HO Noida: Celebration of Lohri Festival

The HO Noida office buzzed with festive cheer during its vibrant Lohri celebration. Employees gathered to mark the traditional harvest festival, which signifies the end of winter and the arrival of longer days. The event likely featured a festive atmosphere, possibly including traditional Lohri treats like peanuts, gajak, and rewari, alongside music and lively interactions, fostering a sense of community and warmth among colleagues.

HO Noida: Celebration of Holi Festival

The HO Noida office erupted in joyous revelry for its annual Holi celebration. The colorful event was graced by the presence of Syt. Ravi Jhunjhunwala and Syt. Riju Jhunjhunwala, along with all Heads of Departments (HODs) and other enthusiastic employees. The festivities, typically marked by the playful exchange of colors, music, and festive treats, fostered a spirit of camaraderie and cheer among the entire staff.

HO Noida: Celebration of Women's Day

Women's Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the HO Noida office, featuring a vibrant program designed to honor and appreciate the contributions of women. The celebration included engaging games, opportunities for photography to capture memorable moments, and a delightful array of refreshments. A key highlight of the event was the acknowledgment and appreciation of women, recognizing their integral role and achievements within the organization.

RSWM-Lodha: Lohri Celebration

On 13th January 2025, RSWM Staff Club Lodha celebrated the Lohri by lighting, Pooja and greeting.  On Lohri, where everyone meets at a common place and communities come together and wish each other a “Happy Lohri,” The Beautiful Bhangra over the music, Lohri songs were quite enchanting, and performances by the staff, kids & women. At the end of the function, all the newly wedded couples & newly born babies were blessed & Chief Executive & Business Head, Mrs Naresh Kumar Bahedia, distributed gifts to them. The programme ended with Delicious Snacks (Falahar).

RSWM-Lodha: Makar Sankranti Celebration

RSWM Lodha Staff Club members celebrated Makar Sankranti with fervour and zeal. Various traditional games like Gulli Danada, Sitloia, Kite flying, and Cricket were played. Kites and sweets were distributed, and this event emerged as one of the biggest employee engagement initiatives.

RSWM-Lodha: Thakur Baba Pujan

A soulful Bhajan Sandhya was held at Thakur Baba Temple, beginning with an auspicious pooja led by Chief Executive & Business Head Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, along with staff and contractors.

The event saw joyful participation from staff, masters, workers, and contract workers, who enjoyed the spiritual gathering into the early morning hours.

The celebration concluded the next day with a prashadi (lunch) organized outside the temple, fostering a sense of community, unity, and spiritual harmony among all.

RSWM-Lodha: Republic Day Celebration

The celebration began at 8:30 AM with flag hoisting by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive and Business Head). The highlight of the event was a well-coordinated parade presented by the Security Personnel and Class Trainees.

As the Chief Guest, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia delivered an inspiring speech, beginning with a tribute to the national leaders who contributed to the making of the Indian Constitution.

On this special occasion, workers with the highest attendance in 2024 were honoured. Additionally, employees who donated blood were recognized with amla candy and an appreciation letter.

RSWM-Lodha: Sports Week Celebration (Box Cricket)

Sports Week was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Box Cricket, introduced by Mr. Satyakam Shrivastava and team, was the main attraction.
The event began with a coin toss by Mr. Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head - SYB).

Employees and their families actively participated in various matches, creating a lively and memorable atmosphere.
Awards were given for the Best Player (Male & Female), and the winning team received a cash prize of ₹1000.

The week concluded with a grand dinner and gathering, marking a successful and joyful celebration.

RSWM-Lodha: Maha Shivratri Celebration

The celebration started with Jal-Abhishek of Lord Shiva at the Orchard temple. Smt. & Shri. Naresh Kumar Bahedia (CE & BH- SYB) performed the Pooja, and all colony residents attended the Pooja with their family members and were blessed by Lord Shiva.

RSWM-Lodha: Safety Day Celebration

The Safety Day celebration began with a safety oath and an exhibition of safety posters and equipment. Shri G.L. Kabra, President of the Safety Committee, presented the annual report and addressed staff on the importance of workplace safety. Awards were given to workers for their outstanding response during emergencies in 2024–25. The oath was administered by Shri Kalpesh Pandey, Safety Officer. The event was successfully conducted by Shri Dilip Singh Sisodiya, Shri Sukhendra Pal Sharma, and Shri Abhimanyu Singh.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebrated Holika Dahan

Holi, one of the most revered and widely celebrated festivals across India, is also known as the Festival of Love and Colours.

At RSWM Lodha, the Holika Dahan Pooja was performed by Smt. & Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head–SYB), joined by staff and their family members, marking the occasion with unity and festive spirit.

RSWM-Kharigram: Republic Day Celebration

With the whole of the country, the Kharigram unit too celebrated the 76th Republic Day. Shri. S. K. Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, hoisted the national flag, followed by a Parade by Security Staff. Shri R. K. Pandey (CTO) and Shri. Vonid Mehta (Sr. VP) were also present there in this celebration. Addressing the staff and workers, Sh S.K. Tiwari, COO, gave a message for improving the quality of yarn and emphasized working in discipline and a sense of belongingness. The programme was concluded by light refreshments and the distribution of sweets.

RSWM-Lodha: Holi Celebration

The day after Holika Dahan, everyone joyfully celebrated Dhulandi with Gulal and music at the RSWM Staff Club, along with their families. A cheerful Holi Sneh Milan was organized, featuring Tambola and a delicious dinner, adding to the festive spirit and camaraderie among all attendees.

RSWM-Lodha: Hindi NavVarsh Celebration

The Bhartiya Navvarsh Vikram samvat 2082 started on Chaitra shukla eakam (Varsh pratipada) on 30th March 2025. It was celebrated with full devotion and enthusiasm. The following activities were organised. Lighting at both the gates and the workers’ hostel. Welcome banner at Colony Gate, Main Gate, and prominent places in Banswara town. We had 'Prabhat Bheri' at 5.30 A.M. and terminated at the Temple in Orchard. All the staff and workers were welcomed with Tilak and prasad of Misrey, Leaf of Neem, and coriander in all the shifts.

RSWM-Kharigram: 54th National Safety Week Celebration

The 54th National Safety Week was celebrated with great enthusiasm from 4th to 10th March 2025, with active participation from all departments. The week-long observance aimed to reinforce the importance of workplace safety and strengthen the safety culture across the organization.

The celebration began with the Safety Oath, taken by all workmen and staff members, reaffirming their commitment to safety. Safety badges were distributed to all employees as a symbol of their pledge.

Key activities conducted during the week included:

  • Exhibition of PPEs, Fire & Safety Equipment
  • Safety Training Programmes
  • Interactive Competitions Based on Safety Themes

These initiatives significantly contributed to creating awareness and encouraging employees to integrate safety practices into their daily work routines.

Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of applying the learnings from the week to achieve a “Zero Accident” workplace and maintain a safe working environment for all.

RSWM-Kharigram: Mahashivratri Celebration

The sacred festival of Mahashivratri was celebrated with great devotion by the RSWM Kharigram Pariwar on 26th February 2025 at the Colony Temple.

The Shiv Mandir was beautifully adorned with colorful flowers, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere. The celebrations began with the Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva, marking the auspicious start of the day.

In the evening, staff members along with their families came together for bhajan-kirtan and the chanting of Lord Shiva's mantras, filling the temple with divine energy and devotion. The celebration concluded with a soulful Maha Aarti and the distribution of Prasad among all devotees.

RSWM-Kharigram: Celebrated Holi Festival

The vibrant festival of Holi began with Holika Dahan on the evening of 13th March 2025, marked by the traditional Holika Pooja performed by Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO.

The following day, on Dhulandi, the spirit of togetherness came alive with the Checkers’ Holi Milan, organized in the morning. Staff and their family members joined in the festivities, playing with colors and sharing joyful moments.

In the evening, a delightful cultural program was organized, showcasing talent and enthusiasm across teams. The celebration concluded with a sumptuous dinner, bringing a perfect end to a day filled with color, laughter, and unity.

ADHPL: Celebration of National Safety Day/Week

54th National Safety day/week was celebrated from 4th to 10th March, 2025 at ADHPL. The theme of National Safety Week was “Safety and Well-Being Crucial For Viksit Bharat”.

The national safety flag was unfurled on 4th March, 2025, in front of the admin building, and a safety pledge was taken after the flag hoisting ceremony. The safety pledge was read by Mr. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M), followed by all participants. National Safety Week was also celebrated in Transmission Line Bhuntar and Sunder Nagar.

The employees & workers of ADHPL were felicitated on the occasion for adopting the best safe work practices.

RSWM-Kanyakheri: 54th National Safety Week Celebration

The unit organised Safety week celebration from 4th March to 10th March, where we organised various programs for each and every member of the KKH family e.g. oath taking ceremony, Flag march, Exhibition, Mock Drill, Fire fighting training, Chalta Bolta quiz competition, Award Ceremony, etc.

On January 8th, 2025, at the conclusion of the staff training program, Unit Kanyakheri celebrated staff birthdays.

On March 8th, 2025, the Kanyakheri unit hosted a Women's Day Celebration featuring a prize distribution ceremony honoring women with 8-9 years of service.
The event concluded with the distribution of sweets.

RSWM-Kanyakheri: Celebrated Chairman's Birthday Organizing Blood Donation Camp

Holi festival was celebrated at unit Kanyakheri in which all staff members participated with great enthusiasm; celebrated Holika Dahan at night by Mr. & Mrs Harish Joshi Sir (Dy. COO MYB), then the next day all staff members gathered together for Holi play with Mr. Y.D. Tiwari Sir (BH, MYB) at unit Mandapam and snacks were also enjoyed at the end, and then in the night at unit Kanyakheri, games and fun activities were organised by Mrs.Tiwari Madam, Mrs. Joshi Madam, and at the end small dinner was also organised.

Enthusiasm was seen among all the employees of Mandapam and Kanyakheri Unit for blood donation in the camp, and everyone donated blood with joy. A total of 101 units of blood were donated in the camp.

On the occasion of Republic Day in Unit Kanyakheri, Mr. Harish Joshi (Dy. COO MYB) hosted the flag, and a singing competition was organised among our workers and employees. In which Mr. Navlesh Pandey(Checker Prep) and Mr. Khushal (Mixing) gave an excellent performance.

MPCL: Celebration of Republic Day

The Company celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm at the MPCL Site Office on 26th January, 2025. The celebration started with a National flag hoisting ceremony by the Chief Guest, Plant In-charge, MPCL, followed by National Anthem & “Guard of Honor”. Sweets were distributed to all children and employees.

MPCL: Celebration of Eco-Friendly Holi

The Company celebrated eco-friendly Holi with great enthusiasm at MPCL on 14th March, 2025. During celebrations, only organic colours were used, and the use of water sprays and water colours was avoided by all the MPCL family. All the people present at the celebration enjoyed refreshments, played with colours, and danced a lot.

MPCL: Celebration of Women’s Day

The Company celebrated Women’s Day at MPCL on 8th March 2025. All the women employees & workers participated in this celebration and enjoyed it a lot by singing and dancing. The importance of the day was also discussed, followed by refreshments.

MPCL: National Safety Week Celebration

The Company celebrated National Safety Week from March 4-10, 2025, with the theme "Safety & Well-being Crucial for Viksit Bharat", emphasizing accident prevention and workplace safety. HSE trainings were imparted to MPCL staff, including outsourced workers, during this period, and safety awards were also given to nominated members.

RSWM-Ringas: Lohri and Makar Sankranti with Syt.Riju Babu birthday Celebration

In observance of the auspicious festivals of Lohri and Makar Sankranti, and the birthday of Shri Riju Junjunuwala, RSWM Ringas, as part of its CSR initiatives, has donated fodder and jaggery to support the cattle at Sitaram Goshyala-Ringas.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Makar Sankranti festival at RPSF Unit

Makar Sakranti festival was celebrated by Ringas Pariwar on 14th January, 2025, along with staff and their family members, and enjoyed the festivity of Flying Kites, Gulli Danda, Cricket, etc. The celebration ended with sweets,  delicious fast food, and tea. It was a buzz of Fun & Masti there, and everybody enjoyed this occasion.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of Republic Day

Republic Day celebration held in RPSF Fiber Unit.On this day, B.H. Sh. M.K. Yogi performed the flag-hoisting ceremony, and everyone sang the national anthem. To pay tribute to the RPSF team members presented the martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for the country, several patriotic programs. B.H. Sh MK Yogi addressed staff, workers, showed the merits and importance of the Indian Constitution, and remembered the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters to pay homage. At the end of the program, Prizes were distributed to selected outstanding performers in the categories of security, production, attendance, etc.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Maha Shivratri Puja at RPSF Unit

The Maha Shivratri Pooja was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at the RSWM Ringas staff colony temple. The worship of Lord Shiva and Maa Gauri included a Pooja and Rudrabhishek performed by Shri MK Yogi and Smt. Jaya Yogi. The team extends wishes for Lord Shiva's blessings of health, wealth, and prosperity upon all.

RSWM-RPSF: Done Seva in Khatu Shyam Mela

During the Khatu Shyam Mela on March 8, 2025, the RPSF Fiber team conducted a refreshment seva for pilgrims. Staff and their families distributed items such as Sweet Lassi, water bottles, oranges, bananas, Frooti, toffees, and cold drinks. This initiative was supported by a ₹ 0.75 Lacs contribution from the RPSF team fund.

RSWM-RPSF: National Safety Week Celebration

National Safety Week celebration was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by B.H. MK Yogi at RPSF Unit. (Ringas) from 04 Mar-25 to 10 Mar-25. During the week, staff and workers took a Safety pledge to bring safety awareness. Several programs were conducted, e.g., Quiz, Speech, and Poster Competition in Ringa's renowned Government School to spread awareness amongst students for safety awareness. This initiation was appreciated a lot by residents. B.H. M.K. Yogi delivered a speech in which he emphasized on safety aspects and to adopt safe work practices in day-to-day work life. Prizes were given to the winners of the competitions.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Holi Festival & Holika Dahan

The festival of colors and brotherhood, “HOLI,” had been celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm in the Fiber Unit Ringas. On the day, the functions of Holika Dahan and Holi Milan were performed on campus.

On this auspicious occasion, Sh. M.K. Yogi delivered a message that the Holi festival is the expression of sheer joy of life and the overwhelming spirit of acceptance and togetherness, and inspired all to live with love and harmony.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: Celebration of Republic Day

Republic Day in India is celebrated every year with great honour on 26th January to honour the Constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950.  A country is said to be running well when it has a proper legislative system. This 26th January, 1950, the day, a base of law, rules & regulations were laid. i.e., our constitution was made, which has governed our country very properly to date.

We celebrated the 76th Republic Day in our LNJ Denim unit, Mordi, on 26th January, 2025. The celebration started with National Flag Hosting Ceremony by Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. Security Staff performed a march-past on this occasion.

On this special Occasion of our 76th Republic Day, Shri Arbind Mishra extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected individual contributions in the growth of the nation. He had also emphasized national integrity, prosperity & the importance of Republic Day and responsibilities of the young generation towards the development of society. Later, sweets were distributed among all staff & workers.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: Celebration of Maha Shivratri

LNJ Denim & Knit Staff, along with their family members, celebrated Maha Shivratri  at Lord Shiva Temple, LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 26th February, 2025

The celebration started with the Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed Poojan by reciting mantras and shlokas. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad.

LNJ Denim & Knits: Celebration of National Safety Day

LNJ Denim & Knits celebrated 54th National Safety Day on 04th March, 2025. It started with a safety oath in the morning, followed by an exhibition on safety equipment.
All staff & Workers took part in this celebration.

It was celebrated with great enthusiasm.  It created awareness among the people about how to prevent industrial accidents by exhibiting widespread safety awareness programs in the company. While addressing employees, Shri Rajesh Singh - BH emphasized the need for safety for all employees & asserted that during working on machines, bike riding, and handling of mobile phones, many accidents have happened in the recent period.

On this Occasion, an exhibition on Personal Protective Equipment was organized by the Safety Team, where the use of Fire extinguishers and other PPEs was demonstrated.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: Celebration of Holi & Dhulendi

Holi is one of the major festivals of India and is the most vibrant of all. The joys of Holi know no bounds. The festival is celebrated across the four corners of India. It is played with different types of colors. Every color symbolizes something & conveys some message. In spite of being such a colourful festival, there are various aspects of Holi that make it so significant for our lives.

Holi gets us close to our religion and our mythology as it is essentially the celebration of various legends associated with the festival.

Holi celebration started with the Hothe bonfire on 13th March in LNJ Nagar Staff Colony. The next day, a colorful Holi celebration started at LNJ Nagar Colony. Staff members with their families enjoyed the Dhulendi program & played Holi with different colors.  All staff members danced to folk music during the program, all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food, followed by lunch.

TACC: Celebrations of National Safety Week

TACC actively participated in the National Safety Week 2025, held from March 4th to 10th, under the theme "Safety & Well-being: Crucial for Viksit Bharat." The week began with an address by the Managing Director & CEO, followed by safety badge and kit distribution, and prominent banner displays across the premises.

Throughout the week, a range of training sessions were conducted including Right Job-Right Tool, Environmental & Health awareness, shop floor safety, electrical and fire safety, height work, PTW system, and disaster management.

A special focus was given to hands-on learning with demonstrations on lifting, shifting, vehicular safety, and mock fire drills. The activities concluded with a quiz competition and a Rewards & Recognition programme, promoting a culture of proactive safety across the organization.

TACC's continued commitment to health, safety, and well-being as a foundation for sustainable growth.

ADHPL: Celebration of National Road Safety Month

Road safety month was celebrated at ADHPL from 16th January to 15th February, 2025. The theme of this year’s Road Safety Month was “ Sadak Suraksha- Jeevan Raksha”. During the month-long celebrations, various road transport safety activities and awareness programs were conducted at different locations of ADHPL with the aim of sensitizing drivers and heavy machinery operators.

Third-party driving simulation training was also organized for all drivers of AD Hydro Power Ltd. and TL line on 11th Feb, 2025, through the external agency M/s Safety Circle Pvt. Ltd. 28 drivers, including heavy machinery operators and 10 staff members, took part in the training.

In the closing ceremony of National Road Safety Month, a Road safety pledge was taken, and thereafter, prizes were distributed for safe driving practices to heavy machinery operators and drivers.

The key objective of the month-long celebrations was to increase road safety awareness among the employees, drivers, and workers.

ADHPL: Celebration of Eco-friendly Holi

Eco-friendly Holi was celebrated at ADHPL with great zeal and fervor on March 14, 2025. Only natural colours were used during the celebrations. Use of water cannons, sprays, and water colours was avoided by the ADHPL family to save water. Tea and snacks were served to the participants on the occasion. Holika Dahan was done in the evening, where the residents of the colony participated with great zeal.

ADHPL: Celebration of International Women’s Day

International Women's Day is a global celebration for all women and is celebrated annually on 8th March to commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women. This year, the theme of International Women’s Day was “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment”

ADHPL celebrated International Women’s Day on March 08, 2025, by honouring its women employees in the Ibex guest house. All the women were felicitated with gifts on the occasion.

ADHPL: Celebration of Republic Day

76th Republic Day was celebrated with high spirit and fervour on January 26, 2025, at ADHPL.

After the welcome of the Chief Guest, Sh. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M), the chief guest, hoisted the tricolour in front of the Admin block. At the event, the Chief Guest delivered a patriotic message to the employees and their families present on the occasion. The G4S security personnel presented an impressive parade while welcoming the Chief Guest.

HEG Ltd. organized a super fun Family Sports Day where everyone had a blast!

Everyone had a fantastic time. Women, children, and families thoroughly enjoyed themselves and stayed engaged throughout the day.

We played games, participated in relay races, and had a wonderful time together. It was amazing to see families having fun and cheering each other on.

A special thanks to our Hon’ble Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati Ji, for gracing the occasion with his presence along with his family, making the day even more memorable. After all the excitement, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, sharing stories and laughter.

HEG: Women’s Day Celebration

HEG Limited celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8, 2025, with great enthusiasm, honoring the strength, resilience and achievements of women in the workplace. The event was graced by Shri Manish Gulati Ji, as the Chief Guest.

The celebration began with a warm welcome speech by  Mr. Shamit Tiwari, setting the tone for an inspiring and engaging event. This was followed by a powerful keynote address by  Shri Manish Gulati Ji, who highlighted the crucial role women play in both professional and personal spheres. RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Lohri & Makar Sankranti

Lohri, the harvest festival of Punjab, was celebrated at Rishabhdev on  13th January, 2025 by burning Lohri and performing pooja.  Staff and family members enjoyed the celebration. COO felicitated the newlywed couples and newborn babies on this occasion.

On Makar Sankranti - 15th January,  all enjoyed the day by playing various traditional games like sitholia, Gulli Danda, kite flying, etc. The programme ended with dinner. 

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Republic Day

RSWM, Rishabhdev celebrated Republic Day on 26th January, 2025.  COO  hoisted the National Flag in the morning. He addressed the staff and workers assembled in the venue and conveyed  Republic Day wishes. Shri M S Manilal – GM (HR & IR) and Shri Gautam Lal Meena on behalf of the Union.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebrated Sports Day

Staff Club in Rishabhdev organized a one-day sports event for staff and family on 26th January, 2025, on Republic Day. Various events like 100 mtr. Race, spoon race,  shotput,  Needle & Thread race, Tug of war, etc., were held for gents, ladies, and children separately.  All staff members with their families enjoyed the day by participating in various events and the dinner thereafter.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Pran Prathishta Samaroh of Shiv Parivar

Pran Prathishta Samaroh of Shiv Parivar was held at RSWM Rishabhdev on 10th February, 2025 in a spiritual atmosphere. Pran Prathishta Puja and Hawan was performed by a team of Pandits from Khadagda.   Potsav of Siddhi Vinayak Ganeshji was also held simultaneously on this day.

All officers and staff, along with their families, performed the hawankriya.    Pandit ji and the Team wished for the well-being of the people working in the Mill and staying in the campus.  At the end, Prasad was distributed to all.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Maha Shivratri

On 26th February, 2025, Mahashivratri was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev Shiv Mandir.  The well-decorated Shiv Parivar Temple prepared by the Staff Club team was very attractive and got the attention of all.  Staff members with their families attended the Bhajan Kirtan, which lasted till midnight.  At the end, prasad was distributed to the devotees.  

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Calebration of National Safety Day

The National Safety Day was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev on 4th March, 2025.  The function was jointly inaugurated by GM (COMMERCIAL) & Sr. GM (Engg.).   While addressing the employees, they stressed the need for spreading the message of `Safety First’ among all the workmen and to follow all safety precautions/measures strictly for avoiding any untoward incident. Safety & fire equipment were displayed, and a mock drill was also conducted by security personnel.

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebration of Republic Day

The Mandpam unit celebrated Republic Day on January 26, 2025, with much gusto. Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy. COO - MYB) led the festivities by hoisting the National Flag and addressing the staff and workers. The joyous occasion concluded with the distribution of sweets to everyone present.

Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE - MYB), Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy. COO - MYB) all Department Heads & other staff members met all departments workers & wishing new years. All department workers decorated very well in department and grand welcome of all.  They met all the workers and wished them a happy new year

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebration of Lohri Festival

The festival of Lohri marks the culmination of winter season and is celebrated on the 13th of January every year for fertility and spark of life. All staff members & their families celebrated the occasion. All Members gathered around the bonfire and offered sweets.

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebration of Maha Shivaratri

To celebrate Maha Shivaratri, a special "Bhajan Sandhya" was organized at Melangeshwar Mahadev Temple on the evening of February 26, 2025. This spiritual gathering was a joyful occasion for staff members and their families from the Mandpam, Kanyakheri, and HJ-21 units. Following the bhajans, prasad was distributed to everyone present.

RSWM-Mandapam: Staff Birthday Celebration

The Staff Birthday celebrations for January to March were a hit! Each month, staff members with birthdays in that month cut the cake in the Staff Club, joined by Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE), Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy. COO), HODs, and all staff. High tea and cake followed for everyone.

RSWM Mandapam: Celebrated National Road Safety week

RSWM Mandapam observed National Road Safety Week from January 11th to January 17th, 2025.
Throughout the week, employees were educated on crucial road safety practices, emphasizing the importance of helmets, seatbelts, and other safety equipment.

RSWM-Mandapam: Celebration of Holi & Dhulandi

The festival of Holi was celebrated with much fervor and enthusiasm. A Puja was performed by Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE) on 13th March at 11:15 P.M in the evening. It was fun on the day of Dhulandi on 14th March 2025, with resident members throwing colours at each other.
