RSWM: Participation at Bharat Tex 2025

RSWM Ltd. made a remarkable presence at Bharat Tex 2025, one of India’s largest integrated textile events, held from February 14 to 17 in New Delhi. Our stall stood out with a vibrant showcase of innovation, sustainability, and excellence in yarns and fabrics.

Drawing inspiration from the Five Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space, our collection beautifully reflected the harmony between nature and textile craftsmanship.

RSWM: Participation in Colombiatex 2025

RSWM Ltd. marked its presence at Colombiatex 2025, Latin America's premier textile trade fair, held from January 28 to 30 in Medellín, Colombia. This global platform allowed us to proudly showcase our latest products and collections to an international audience.

The event was an excellent opportunity to engage with global brands, manufacturers, and industry thought leaders—exchanging insights on how innovation and sustainability are shaping the future of textiles. A big round of applause to the team for representing RSWM on this prestigious stage!

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Participation at Denims & Jeans Show, Egypt 2025

LNJ Denim participated in the Denims & Jeans Show Egypt 2025, held on February 2 and 3 in Cairo. This focused event brought together denim enthusiasts, industry experts, and global brands under one roof—and we were proud to be a part of it.

RSWM: Participation in Fibres & Yarns Expo 2025, Mumbai

RSWM Ltd. proudly participated in the Fibres & Yarns Expo 2025, held in Mumbai from January 23 to 25. The event served as a dynamic platform for us to present our latest innovations in textile ingredient products and connect with key stakeholders across the industry.

The energy and enthusiasm at the expo were truly inspiring, and we’re thankful to our team for representing us with such professionalism and passion. Events like these reinforce our commitment to staying at the forefront of the textile industry.

RSWM: Participation in Yarnex Ludhiana

RSWM participated in Yarnex Ludhiana 2025, a key sourcing platform for the textile value chain in North India. From January 17-19, 2025, the event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase our latest yarn innovations and connect with industry leaders, buyers, and textile professionals.

RSWM-Lodha: Master's Sneh Milan

Master’s Sneh Milan was celebrated on 7th January 2025. The Personnel Department started the program with a welcome address. During the program, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head—SYB) gave an inspiring speech. He shared the achievements of the Lodha plant for 2024-25. The union representatives expressed their thanks to the Management.

During the program Shri. Dilip Singh Sisodia (AGM – P & A) addressed the master's group to increase the on-roll position. The union representatives and master's group assured the management that they would increase the average attendance for their shift. Finally, the program ended with a delicious dinner.

RSWM-Lodha: Visit of Mr. Kamal Kishore Mittal (Business Head-CYB)

Shri Kamal Kishore Mittal (Business Head – CYB) visited RSWM Lodha. As part of his visit, Shri Mittal toured Spinning Units 8 and 11 to review the ongoing progress and developments. He also took the opportunity to interact with the staff, fostering a spirit of engagement and teamwork.

A focused interaction meeting was held with the core team members of Units 8 and 11, where detailed discussions on operations and processes took place. The session offered valuable insights into the functioning of the units and encouraged a constructive exchange of ideas.

RSWM-Lodha: Organized Year-End Scrap Party

As part of the annual tradition, the Store & Purchase Department organized a celebration at the scrap yard to mark the successful clearance and gain the expected target for the financial year. Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head) congratulated everyone with his warm and encouraging words, appreciating their hard work and dedication.

RSWM-Lodha: Inauguration of Solar Power Plant

Inauguration of Solar Power Plant installed on the roof of Mill No.2 was held on 24th February, 2025 by Shri Naresh Bahedia ji, Business Head. Officers, Staff, along with AVVNL officials, were present during the ceremony.

RSWM-Kharigram: Inter-Game Tournament

The Inter-Game Tournament held on 20th January 2025 was successfully organized on the professionally developed in-house cricket ground at Kharigram. The event was graced by the presence of Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO, along with senior staff members and their families.

All the players actively participated and thoroughly enjoyed the matches. The tournament concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship and team effort.

RSWM-Kharigram: Felicitation for Shri B.M. Sharma, JMD

After an illustrious service of 14 years with our organization, Shri B.M. Sharma, Joint Managing Director, superannuated on 31st March 2025.

To honor his remarkable contributions and long-standing association with RSWM Ltd., a heartfelt felicitation ceremony was organized. The event was graced by the presence of Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala, CMD, Shri Rajeev Gupta (JMD), Shri Manoj Sharma (CHRO), Shri Prakash Maheshwari, CE,  Shri N.K. Bahedia (BH), and Shri S.K. Tiwari (COO), along with other senior team members.

During the program, everyone expressed their deep appreciation for Shri Sharma's dedication and leadership. Warm wishes for good health and a joyful post-retirement life were shared, and he was bid farewell with deep respect and heavy hearts.

RSWM-Kharigram: Visit of Russian Delegation

On 28th February 2025, Kharigram Plant had the pleasure of welcoming the esteemed Russian customers – Ms. Elizaveta Kryukova, Mr. Aleksei Shirkalin, and Ms. Olga Lebedeva. The delegation was warmly received by Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO.

During their visit, they were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, including the SJ-11 Unit. The guests expressed their deep appreciation for the plant’s operations, particularly the advanced automation, quality-focused processes, and the overall technological excellence demonstrated by RSWM Limited.

They also acknowledged RSWM Limited’s significant contribution to the textile sector at both the state and national levels, commending the organization’s dedication to innovation and quality.

RSWM-Kharigram: Plant Visit by Japanese Delegation

On 06th March 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming our esteemed Japan customers –Mr. Akio and the team to the Kharigram Plant.

The delegation was warmly received by Shri N.K. Bahedia, BH, and Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO. And Shri Deepak Bhala, CMO, during their visit, they were given a comprehensive tour of the facility, including the SJ-11 Unit. The guests expressed their deep appreciation for the plant’s operations, particularly the advanced automation, quality-focused processes, and the overall technological excellence demonstrated by RSWM Limited.

RSWM-Kharigram: Esteemed Visit from LMW Ltd.

On 18th February 2025, we had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, Chairman & Managing Director, LMW Ltd., along with Mr. M. Sankar, Director – Operations, and their team to the Kharigram Plant.

The delegation was warmly received by Shri Rajeev Gupta, JMD, Shri N.K. Bahedia, BH, Shri Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP, Shri R.K. Pandey, CTO, and Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO.

During their visit, the guests were taken on a detailed tour of the facility, including the state-of-the-art SJ-11 Unit. They expressed high appreciation for the plant’s operations, highlighting the advanced automation, quality-driven processes, and the technological excellence demonstrated by RSWM Limited.

On 29th March 2025, Kharigram Plant had the honor of welcoming Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Riju Jhunjhunwala, along with Ms. Mansi Jhunjhunwala, to visit the plant, including the SJ-11 and HJ-21 Units. The delegation was warmly received by Shri Rajeev Gupta, JMD, Shri Prakash Maheshwari, CE, Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Shri N.K. Bahedia, BH, and Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO.

During their visit, a detailed tour of the facility was conducted, showcasing the latest advancements and operations within the plant. The guests expressed their deep appreciation for the state-of-the-art automation, commitment to quality, and the technological excellence consistently demonstrated by RSWM Limited.

Exhibition: TACC and REPLUS at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025

TACC Limited and REPLUS, participated in the Bharat Mobility Expo held from 19th to 21st January 2025 in Delhi. The event served as a dynamic platform to showcase the Group’s growing presence in the advanced materials and green energy space.

The joint booth featured cutting-edge developments in graphite anode materials, graphene technologies, and battery packs. These innovations reflect our commitment to building sustainable and future-ready solutions for the lithium-ion battery and mobility ecosystem.

The expo enabled valuable engagement with industry stakeholders, potential partners, and thought leaders, further reinforcing our role in shaping India’s energy transition.

TACC: Joint Development with Birla Cellulose

TACC, in collaboration with RSWM Limited, is proud to be part of a groundbreaking partnership between the LNJ Bhilwara Group and Birla Cellulose, an Aditya Birla company. This strategic alliance, signed in February this year, is set to bring a transformative shift in the textile industry by introducing advanced material solutions that combine performance with sustainability.

As a key contributor, TACC is supplying in-house synthesized functionalized graphene for integration into textile applications. This innovative material enhances fabric properties such as strength, durability, breathability, and thermal regulation, enabling the creation of next-generation smart textiles.

The partnership signifies a major step forward in the Group’s innovation journey, combining expertise across industries to develop value-added products. It also marks one of the early large-scale commercial efforts in India to apply graphene in textiles.

Teams from TACC, RSWM, and Birla Cellulose are working closely to scale this development from pilot phase to full production, with a shared goal of driving meaningful impact through technological advancement.

This collaboration reflects the LNJ Bhilwara Group’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, cross-industry innovation, and excellence in forward-looking solutions.

TACC: Participation in Global Investors Summit 2025

TACC was honoured to participate in the Global Investors Summit 2025 held in Bhopal on 24–25 February, inaugurated by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. We had the privilege of hosting Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, along with key Principal Secretaries and dignitaries, for an engaging interaction with our MD & CEO, Ankur Khaitan.

The discussions centred around TACC’s role in India’s lithium-ion battery ecosystem and our innovations in carbon and graphite derivatives. The interest shown by state leadership further reaffirmed our commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge technology. 

The event also drew strong media attention, with multiple interviews highlighting TACC’s mission and contributions to India's clean energy future.

TACC: Participation in Synthetic and Natural Graphite Conference (SNGC) in China

TACC participated in the Synthetic and Natural Graphite Conference (SNGC) organized by ICCSino in China from March 12th to 13th, 2025. Recognized as a leading global platform, ICCSino brings together industry leaders, researchers, and manufacturers to discuss the latest trends shaping the future of energy storage.

The conference reaffirmed the strong and continuing role of graphite-based anodes, especially synthetic graphite, which remains the industry standard for its proven reliability, structural stability, long cycle life, and market maturity. Synthetic graphite’s ability to offer consistent performance without the issues of volume expansion makes it an essential material for electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and electronics.

Emerging developments in silicon-based anodes were also discussed, showcasing their potential for higher energy density, while ongoing research continues to address challenges related to volume expansion and durability through silicon-carbon composites. Meanwhile, phosphorus-carbon anodes were introduced as a futuristic material under early exploration for high-capacity and cost-effective solutions, particularly for next-generation energy storage applications.

The key message from ICCSino emphasized that while new materials like silicon and phosphorus are being developed, synthetic graphite continues to be the backbone of the lithium-ion battery industry and will remain critical in meeting the demands of both current and future technologies.

TACC’s participation reflected its commitment to staying at the forefront of global advancements, strengthening its position in delivering high-quality, reliable anode materials for a sustainable energy future.

ICCSINO Synthetic and Natural Graphite Conference

RSWM-Ringas: Meeting of Industrialist at CM residence in Jaipur

On 15th January, 2025, there was a meeting of industrialists at the CM residence in Jaipur, where Shri MK Yogi attended on behalf of RSWM Ltd and Jawahar Foundation. CM had proposed to the industrialist groups all possible help and a single window clearance for them.

RSWM-Ringas: Plant Visit of Shri Rajeev Gupta

On 20th January, 2025, Shri Rajeev Gupta - JMD, visited the Ringas plant. He was warmly welcomed by Shri M.K. YogiBusiness Head – STB, with a bouquet of flowers.

During the visit, Shri Rajeev Gupta toured the plant, gaining insights into the machinery and technology. He also met with the Heads of Departments to discuss improvement plans and engaged with team members to motivate them on their journey toward excellence

RSWM-Ringas: Annual Sports Competition 2025

Like every year, this year also the Annual Sports Competition was organized in the mill. Shri M.K. Yogi - Business Head (STB) inaugurated this event, and a match was also played between Shift A & B at Rana Sanga Sports ground. Shri Shri M.K. Yogi and Shri Rajesh Kumar Pandey – CTO, Sh Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar – COO, congratulated the winners and presented the prizes.

RSWM-Ringas: Plant Visit by Shri Manoj Kumar Bansal (CTO)

On 11th March, 2025, Shri Manoj Kumar Bansal -CTO, visited the Ringas plant. He was warmly welcomed by Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar, COO, with a flower bouquet. During the visit, Shri Bansal toured the plant, gaining insights into the machinery and technology. He also met with the Heads of Departments to discuss improvement plans and engaged with team members to motivate them on their journey toward excellence.

RSWM-RPSF: Plant Visit by Inditex Team

The Inditex team visited in RPSF Fiber Pant and had a detailed round of the RPSF Fiber Unit. The Complete process of recycling post-consumer PET bottles was explained to them, and they were so impressed to see such an eco-friendly process converting PET scrap into textile products.

RSWM-RPSF: Donation of Contributed Fund to RPSF Contractor Worker

In addition to all official legal support, a relief fund worth Rs 1.29 Lacs “Arranged by contribution of staff, workers and contractor members” was given to Late Sh. Hari’s mother (Contractor worker RPSF Plant), Mr. Hari died of dengue while undergoing treatment in the hospital.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: Organized Inerdepartmental Workers Tournament

An interdepartmental worker tournament was organized in January 2025, in which the following games were played like volleyball, rassakasi & chair race, etc. Shri Rajesh Singh & Shri Arvind Maurya had inaugurated the tournament on 13th January, 2025.   Department-wise teams were made for both the Denim Knits Plant. The Final Match of volleyball was held between the Contractor Team & Knits Workers' Team on 25th Jan, 2025. In a neck-to-neck contest, Contractors TPP workers’ Team won the tournament.  Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR expressed his views on the value of games in our life. The prizes were distributed to the winners and runner-up on the occasion of 26th January,2025, for all games.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Staff Birthday Celebrations

As a part of HR employee engagement activities, the birthdays of employees are celebrated at the end of every month with a common cake-cutting ceremony followed by high tea.

As a compulsory element of this program, every employee will express their views through creative outlets such as poetry, song, or mimicry, aiming to unlock their ideas. Shri. Rajesh Singh (BH) wished the staff members whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and gifts in the presence of all other staff members.

RSWM Ltd. and LNJ Denim proudly participated in this landmark event, presenting their latest collections that highlighted cutting-edge innovation, sustainable practices, and fashion-forward design.

The response to our showcased offerings was overwhelmingly positive, with significant interest from both domestic and international stakeholders. Our booth became a hub of engagement and collaboration, reflecting the strong reputation and growing global reach of our brands. HEG Ltd.: Organized Marathon to promote a healthy work-life balance for employees

HEG Ltd. organized a spectacular event within its premises on 1st January 2025. This extraordinary initiative was exclusively tailored for the dedicated workforce, reflecting its commitment to employee well–being and fostering a sense of unity within the company.

The initiative was passionately led by our Hon’ble Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati Ji, whose vision and belief in the philosophy that a “Healthy body and Healthy Mind can create Wonders” laid the foundation for this inspiring event. His commitment to employee well–being and holistic growth turned this idea into a memorable day.

The marathon, a testament to HEG’s dedication to promoting a healthy work-life balance, saw enthusiastic participation from employees across various departments. RSWM-Mandapam: Bankers Meeting

The Bankers Meeting was held at Mandpam Unit on 27th March‘2025. All the Bank representatives were given a grand welcome by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, BH & CE (MYB). JMD Sh. Rajeev Gupta and CFO Sh. Nitin Tulyani also attended the meeting.

After the meeting, all participating bankers took a round of the Kanyakheri unit and were very impressed by the overall setup of the unit.
