RSWM Kharigram: Long service award to TGTs
RSWM Limited is known for its long association of employees.
To recognize and motivate the long service of freshers, hired through Campus Recruitment, who completed 5 years with us, a facilitation program was organized at Kharigram on August 6, 2024. Shri. Manoj Sharma (CHRO), Shri. B. K. Sharma (BH), and Shri S.K. Tiwari (COO) awarded five employees for this achievement and presented an appreciation letter along with a gift cheque of Rs. 1.08 Lacs to them in the presence of all HODs’. He also motivated all for a long bright and meaningful journey ahead.
HEG Limited: Excellence & Sports Award Ceremony
Employees are a vital resource for any organization to operate and to run the business. To motivate them for their special contribution other than their routine responsibility, this award is being given to the employees. This also resembles their loyalty and dedication towards the organization and helps the organization for smoother functioning.
The event was graced by a motivational talk with the help of a presentation on “The Circle of Life” by Shri Manish Gulati Ji – Executive Director, HEG Limited.
Further, the event continued with the Awards Ceremony. This event was organized in Gurukul. We wish them all the best and expect these efforts in the future.
HEG Limited: State Level Quality Circle Competition
HEG Limited has reached another milestone as the 9th Chapter Convention on Quality Concepts, BCCQC - 2024, hosted by QCFI Bhopal Chapter, on September 28, 2024.
Notably, three teams represented HEG Ltd, named Team Prayatna, Jagrati, and Manthan took part and emerged victorious, securing the prestigious Gold Award.
This achievement underscores HEG's commitment to excellence in quality management practices.
ADHPL: Brilliant Children of Employee
Aryan Pratap Singh Thakur s/o Shri Yashwant Singh Thakur (Sr. Mgr.) was selected in Government Hydro Engineering College at Bilaspur, H.P. on a JEE score basis. He has selected trade B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering. He has been a brilliant student throughout his career. He will explore the future potential in the hydropower sector.
The child has brought laurels to the family and we wish Mr. Aryan on behalf of ADHPL family all the best in future endeavors.
