RSWM-Lodha: Health Check Up

A comprehensive Health Check-up and Awareness Program was organized for all staff members and their families. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness and early diagnosis.

Specialist doctors, including a Physician, a Gynaecologist, a Dermatologist, and a Cardiologist, conducted detailed check-ups, offered medical advice, and prescribed necessary treatments. In addition, doctors shared valuable health tips to encourage preventive care and healthy lifestyles. The program concluded on a positive note with a high tea, reinforcing the company’s commitment to employee well-being and family care.

RSWM-Kharigram: Complimentary Health Check-up for Mid-level Managers

As part of its employee wellness initiative, the Management organized a complimentary health check-up for employees (from Manager to Deputy General Manager levels) on Tuesday, 25th March 2025.

The health check-up team arrived in the morning, and the session was conducted from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The check-up included blood samples and urine sample collection for routine health analysis.

This initiative reflects the organization's continued commitment to supporting the health and well-being of its employees.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Distribution of Blankets by Ladies Club

On Makar Sankranti, Ladies Club Rishabhdev distributed approximately 150 Blankets to civil labourers and sub-staff – peons, drivers, security guards, etc. In addition to this, VKV school sub-staff, including bus drivers, conductors, peons, etc, were given kambals by the Ladies' club.

ADHPL: Distribution of Scholarships

The Company, in its continuous efforts to boost the Education Sector, distributed scholarships among eligible and needy students of 9th to 12th classes and some technical courses.

97 students of the Kullu, Manali region had applied for scholarship in the FY 2024-25, and after scrutinizing the applications and in-person interviews, 57 students had qualified for the scholarships. An amount of Rs 1.32 million was disbursed through NEFT into the bank accounts of the successful students.

ADHPL: Dustbins Provided under Swachhta Abhiyaan

The Company has been associated with cleanliness drives - Swachhta Abhiyaan in the local areas through different local self-help groups to improve the cleanliness of surrounding villages. The Company has received requests from regional areas to provide dustbins.

Accordingly, 80 dustbins were provided to three Gram Panchayats on 25 January, 2025, i.e., Gram Panchayat Gojra (20 Nos.), Katrain (20 Nos.), and Hallan-2 (40 Nos.). The Panchayat Members thanked ADHPL for the CSR initiative.

ADHPL: 3800 patients treated at Clinical Dispensary

The clinical dispensary, headed by a qualified MBBS Doctor, is playing an important role in catering to Healthcare Services for the locals residing in villages like Prini, Shuru, Sethan, Chalet, Shami-Nallah & Aleo, and tourists also.

During the last FY 2024-25, more than 3800 patients were treated at the dispensary and were provided free diagnostic facilities/tests, and medicines. Free medicines to the tune of approx. Rs 1 Million were distributed among the needy patients during the last FY 2024-25.

ADHPL: Chain Linked Fencing at Jagatsukh

Chain-linked fencing was installed along the road in Jagatsukh near Jagatsukh bridge to prevent littering of waste. The request for the same was put forth by the Panchayat Pradhan. The fencing was done to protect against environmental degradation, soil pollution, and further contamination of the Duhangan stream during rains. The fencing will act as an accident barrier on the valley side of the road, also.

ADHPL: Contribution to NGO Supporting Child Development

Samphia Foundation, Kullu, is an NGO running the Ash Child Development Centre for differently abled children of the Kullu region.

The financial support is being provided by the Company to cover the running and maintenance expenses of Ash Child Development Centre. An amount of Rs. 1 million was spent on this activity during the last FY 2024-25. The NGO visits all through the difficult areas of Kullu district to provide physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy sessions to the needy children.

ADHPL: Contributed Anesthesia Machine to Civil Hospital in Manali

The Company, under its CSR initiatives, had provided an Anesthesia Machine to the Civil Hospital, Manali, for managing surgery cases. During the last FY 2024-25, 199 patients have benefited from the equipment as per the details mentioned below.

• General Anesthesia was given to 113 patients for conducting the Cholecystectomy surgery.

• Spinal Anesthesia was given to 56 patients, while Minor shot General Anesthesia was given to 30 patients for conducting small / day care procedures.

The doctors with their medical staff have appreciated the CSR activities of ADHPL.

ADHPL: CSR Asset Utilization of Fire Tender

Looking at the difficult terrain of the Kullu region and harsh winters, the area is prone to domestic fires during the winter season. ADHPL donated a Fire Tender to the Himachal Pradesh Civil Firefighting Department, Manali, in June 2016 to cater to the requirements of the department for dousing fires in the local villages. From November 2024 to March 2025, the fire tender has been used to douse as many as more than 10 large domestic fires to prevent the huge financial losses. The department has always hailed the CSR activities of ADHPL.

MPCL: Constructed School Building to Promote Education

MPCL has constructed a Middle School in Chowki to benefit children in Chowki Village and neighboring areas. This initiative will provide enhanced educational opportunities and improve access to schooling for the local community. The new facility underscores MPCL's commitment to community development and supporting education.

MPCL: Constructed a Floor of Govt. Primary School in Manikaran, Kullu

MPCL has constructed the first floor of the Government Primary School in Manikaran, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. This development will significantly benefit the children of Manikaran and its surrounding villages, providing improved infrastructure for their education.

MPCL: Helped People in Reclaiming Cultivated Land

MPCL took the initiative to help local people in reclaiming of their cultivated land, which was filled with sand and debris during a flash flood that occurred on 1st August 2024. MPCL deployed manpower and machinery to remove the unwanted debris.

MPCL: Distribution of Study Materials & Playing Aids to Schools

MPCL donated school bags, playing aids, and public announcement systems to nearby schools of the plant, viz. Jari, Dunkhra, Baladhi & Chowki School of Kullu District. The Company also provided Kabbadi Mats to the Government. Girls Sr. Secondary School, Sultanpur, Kullu, H.P., to promote physical activities in education.

MPCL: Organized Free Health Checkup Camp

MPCL organized a Free Medical General Health Checkup Camp on February 09, 2025, in Jallungran village, District Kullu, H.P. The camp featured specialists in Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and ENT. Villagers and the general public highly appreciated this initiative, which included free medicines and tests prescribed by the doctors.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: Medical Consultation & Awareness Camp

In a proactive effort to promote health and wellness within the LNJ denim & Knits, Mordi, a Medical Consultation & Awareness Camp was successfully organized on 17th January, 2025 at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi. The event aimed to provide free medical check-ups, consultations, and health awareness to individuals across all age groups, with a special focus on preventive healthcare and early diagnosis.

The camp brought together a team of experienced doctors, nurses, and healthcare volunteers from Gyayak Hospital, Banswara. offering services that included: General health check-ups, Blood pressure and blood sugar testing, Eye and dental screening, nutritional counseling, Specialized consultations in fields such as cardiology, orthopedics, and pediatrics, Lifestyle diseases and their prevention, Importance of regular health screening, etc.

Participants received free health advice and informative brochures to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle beyond the camp. The event also included interactive Q&A sessions where attendees could voice their health concerns and receive expert advice in a supportive environment.

HEG: Support Extended to Global Vikas Trust

In a thought-provoking session at HEG, we had the honor of hosting Mr. Mayank Gandhi, Head of NGO Global Vikas Trust, along with our esteemed CMD, Shri Ravi Jhunjhunwala Ji.

The event highlighted a revolutionary initiative that has transformed the lives of nearly 25,000 farmers, bringing them prosperity through strategic agricultural shifts.

Mr. Gandhi shared insights into how Global Vikas Trust has been working at the grassroots level, training and supporting farmers to transition from traditional, low–income crops such as wheat and soya to high–value crops like fruits. This shift has not only increased farmers’ incomes but also ensured sustainable agricultural practices that benefit both the farmers and the environment.

Our CMD Sir emphasized HEG’s commitment to social responsibility and the importance of supporting such initiatives that create a lasting impact on rural communities. The session left a lasting impression on all attendees, reinforcing the power of innovation, education, and collaboration in driving economic and social change.

HEG takes pride in being a part of such a transformative journey and looks forward to more opportunities to contribute to the nation’s agricultural and rural development.

HO Noida: Conducted Eye Check-Up Camp

On March 20th, an Eye Check-Up Camp was successfully conducted at the HO Noida office. The initiative aimed to promote eye health among employees, offering comprehensive eye examinations and consultations. This camp underscores the organization's commitment to the well-being of its staff, providing convenient access to essential health services.

RSWM-Mandapam: Free Health Check-up Camp (ESIC)

On March 3rd, 2025, RSWM's Mandapam Unit, in collaboration with ESIC, Bhilwara, organized a Free Health Check-up Camp for its workers, staff, and their families.
Dr. Kamal Jajwani and his team from ESIC Hospital, Bhilwara (Rajasthan), conducted the check-ups. A large number of employees and their families benefited from this initiative.
