RSWM Rishabhdev: Joining of COO in Plant
Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey has joined as COO of Rishabhdev Unit effective from 2nd April, 2025. Mr. Pandey, a M.Tech (Textile), brings with him about 30 years of experience in reputed organizations like Alok Industries Ltd., PT Indo Liberty Textile (Aditya Birla Group), PT. Lotus Indah Textile, Nahar Spinning Ltd., STI India Ltd., etc.
His last organization was PT Excellence Qualities Yarn, Indonesia, where he worked as a Technical Director. Before joining Rishabhdev Unit, he was CTO of RSWM Group Units, stationed at Gulabpura.
RSWM-Lodha: Welcome of Shri Shambhu Kumar (COO)
It's wonderful to hear about the warm welcome extended to Shri Shambhu Kumar as he joined the RSWM Lodha unit as the Chief Operating Officer.
The gesture of all staff members gathering at the ADM office to welcome him speaks volumes about the camaraderie and respect within the RSWM community. Presenting bouquets and performing a pooja to mark the occasion reflects the traditional values and goodwill associated with such transitions.
Wishing him the very best for his new journey at the RSWM Lodha unit is not only a sign of support but also an acknowledgment of the significant role he is expected to play in the unit's future endeavours. With his experience and past achievements, Mr. Shambhu Kumar’s presence is likely to further enrich the working environment and contribute to the organization's success.
RSWM Lodha: Superannuation of Mrs. Mani Jain
Mrs. Mani Jain superannuated from the services of the RSWM Lodha Unit on April 30, 2025. Her valuable contribution of a remarkable 30-year tenure as Officer (General Department) will always be remembered and cherished by the organisation.
A felicitation programme was organised in her honour, where Shri Shambhu Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, along with the Core Team, appreciated her dedicated service and contributions to the organisation. The programme concluded with a high tea.
RSWM Ringas: Superannuation of Shri Jai Singh Tanwar
Shri Jai Singh Tanwar (Officer-QAD) was superannuated on June 30, 2025, from the services of RSWM - Ringas.
His valuable contribution to the organisation will always be remembered. A Felicitation program was organised, and Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar, the COO, and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, Sr. G.M. (HR&IR) appreciated his contribution to the growth of the organisation. We wish him happiness, prosperity, and a happy retired life.
