RSWM: Joining of Mr. Kamal Kishore Mittal as Chief Executive and Business Head for Cotton Yarn Busin
Mr. Kamal Kishore Mittal has joined the RSWM family as Chief Executive and Business Head for Cotton Yarn Business and R-Value, based at our Head Office in Noida. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in international and domestic textile markets. A Post Graduate in International Marketing from TITS, Bhiwani, he has a distinguished track record of driving revenue growth, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and establishing market-leading brands. His impressive career includes over 18 years with the LNJ Bhilwara group, along with senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Canadian Multinational Company, Trident Limited, Sintex Industries Ltd., Cheslind Ltd., and Egyptian Spinning and Weaving Company. We warmly welcome Mr. Mittal to RSWM and eagerly anticipate his valuable contributions.
RSWM: A Grand Farewell for JMD B.M. Sharma
A warm farewell party was held at Kharigram to honor former JMD B.M. Sharma. The event saw the esteemed presence of CMD Riju Jhunjhunwala and Mrs. Mansi Jhunjhunwala, alongside all Heads of Departments (HODs), Marketing Heads, and Business Heads, who were also accompanied by their spouses, marking a significant gathering to bid adieu to a respected leader.
RSWM: Mr. Manoj Kumar Bansal joined as Chief Transformation Officer
Mr. Manoj Kumar Bansal joined RSWM as our new Chief Transformation Officer at the Corporate Office in Noida, effective February 28, 2025. Mr. Bansal brings nearly 30 years of extensive experience in strategic management, P&L management, operational improvement, strategic sourcing, project management, sales, marketing, and business development. He is an MBA graduate from PAU, Ludhiana, and an alumnus of prestigious institutions including IMD Business School, Switzerland, Said Business School, Oxford, and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Bansal has held leadership roles at leading companies such as Vardhman Group, where he spent nearly two decades closely associated with the Group Chairman, and Trident Group, where he served for seven years. His experience also includes tenures at AYM Syntex and Intertan Canada Limited.
RSWM-Ringas: Superannuation of Shri Ram Singh Pawanda
Shri Ram Singh Pawanda got superannuated from the Ringas Unit. He served his long period of 36 years with the RSWM organization.
A felicitation program was organized. Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar- COO, and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit - General Manager (H&IR) appreciated his contribution to this long association and contribution to RSWM Ltd. All the team members expressed best wishes for his good health and happiness in his post-retirement life.
RSWM-Lodha: Superannuation of Mr. Suresh Chandra Mishra
Shri Suresh Chandra Mishra (Supervisor- Maintenance), retired after a distinguished and dedicated tenure of 12 years with RSWM Ltd. Lodha, marking the end of a glorious era. To honor his remarkable contributions and service, a heartfelt felicitation program was organized.
Chief Executive & Business Head Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia graced the event, along with senior officials and other esteemed team members. The program commenced with a warm welcome and a brief overview of Shri Suresh Chandra Mishra’s illustrious career, highlighting his significant achievements and dedication to the company.
RSWM-Rishabhdev: Sad Demise of Shri K B Khatod
Shri K B Khatod, COO of RSWM Rishabhdev, passed away on 28th February, 2025, after a brief illness. He worked diligently in various roles and responsibilities for 28 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs.Usha Khator, his son, and his daughter. RSWM bids him a tearful farewell. May his soul rest in peace.
