RSWM-Ringas: Celebrated Vishwa Karma Jayanti

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, RSWM Ltd- Ringas on Sep 17, 2024.

The workshop and pandal were decorated with flowers. The main Pooja and Hawan were performed by Shri M.K.Yogi – Business Head (STB), Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar –AVP (T), Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr.GM (HR&IR) and Shri Rajendra Kumar Arya - DGM (Engineering) and union officials. After the Pooja and Hawan, prasad were distributed among all the staff and workers who attended the pooja.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti

On September 17, 2024, RSWM Mayur Nagar Pariwar celebrated Viswakarma Jayanti with great devotion and enthusiasm at Mayur Nagar, Lodha. The event was attended by all staff members and workmen, fostering a sense of community and togetherness.

A pooja and hawan were conducted by a team of Pandits, during which hundreds of attendees offered ‘Aahuty’ to Lord Viswakarma, praying for the prosperity and continuous improvement of the group. The event concluded with the distribution of Prasad to all participants, symbolizing the blessings received.

During the pooja, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, (Business Head – GYB), along with the core team and all staff members, took part in seeking blessings from Lord Shri Vishwakarma, making the celebration a meaningful and memorable occasion for everyone involved.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebrated Mills Foundation Day

The COO raised the group flag on the morning of July 12, 2024, to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Rishabhdev unit's founding. In his speech, he thanked the union members and staff for their contributions to the unit's expansion. Every employee went to the Lord Ganesh Temple and conducted a special pooja archna for the unit's prosperity.

In response to the Prime Minister's request to plant a tree in Mother's honor, a fruit tree sapling has been planted on this occasion.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebrated Staff Birth Day

Staff Birthday (June to August 2024) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas on September 2, 2024.

The Business Head -STB - Shri M.K.Yogi wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and gifts in the presence of all other officers.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesh Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' or 'Vinayaka Chavithi', was celebrated by the RSWM Ringas family on September 7, 2024, at the Administration Block in a spiritual atmosphere.  All Staff members chanted Bhajans. The celebration ended with Aarti and the distribution of Prasad. Everyone enjoyed with a feeling of religious & full of happiness on this occasion.

RSWM-Banswara: Celebrated Masters' Sneh Milan

Masters’ Sneh Milan was celebrated on September 9, 2024, at Tripura Sundari Temple, Banswara, where all masters were warmly welcomed with bouquets by staff and officers. The Union Representative also welcomed Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, Business Head, with bouquets and expressed gratitude to the management for various incentive schemes.

During the program, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia addressed the masters, motivating them for inclusive growth. Shri Dilip Singh Sisodiya, Assistant General Manager - P & IR, highlighted the issue of worker absenteeism and suggested solutions to address it. The Union Representatives and masters assured management of their commitment to increasing attendance across all shifts. The event concluded with a delightful meal enjoyed by all staff and masters.

RSWM-Kharigram: Shri Krishna Janmasthami Celebration

Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav was celebrated on the occasion of the birth of Lord Shri Krishna at our temple.

We are blessed to celebrate Krishna Janmotsav in Braj Bhoomi. The staff and workers' families conducted bhajan and aarti at midnight.

Krishna Bhajans and Dahi Matki were organized by workmen in coordination with staff members.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Celebrated Staff Birthday of the Month

Life is all about loving & enjoying. Birthdays offer a great chance to honor that one unique person whose "day" it is and to celebrate life, family, and friends.

LNJ Denim, as a part of HR employee engagement activities, we celebrate the birthdays of our employees at the end of every month.

On this occasion, a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with high tea. Shri Suketu Shah – Business Head & Shri Arbind Mishra – Head of HR & IR wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and gifts in the presence of all other staff members.

RSWM–Ringas: Performed Boiler Bhumi Pujan Ceremony

Before beginning construction and land tilling activities to lay the foundation stone for the new Multi-Fuel Boiler-18 TPH project in Ringas, a Puja ceremony and traditional prayers were offered at the Ringas plant on August 31, 2024, to the Almighty, Mother Earth, and the other forces of nature.

Officers and staff members attended the Pooja event, including Chief Operating Officer Shri M.K. Yogi, AVP-Technical Sh A.K.S. Sengar, and Senior General Manager-HR & IR Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit.

RSWM-LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP: Celebrated Ganesha Chaturthi

Ganesha Chaturthi, a traditional Hindu festival, celebrated in honor of the Lord Ganesha. The festival, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi or Ganpati festival, was celebrated in the LNJ Nagar Staff Colony with full joy & enthusiasm for six days by Denim, Knits & TPP staff members. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and worship them.

It was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff Colony with full joy & enthusiasm for nine days. On the first day, i.e., September 7, 2024, staff & family members of Denim, Knit, & TPP welcomed Lord Ganpati and worshiped for better health, wealth, & prosperity for their families as well as their workplace. On the second day, Ganesh Stapana was done with Pooja & Aarti.

During this period, couples of departments used to sit to offer their prayer in the morning while chanting eternal mantras, and evenings were also made lively with all staff members and families.

After this everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in the Ganesh Visarjan, everyone was dancing with the dhols & shouting “Ganpati Bappa Moraya” to the colony, even on the the bus. The Visarjanwas done at Chanduji ka Gardha village. The function was concluded with lunch for all staff of the Denim, Knit & TPP division. It has received a tremendous response.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebrated Staff Birthday

As per the HR policy, we have celebrated the monthly birthday celebration with all staff who have birthdays in July to Sept 2024. Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head – GYB) welcomed and gave bouquets & best wishes and welcomed the new staff who have joined in the months.

RSWM-Lodha: Performed Ganesh Utsav

The Ganesh Utsav was celebrated with enthusiasm at Vishwakarma Colony, RSWM Limited, over ten days, featuring various cultural activities. Staff members actively participated, and the Sr. Fitters and Foremen expressed gratitude to management for their support.

The festival concluded with a procession from Vishwakarma Colony to Lodha Pond, where the Ganpati Visarjan took place after Pooja.

RSWM Chhata: Celebrated Vishwakarma Puja

Vishwakarma, the divine architect of the universe, is revered for bestowing technical brilliance upon humanity.

On September 17th, Chhata Units' Mechanical Workshop observed Vishwakarma Puja with great devotion. Employees united to perform the sacred rituals, including Havan, followed by the distribution of Prasad. This event celebrated the spirit of craftsmanship and engineering excellence.

RSWN-LNJ Denim: Celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti

On September 17, 2024, Vishwakarma Pooja was held in the LNJ Denim unit. On this occasion, all employees of Denim prayed for the smooth functioning of the plant & various machines. Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to Hindu mythology is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe -the heaven and the earth.

Many staff members come together to be a part of the Pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the Pooja and thereafter Prasad was distributed among all.

Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name, and blessings were sought for a better future, a safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.

RSWM-LNJ Denim, Knits, TPP & BMD: Kavad Yatra Programme

Kavad Yatra is an auspicious pilgrimage observed by Lord Shiva’s devotees every year. By Chanting Bol Bham Bol & Om Namah Shiva, the environment becomes very devotional. Each Kavadia (devotee) does the Abhishek of Lord Mahadeva.

LNJ Denim, Knit, TPP & BMD plant had participated in it with high enthusiasm. We had arranged refreshments for devotees on August 11, 2024. Many staff members participated in it. By offering refreshments to them it felt like we were serving God. It is termed as the most auspicious time and it is said that every wish of the devotee is said to be granted by lord Shiva.

RSWM Chhata: Celebrated Hariyali Teej

Teej represents the ties between wife Parvati and husband Shiva. The festival commemorates Parvati's unwavering dedication to her husband. It is also a celebration of pleasant nature and the resplendent greenery after the summer season.

The ladies' group planned the celebration of Hariyali Teej in Chhata Units. To raise awareness about protecting our environment, women and children planted saplings.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebrated Independence Day at Fiber Plant

Independence Day was celebrated at RPSF Plant with a patriotic spirit and by conducting various cultural shows. Shri M.K. Yogi - COO hoisted the flag and everyone sang the National anthem.

The COO addressed staff and workers in his speech regarding the importance of the Indian Constitution and remembered the sacrifices of the Freedom Fighters. He inspired the team by giving the message that every person should deliver his fullest contribution in the highest afflux of the group. Prizes were distributed to the best performers and achievers.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebrated Independence Day

The 78th Anniversary of the Independence of India ‘’Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’’ was celebrated at Ringas with patriotic fervor. The program started with the hoisting of the National Flag by Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar - Associate Vice President -Technical.

The National Anthem sung by all staff members, workers, and Union delegates presented in the programme and followed by the Guard of Honour a group of security personnel. In his speech, he emphasized national integrity and prosperity.

On this occasion, Shri Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar distributed awards to workers for best performance in their duties. The event concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff, workers & Union delegates.

RSWM-Kharigram: Celebrated Independence Day

With a feeling of patriotism, the Kharigram unit celebrated 78th Independence Day on 15th August 2024.

Shri S .K. Tiwari (COO) unfurled the national flag in the gracious presence of Shri B. K. Sharma(BH) and Shri Vinod Mehta(Sr. VP-CCD).

Everyone enjoyed the parade by security personnel and the patriotic songs and dances that the female employees performed. The top performers in the security, production, attendance, and other categories also received prizes. Shri Dinesh Bhojak Sr. (GM-P & IR) inspired all employees to achieve well. Shri S. K. Tiwari stressed the need for survival in this pandemic scenario in his speech to the employees.

RSWM-LNJ Denim, Knits & TPP: Celebrated Independence Day

India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we have got our own identity. The celebration started on August 15, 2024, with the Flag Hosting Ceremony by our Business Head Shri Suketu Shah & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff.

The tricolor national flag was flying in the air proudly.

On this special occasion, Shri Suketu Shah extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected a greater individual contribution to the growth of the nation.

He asserted the current market scenario & emphasized national integrity & prosperity and also the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead, also he motivated the staff & workers to do their best with Loyalty & Sincerity.

On this occasion, Children's Talent Awards were distributed to Denim & Knits Employees’ children who scored above 60%. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. It was concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.

RSWM Chhata: Celebrated Independence Day

Independence Day was observed and celebrated on Aug 15 in Chhata Units, and the national flag was hoisted by Business Head.

He further greeted all and added that independence should not be taken for granted or casually but enjoyed and performed responsibly.

Furthermore, tribute was offered to the martyrs for their invaluable contribution to our independent nation. The celebration concluded with a high tea arranged by the Security Deptt.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebrated Independence Day

The Independence Day celebration began with a flag hoisting ceremony led by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head - GYB) at 8:30 A.M.

In his speech, he emphasized the importance of national integrity and prosperity, motivating staff and workers to strive for excellence through the adoption of new and effective practices; he also delivered the details of last year's achievements.

During the event, awards were presented for outstanding work in security, horticulture, and sanitation. Additionally, children of workers who scored over 60% in the previous year were recognized and awarded, highlighting the commitment to both employee welfare and educational achievement.

RSWM-Kharigram: Celebrated Vishwakarma Pooja

The special Pooja of the first-ever Engineer/ Technocrat, Lord Vishwakarma was organized on the day of Vishwakarma Jayanti, 17th Sept 2024.

Sh S K Tiwari, COO, R K Pandey, CTO and Seniors, Staff members, and workers also participated in the Havan and Aarti. This program was ended with the distribution of Prasad.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebrated Shree Krishna Janmashtami

RSWM -Ringas Pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtami” on August 26, 2024, in the colony temple.

A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by a professional coterie and all Staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and were engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Small children came dressed up as Shee Krishna which attracted the attention of all.

Staff members along with family members were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.

RSWM-Kharigram: Rakhi Celebration at Women Workers' Hostel

To make a feel of home atmosphere and family environment, at our women's hostel, the Rakshabhandan festival was celebrated on August 19, 2024. Ms. Rani Jhala, (Executive-Personel & IR) facilitated all the girls to celebrate this festival.

All the resident female workers celebrated this festival in a very enthusiastic manner and liked it very much.

RSWM Kharigram: Celebration of Krishna Janmashtami

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtami” on August 26, 2024, in the colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by a professional coterie, and all staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and were engrossed in their devotion for "Lord Krishna”.

Children dressed up and came in the characters of Radha & Krishan.

The Abhishek of Bal Gopal & Puja performed amidst the presence of a large gathering followed by a “Dahi- Handi” competition. Shri. S.K. Tiwari, (COO) with other seniors distributed gifts to all dressed up as Radha & Krishan, and the program ended with Aarti and the distribution of Prasad. On this occasion, the entire Temple area was seen to be in a state of spiritual enchantment.

RSWM-RPSF: Sundar kand Worship at Fiber Plant

In the Fiber Plant, the Sundar Kand is performed on the last Saturday of every month with great devotion and enthusiasm.

On this occasion, the complete sundar kand followed by Hanuman was chanted. God Hanuman Ji & Ram Ji were worshiped with Pooja and all members prayed for peace, happiness, and prosperity throughout the group.

Sh MK Yogi BH (STB) addressed staff members and delivered a message to take an oath of honesty, hard work, and dedication in assigned work/job roles, learning a bit from the character of Lord Hanuman ji.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebrated Hariyali Teej at Staff Club

The Hariyali Teej festival was celebrated at the RPSF Staff Club. All families, including women and children, participated in this event with great exultation. The event was organized by lady club president Smt Jaya Yogi. Prayed to God for the good health and prosperity of all RSWM families.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebrated Shree Krishna Janmashtami at Fiber Colony

The birth occasion of Lord Krishna – The Krishna Janmashtami, which is a major annual holiday festival, was celebrated at RSWM premises with great enthusiasm. To make this event memorable, a devotional concert was organized.

The worship was completed, followed by Aarti Poojan after witnessing the birth event of Bal Krishana at 12:00 AM. The Prasad was distributed among all devotees.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi at Fiber Plant

Ganapati Bappa duly worshipped in the Fiber plant on Ganesh Chaturthi on September 7, 2024, and received his blessing for the happiness, peace, and prosperity of all RSWM families. Pooja was performed followed by Prasad distribution.

Together in the RPSF staff club, Ganesh Sthapana followed by Pooja was conducted, by BH (STB) Sh. M.K. Yogi, taking the lead.

Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated on September 17, 2024, in the Fiber plant with great pomp and enthusiasm. Lord Vishwakarma was worshiped by performing Pooja and Hawan. BH (STB) Sh MK Yogi extended many warm greetings to team members.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebrated Krishna Janmashtami

On the eve of Janmashtami, the RSWM Staff Club in Lodha organized a vibrant Bhajan Sandhya. The event commenced with a heartfelt Pooja led by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, (Business Head - GYB). Staff members and their families gathered to enjoy soulful Bhajans, creating a festive atmosphere.

Children participated enthusiastically, dressing up as Radha and Shri Krishna. The best-dressed children were rewarded for their creativity, and all participating children received prizes, fostering a sense of community and joy.

The program concluded with an Aarti, followed by the distribution of Prasad, leaving everyone with a sense of fulfillment and celebration.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebrated Hariyali Amavasya

RSWM Staff Club celebrated “Haryali Amavasya” with enthusiasm, focusing on environmental conservation.

Trees were planted in the mill campus, reflecting the LNJ Group’s commitment to eco-friendliness. Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head, GYB) and senior officers, with staff and their families participating in the tree planting, attended the event.

A slogan competition was also held, and awards were given for the best slogans. Shri G.L. Kabra, President of the Staff Club, thanked everyone for his or her participation.

Maral Sarovar: Celebrated Independence Day

Nation’s 78th Independence Day was celebrated at Maral Sarovar amidst patriotic fervor. The program started with the hoisting of the national flag by the President Shri Tarun Baldua. March-past by the security guards was the major attraction.

As a tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives fighting for freedom, the “Amar Jyoti, Amar Jawan” lamp was lit by Shri Tarun Baldua. On this occasion, children of associates who exhibited excellence in the board/university examination were honored with awards and certificates. Patriotic dance and songs performed on Karaoke were another attraction. A good gathering of staff members and workers witnessed the function.

Maral Sarovar: Performed Vishwakarma Pooja

On Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma Pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, Maral Sarovar on September 17, 2024.

The Engineering workshop and pooja pandal were decorated with flowers and garlands. Pooja and Hawan were performed by Shri Tarun Baldua, President, Shri Manoj Thakker, VP (HR), and Shri Vinay Singhal, VP (Engg.), After the Pooja and Hawan, Prasad was distributed among staff and associates who attended the pooja.

Maral Sarovar: Celebrated Ganesh Utsav

The Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Maral Sarovar from September 7 to 17, 2024. Shree Ganesh Sthapana was done on September 7 on the Mandir premises and everyday special pooja was performed.

On 17th September 2024, a large number of staff members and their families attended the Ganesh Visarjan procession.

HEG Limited: Celebrated 78th Independence Day with patriotic fervor

HEG Limited: Performed Pooja Ceremony of Machine in Speciality Shop

This state–of–the–art equipment is a significant milestone in our journey towards innovation and excellence.

HEG Limited: Celebrated Vishwakarma Pooja

Vishwakarma Pooja is done to appease Lord Vishwakarma, the chief architect of the Universe and the divine engineer of the world.

Lord Vishwakarma is worshipped by engineers, architects, craftsmen, factory workers, and people in all professions as a mark of reverence to ensure a harmonious and prosperous career.

At HEG Limited, a Pooja ceremony was held across all the shops, creating a soothing atmosphere in the workplace.

ADHPL: Celebrated Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated on August 15, 2024, with great spirit and fervor at ADHPL. The event started with the welcome of the chief guest Sh. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M).

This was followed by the hoisting of the tricolor and a public address by the chief guest. The cultural program was performed by the children at the event. Local Dham was served after the function to the employees and their families were present during the event.

ADHPL: Observed National Electrical Safety Week 2024

The National Electrical Safety Week (NESW) was celebrated from June 26 to July 02, 2024, at ADHPL. The objective was to raise awareness among employees and workers on electrical safety and to promote a participative approach towards the safe use of electricity.

The theme was “Embrace Electrical Safety and Safeguard Lives.”. Employees were trained through onsite training.

During the closing ceremony, the VP (O&M) addressed the participants on hazards associated with electricity and the safe use of electrical appliances at work and at home.

Complimentary prizes were distributed among all electricians.

ADHPL: Celebrated Vishwakarma Day

''Vishwakarma Day'‘ was observed at ADHPL on September 17, 2024 with high spirit and gaiety. On this occasion, pooja of instruments and equipment was done as a symbol of respect to the divine power “Vishwakarma” the deity of construction and engineering.

Prasada was distributed amongst the participants present on the occasion.

Maral Sarovar: Celebrated Teej Utsav by Maral Ladies Club

Maral Ladies Club, Maral Sarovar organized a special event in connection with Teej Utsav on July 7, 2024.

Members of the Ladies' Club presented various dances and songs. Ladies' Club members with their families attended the function, followed by a delicious dinner. Ladies' Club President Mrs. Shashi Baldua gave the vote of thanks.

TACC Limited: Dewas Bhoomi Poojan

The Madhya Pradesh Regional Investors Conclave, a high-profile event organized by the MP government, took place on March 1-2, 2024, at the Government Engineering College in Ujjain. Parallelly, the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for TACC Limited's Greenfield Anode Project, a green initiative by the LNJ Bhilwara Group was virtually inaugurated by the Chief Minister of MP, Dr. Mohan Yadav, accompanied by key bureaucrats.

During the summit, Mr. Riju Jhunjhunwala, after a one-on-one meeting with the Chief Minister, accorded due credit to Chief Minister, MP,  Dr. Mohan Yadav, and acknowledged the improving business-friendly environment in the state. He remarked, “We set foot in Madhya Pradesh over 50 years ago with our graphite plant in Mandideep - this is now a global milestone with the single largest graphite plant set up in one location. Therefore, I have every reason to believe Madhya Pradesh will become a significant manufacturing hub, under the mission of “ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT”. The LNJ Bhilwara group is leading from the front in making the Prime Minister’s vision for MAKE IN INDIA a big reality.

MPCL: Celebrated Vishwakarma Pooja

On September 17, 2024, a Pooja & Hawan were performed on the auspicious Vishwakarma day with great fervor at MPCL Plant, followed by the Prasad distribution among the staff and their family members.

All of the MPCL staff prayed to Lord Vishwakarma for blessings on the MPCL family throughout the year.

MPCL: Celebrated Independence Day

MPCL celebrated its 78th Independence Day with great spirit at the plant on August 15, 2024.

The event started with the flag-hoisting ceremony by Chief Guest Shri M. A. Rafiq, Head of Malana Plant Operations, and sweets were distributed to all the employees and children.

MPCL: Celebrated Malana Day

MPCL celebrated its 23rd anniversary of the successful commissioning and commencement of power generation on July 5, 2024, and on this occasion, a Pooja & Hawan were organized in the Power House followed by Dham (a local traditional community lunch).

The games and cultural activities were organized for the employees and their family members including children; awards were also distributed.

MPCL: Celebrated Janmashtami

On August 26, 2024, MPCL enthusiastically celebrated Janmashtami, and Bhajan Kirtan was performed into the wee hours of the morning. The celebration was attended by employees and their families.

ADHPL: Celebrated 14th Anniversary of the company

AD Hydro Power Limited started generating electricity in July 2010 and since then relentlessly contributed to the state and national economy.

This year the ADHPL celebrated its fourteenth anniversary on July 17, 2024. The employees participated in the Pooja which was performed at Power House and a Havan was performed at the switchyard. A local Dham was organized for employees and their families in the ADHPL premises.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Organized One Day Picnic

Staff Club,  RSWM Rishabhdev has organized a One Day Picnic at Water Ville Water Park Himmat Nagar, Gujrat in two batches on July 28, 2024, and August 11, 2024.
Staff & family members participated in large numbers and enjoyed the trip.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebrated Hariyali Amavasya

On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on August 4, 2024,  the RSWM Rishabhdev Staff Club organized a plantation program on the campus. 
On this occasion, a variety of more than 150  saplings were planted on the mill campus. Staff & their families in large numbers took part in the plantation which ended with heavy snacks and tea.                

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebrated Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated on August 15, 2024,  by unfurling the National Flag by the COO, Shri K B Khatod in presence of a large number of employees including staff and workers.  
He conveyed Independence Day wishes and congratulations to all.

On this occasion, employees were felicitated with a 10-year meritorious service Certificate.     
Prizes were also awarded to the wards of employees (non-staff), who stood first in their respective classes.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebrated Shree Krishna Janmashtami

Sree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated on August 26, 2024, in a joyful and spiritual atmosphere with great joy and spirituality at Rishabhev. 
The main attractions were the colorful Jhanki and the Bhajan Sandhy which lasted till midnight. Small children dressed up as Radha & Krishna attracted the attention of all.  
Staff members along with family were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi

On September 7, 2024, RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi  with special Puja and Hawan in the  Ganesh temple.  Shri K B Khatod, COO and  all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti.  At the end, the COO in his address  wished that Lord Ganeshji’s  blessings may be showered on the Unit for its prosperity  and the well being of its employees.  Prasad was also distributed to all.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebrated Vishwakarma Pooja

On the occasion of Viswakarma Jayanti on  September 17, 2024, pooja and hawan were held at  the Power house of Mill No.2. 
Staff and workers of Engineering & Maintenance departments along with other staff performed the puja and prayed for Lord Viswakarma’s blessings for a safe and peaceful working environment and prosperity of the Unit.  Tools and equipments were also kept for puja.  The programme ended with Prasad distribution.  

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebration of 21st Anniversary of Melangeshwar Mahadev

On the auspicious occasion of the 21st Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev” (21st July 2024), special puja and Rudhrabhishek were performed in Melangeshwar Mahadev temple. The Programme was organized by the Melange Staff Club under the guidance of Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE), Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma (Dy. COO) and Sh. Pankaj Khandelwal other members of Melange Staff Club. All Staff and their family members were present in the Puja.

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebration of Independence Day

The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in the Mandapam unit. The flag was hoisted by Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE - MYB) and members were addressed by him. The members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society, and the country and highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom fighters.
Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.

RSWM-Mandapam: Monthly Celebration of Staff Birthday

The Staff Birthday was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in the Melange Staff Club every last week of the month. Cake cutting ceremony by Staff whose birthday is in a particular month, in the presence of Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE), Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma (Dy. COO) and all staff members. All staff members had High tea & Cake.

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebrated Hariyali Teej

Hariyali Teej festival was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandapam Staff Club by the Ladies club.  All the members of the Ladies' club participated in the function and enjoyed and celebrated the festivals

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebrated Long Term Service Reward Ceremony

Long Term Service Reward Ceremony held at Mandpam on July 24, 2024.  The staff members who completed 10, 20, and 30 years of service with RSWM were rewarded by Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE) & Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma (Dy. COO).  All Staff members were present at the function. A motivational speech was given by Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE) to all the staff members.

RSWM-Mandapam: Promotion & Increment Letter Distribution Ceremony

Promotion & Increment Letter Distribution Ceremony held at Mandapam on August 08, 2024. The staff members who were promoted in all three Melange units (Mandpam, Kanya Kheri & HJ 21), Promotion and Increment letter distributed by Shri Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE) and Shri Brahm Swaroop Sharma (Dy. COO).

All HODs and promoted staff of all three Mélange units were present in the function.
