RSWM-Ringas: Farewell of COO Shri Anurag Mathur
Shri. Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer of RSWM-Ringas has moved on to avail new career opportunities, after 28 years of dedicated service.
In his honor, a felicitation program was organized in the presence of Sh. M.K. Yogi – Chief Operating Officer (RPSF), Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar (AVP-T), Sh. Rajeev Kumar Dixit (Sr. GM HR&IR) and other team members. During his tenure as a senior professional, Shri. Anurag Mathur brought a level of expertise and professionalism that has been invaluable to the organization. His leadership skills and ability to handle complex situations have also been an inspiration to many.

During the orientation, Our CMD and JMD inspired our new trainees by emphasizing their crucial role in the company’s success, the importance of collective growth, and how their fresh perspectives will drive the future of RSWM.
The event was further enriched by the motivating speeches from Mr. Manoj Sharma - CHRO, Mr. Balkrishan Sharma – BH (Yarn Business), Mr. Vinod Mehta – Sr. VP (CCD) and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari – COO (Kharigram), whose words left a lasting impact on everyone present. Their insightful guidance will undoubtedly serve as a foundation for the growth and development of our new engineers.
RSWM-Rishabhdev: Farewell of Shri H K Tiwari
Shri H K Tiwari, Sr. Manager – Finishing of RSWM Rishabhdev has superannuated on July 31, 2024 after serving the unit for more than 30 years.
He was given a warm farewell organized in the mill campus on August 2, 2024. Speakers on this programme appreciated the valuable services rendered by him to the organization during his tenure.
We wish a very happy, safe and healthy retirement life to Shri H K Tiwari.

Shri Nitin Tulyani Joins RSWM Limited as Chief Financial Officer on August 13, 2024.
He is a seasoned finance professional with over 17 years of experience and held key positions at renowned organizations like GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, and Indospirits. His expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and process improvement will significantly contribute to RSWM's financial growth and overall success.

Shri Harish Joshi (Dy. Chief Operating Officer - MYB) joined at Mandpam unit on September 17, 2024. Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE) & all Department Heads gave him a grand welcome. Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE) made him take charge.
