RSWM: All India Agents & Dealers Conference (Mayur)

RSWM Ltd. for his well known fabric brand Mayur Suitings has recently organized All India Agents & Dealers Conference held at Jaipur, Goa and Mussoorie on a grand level. The conference started with lighting of lamp by Shri R.K. Chaudhary, Advisor, RSWM Ltd. (Fabric). As a chief guest Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay, Chief Executive (Denim & Fabric), RSWM Ltd. welcomed all the dealers & agents and praised them for their continued efforts. He also discussed about the future development programmes of Mayur Suitings and took the market feedback from them to indulge the key points in the upcoming development plans. 

Mayur Suitings had displayed their complete range of fabrics including the recently launched and its extremely popular and new ranges like Royal Oak, Wi-fi, Leonard, Leisure, Creamline, Play Boy, Windsor, Sparkle, Lincot, Verona, Flamingo, Dazzle, Checks dot com, Botson Sawyer, Exotic Linsey, Treasure, Arise, Pajero etc. 

Shri R.K. Chaudhary during his speech at Jaipur conference wished and thanked all the dealers & agents for achieving record sales figure in domestic market during last financial year. This is a great milestone for the company and for all who are associated with it.

HEG: Vigilance Awareness Week

HEG Ltd. observed Vigilance Awareness Week, from 31^st October to 5^th November, 2018, with a theme of promoting integrity within the plant and society. IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited) conducted an awareness session for HEG employees, where they briefed that how IOCL was taking initiatives for improving their internal system and procedures to reduce scope for discretion and eliminate corruption in the public sector. IOCL urged the employees to make efforts to promote probity in public life to strive for sustainable corruption free society.

HEG: Quality Circle Competition (QCFI)

Quality Circle teams Karma & Paryavaran from HEG Ltd. participated in QCFI Madhya Pradesh State Level Quality Circle Competition held at Bhopal on 7^th October, 2018 and exhibited their exemplary efforts through the presentation skills and case studies. Team Karma & Paryavaran brought laurels to our plant by winning Gold & Special Category award in this competition. Both the teams received big appreciation from plant officials for their commendable & enthusiastic efforts in the state level competition.

HEG: Safety Calendar 2019 Unveiling

The Safety Calendar for 2019 was unveiled in HEG Ltd. by our COO/CFO Shri Raju Rustogi on 1^st January, 2019. This is the 5^th consecutive year when HEG has published its own in-house designed Safety Calendar. Overall twelve situations of the plant are depicted in the calendar covering various Safety aspects like Material Handling, Electrical Safety & PPE’s usage, etc. This Calendar is distributed to all the employees so as to promote Safety awareness to their family members also.

HEG: Chess & Carrom Tournament

Over the past years, HEG Limited has not only focused on improving the quality of its products but also the overall development and encouragement of its employees through various games and activities. Therefore, a Chess & Carrom tournament was organized in the month of December 2018, where over 30 players participated from various departments of the plant. The tournament was categorized as Singles and Doubles. It was inaugurated by plant’s senior officials, who graced the occasion by applauding and commending the participants and the teams to put up a brilliant show.

The team of Mr. Vijay Thapa & Mr. Ravi Kant Chourasia won the Doubles Carrom Award, while Mr. Vijay Thapa won the Carrom Singles Award and Mr. Vivek Sharma won the Chess tournament.  

LNJ Denim: Surveillance SA 8000 Audit

LNJ Denim Unit went through Surveillance SA 8000 Audit on November 29^th & 30^th, 2018. Shri Vivek Jha audited the systems and processes of the entire unit for three days and certification continues after successful completion of the audit. It was supported by the HODs and their respective teams for successful conduct of the audit. 

LNJ Denim: Marketing Meeting

A meeting was held at LNJ Denim plant on 7^th December, 2018 on Sales & Marketing related activities in LNJ Denim department. It was inaugurated by Shri Suketu Shah – Business Head & Shri Piyush Chandarana - COO. The meeting was chaired by the Unit’s Business Head Shri Suketu Shah. In the Meeting all marketing staff member & HOD’s had participated for clear understanding of the market. A healthy discussion was held during meeting on current scenario of Denim Fabric Industry & Textile Industry and also discussed about new business ideas for growth of the organisation. 

LNJ Denim: Industrial Visit of St. Paul School Students

A group of thirty students from St. Paul Senior Secondary School Students, Pratapgarh visited LNJ Denim unit on 17^th December, 2018. Students & teachers were highly impressed to see the plant and campus environment and cleanliness. Shri Manoj Kumar Jha – General Manager – HR & IR Department welcomed the students and introduced them with entire unit and key team functions & the concept of LNJ Denim products & services. The students enjoyed the visit & and learned so many new things during their visit. High tea arrangements were also there for the students and teachers.

Lodha: Employment Fair

The RSWM Lodha unit participated in a job fair organised by AISECT which is India‘s leading skill development and vocational training organization. The job fair was organised at Government School Ground, Ghatol, Banswara. In this fair Shri Abhimanyu, Shri Dharmendra Choudhary and Ms Shyam Kunwar participated and interacted with 250 girls candidates & motivated them to join RSWM organisation.

Mandpam: Customer Visit of M/s Epyllion from Bangladesh

Mr. Rafifur Rahman Kazal – Director of Drizzling Dresses (A Group Company of Epyllion), Mr. Rakibul Islam, Mr. Shamul Karim and Mr. P.C Das from Bangladesh visited our Mandpam unit on 11^th October, 2018. They were welcomed by our plant team, headed by COO Mr. Ashwani Mittal. They took the round of Mandpam unit as well as Kanyakheri unit and appreciated both the plants for their state of the art machines and latest technology.

Mandpam: SBI Team Visit

State Bank of India team headed by Mr. P. H. Pammi, General Manager visited our both the Mandpam and Kanyakheri plants on 20^th December, 2018 and were very much impressed by the overall set up of the unit and the working style. Mr. Pammi mentioned that both the plants is having state of the art setup and latest technology. I was very much surprised with the cleanliness of the plants, he added. As a token of appreciation, a bouquet was presented to Mr. P.H. Pammi along with their team.

Mandpam: Badminton Tournament

The “Badminton Tournament” was organized jointly by Mandpam & Kanyakheri units staff club from 16^th to 23^rd December, 2018. All the Matches were played at Mandpam unit and the tournament was organized under different categories like Men’s Single, Men’s Doubles, Boys Single (above 14 Years), Boys Single (below 14 Years) and Women’s Single.

The winners of all different categories were, Mr. Anil Kumar (Men’s Single), Mr. P.L. Jagerwal and Mr Anil Kumar (Men’s Double), Shreyans Jain (above 14 Years), Bastav Guin (below 14 Years) and Smt. Manju Bhatnagar (Women’s Single).

The tournament was well organized by Melange Staff Club under the guidance of Shri S.C. Garg and Shri Ashwani Mittal and everyone praises this initiative.

Mandpam: Melange Staff Club Annual General Meeting

Melange Staff Club Annual General meeting was held on 20^th November, 2018 at Mandpam unit and new club committee members were elected by the Melange Staff club members under the guidance of Shri S.C. Garg. The Club committee members are - Shri Ashwani Mittal (President), Shri S.P Yadav (Vice President), Shri Arun Kumar Gupta (General Secretary), Shri Piyush Pathak (Cultural Secretary), Shri P.L Jagerwal (Sports Secretary), Shri Anil Kumar (Library Secretary) and Shri R. K. Porwal (Treasurer).

Mandpam: Movie Shows

A Movie show was organized under the Melange Staff Club of Madpam unit. Movie - Sui Dhaga was shown to staff club members on 24^th November, 2018 and another Movie - Vertical Limit was shown to them on 22^nd December, 2018. All the colony resident, staff members of Mandpam & Kanyakheri unit enjoyed the movie shows with their family members and were really happy with this kind of initiative. It was great to see the gathering of people and the love they have for each other.

Rishabhdev: Cleaning Campaign

The Staff Club of RSWM, Rishabhdev unit conducted a cleaning campaign inside and outside of the Mill campus on 2^nd October, 2018 and they also promoted 'Swachh Bharat’ Abhiyan campaign for cleaner and greener environment though a banner. Shri K B Khatod, COO along with senior officers, staff & families participated in this campaign which ended with snacks and tea.

Rishabhdev: Staff Annual Tour

Staff Club of RSWM Rishabhdev unit organized a long tour to South for staff & family members in two groups during November-December, 2018 covering places like - Kochi, Alleppey, Trivandrum, Kovalam, Munnar, Rameshwaram, etc. At every place during the tour, all have enjoyed to the fullest with their family and friends. Alleppey boat journey was the most attractive among them. The ten days tour, as per feed back received from the participants, was in every sense a memorable one and should happen every year. 

Rishabhdev: Ladies Club Picnic

A full day indoor Picnic was organised by Ladies club members at Mayur Gaushala in the presence of Smt Seema Jain and Smt Bindu Joshi. With a special theme of this picnic, the entire location was appearing like a typical village look. All the ladies were gathered at the venue in Haryanavi dress code. They prepared lunch on “Chulha” and served meals in an old traditional way. Everybody enjoyed their full day with great songs, dance and lots of celebrations.

Kharigram: Visit of M/s Global Tex

On 5^th November, 2018, Mr. Tipuke from M/s Global Tex visited our Kharigram plant. Shri V. R. Joshi, COO welcomed him gracefully. The visit started with plant round of unit no 1 to SJ-11 and concluded at NPD Cell. After the visit, Mr. Tipuke appreciated the technology being deployed in the plant, product range, housekeeping; with good remarks - “State of the Art Factor. This will have set the standard for all mills and plants in India.”  

Kharigram: Health & Safety Audit

Mr. R. R. Yadav and his team from M/s Apex Quality Certification Service Pvt. Ltd. has conducted the Health & Safety Audit at Rishabhdev unit on 15^th & 16^th November, 2018. The two days audit was done successfully and the certification team submitted their report for implementing various suggestions for further improvement in the safety areas. 

Kharigram: Bank Consortium Meeting

RSWM's bankers’ consortium meeting was held at Kharigram unit on 27^th December, 2018 in the presence of Sh B.M. Sharma, JMD. The meeting was attended by 15 senior officers from 8 consortium member banks. While their review, bankers appreciated the Company's efforts to improve top and bottom line. Bankers also visited SJ-11 plant and NPD cell and appreciated the cleanliness and good working conditions of plant. They also appreciated the speciality products developed by NPD cell.  

Kharigram: Ladies Club Picnic

Kharigram: One Day Picnic: Pushkar & Ajmer

RSWM Staff Club, Kharigram organized second phase of One Day Picnic at Pushkar and Birla Water Park, Ajmer on 21^st October, 2018. All the staff members along with their family have put their worship at Brahma Temple, Pushkar and thereafter enjoyed swimming & wave pool, slides & rain dance. The picnic ended with lunch and cultural activities. Everyone was really happy with this “Grand Frolic Tour”. 

Ringas: Health Check-up Camp

A Health Check-up Camp was conducted by RSWM, Ringas Unit for our workers, staff and their families. A team of Specialists from Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (BMCHRC), Jaipur participated in the Health Check-up Camp. They have covered Routine Health Check-up, Free X-Ray, and Free Mammography for female workers and wives of staff members. Special Cancer awareness Camp for staff colony females & female workers, workers/staff etc. was also arranged during this camp.

On this occasion, an Oath has been taken by all workers, staff and their families for avoiding Gutkha, Tobacco & Masala chewing from their life forever. Maximum workers, staff members & their families have attended this important health check-up camp and availed the benefits which are worthy and the event was a grand success.

BMD: Himmatnagar Plant Inauguration

A New Manufacturing Plant with facilities for Automotive Fabric Making, Processing, Master Batch Production & Yarn Texturising was inaugurated on 14^th December, 2018 in Village-Hathrol, District-Sabarkantha, Himmatnagar, Gujarat. It is the first venture of LNJ Bhilwara Group in Gujarat. Shri Shekhar Agarwal, Managing Director, Shri Shantanu Agarwal, Executive Director, their family members, Dignitaries and Staff members were present on the memorable occasion. The Puja & Hawan ceremony was performed under the guidance of learned Pandit Shri Shivnarayan Dixit Ji from Khadagda. The prasad was distributed amongst all and everyone prayed for bright future of this new plant.
