleagues for years to come.
Joining of Group CHRO Ranjan Sarkar
Mr. Ranjan Sarkar joined as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective August 1, 2025, where he will be responsible for Corporate, new Power and Green Energy Businesses, and will also support RSWM and HEG Limited.
Mr. Sarkar joins us with over 25 years of extensive and diverse HR experience across multiple sectors, including his most recent role as CHRO for Exide Industries, bringing significant expertise in Strategic HR, Talent Development, Organization Design, and Business Transformation. We are excited to welcome his proven leadership and expect his contributions to be pivotal in shaping our people, culture, and organization during this key phase of our growth journey.
Joining of Rajendra Singh as General Manager, Corporate HR Operations
Mr. Rajendra Singh joined as General Manager – Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations for Bhilwara Energy Limited and its subsidiaries. He will also be providing corporate support to REPLUS and TACC. Rajendra brings with him over 20 years of extensive HR leadership experience from reputed organizations, including Ascend+ (a Black Rock Group company), Medika Bazaar, Applied Solar Technologies, Centum Learning (a Bharti Group Company), Reliance Jio, Tata Teleservices, Reliance Communications, and Bharti Airtel Ltd. He possesses deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Business Partnering, HR Automation, Talent Management, and Centers of Excellence leadership.
